Best Security Company ever! Always so nice and helpful. We have their system at our business and home. I was having trouble with my fire alarm battery, and the owner himself came out to help me. Can not give enough stars!!! Great people, highly recommend.

The staff has been very patient with me and helping me when I don’t understand why something works the way it does. Both the office and the techs have been really nice, educating me as it’s my first system. I doubt the “big” guys would be as friendly.

I chose Aeon based on reviews and so glad I did. They are very knowledgeable, and installed exactly what I wanted even though it was not standard. They had to research to be able to give me what I needed installed. Aeon was prompt, efficient, personable and reasonably priced. The service didnt end with the installation, but continues when I have questions, I always get prompt and courteous answers. Definitely a five star experience.

We looked into security cameras, due to problems with a neighbor. Our Aeon system has crystal clear video and audio, and its easy to use. We have successfully used video from our system with the police and in the courtroom to show our neighbors actions. The local police came to us once, to help solve a burglary on our street. Officers have stated that our cameras are the best they have seen.

We chose Aeon because of them being a small business owner and not a franchise. Their service has been great! When calling you actually get a human on the phone and they take care of you right away. The response time is excellent as well, they come out within a day of reporting a problem. They really care about their customers. I would recommend them for any security needs.

Super friendly and great service. I am an ex-information technology person that loves to do this type of stuff myself. I had been researching security camera systems for about a month, almost taking the online order route. The best decision I ever made was having Aeon Systems come out for a bid. They proposed better equipment with a better warrantee. The bonus... It was way less expensive than the equipment I initially proposed. They did carry the equipment in my proposal, and lead me to something better and less expensive, that says a lot. They also take care of any service, even giving you loner equipment so your system stays up. You dont get that ordering online. My system is working flawlessly, but glad it is an option. Since they are a local business, you can develop a relationship without having to deal with someone different all the time. I really had a great experience and will continue using Greg and the crew as my security experts. Great job guys!

I had a new fire alarm system installed by AEON Systems for my dacare, Texas Star Academy. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone!

Our church had been a customer of two of the large national fire and alarm system providers enduring their many mergers and acquisitions and divestments. We sought proposals from several companies in 2018 to determine if better options were available.Aeon Security was selected, and we have only had the most positive experience with Aeons services from the initial and follow-up sales and needs assessment visits, through the installation itself, and to post installation service when needed.We do not make purchasing decisions based solely on the lower bidder mentality. Cost is a factor, of course, but more important is the detail of the proposal, the flexibility to address our unique needs, the technical expertise and resources, and the availability and accessibility after the sale. Aeon has served us well in all these areas, and was quite competitive in the cost.Our church has had 4-6 construction additions or remodeling over its existence, making it difficult for any provider to trace all the wiring and control panels for servicing, let alone taking over an existing system. Again Aeon excelled - and they were able to determine the cause and correct a pre-Aeon installation issue we had with our intercom system.Several months after the switch to Aeon for our fire and alarm system. we contracted with Aeon to install 14 security cameras in our building. Again, we have had total satisfaction with their product and service.Thank you, Greg, and your Aeon team for its service attitude and culture.

I got 2 bids on a camera upgrade. Greggs bid from Aeon systems was $900.00 and Ming;s bid in Richardson was $1390.00. I saved $490.00 and the upgrade was super H D Platinum series! Those guys at Aeon are awesome! The best thing about Greg and his crew, is they are honest!

Aeon helped with my neighbor issues, they came out quick for the estimate, install was quick too, the price was super reasonable for the for the set up and quality of the cameras, picture quality is excellent too, their tech explained clearly how to operate the dvr, if i knew putting cameras up would have stopped my nosey neighbors, i would have done it a long time ago.

I have been using Aeon for about 12 years now.. I wouldnt use anyone else!! I own a Very busy very well known tattoo studio. And always feel safe and protected with Aeon keeping a eye out on it. They are very professional and call when ever we have had a alarm triggered. Greg the owner has always been there to answer question and help when ever and where ever he can.. This guy is a hard working man..!!! Even tho Im sure the ladies of the office would prolly disagree with me. I hear they send him out in the field or to go get lunch and coffee as often as they can so they can get things done right! (Joking Bro) I am so glad I choose years ago to use Aeon. And so happy ill prolly never use another provider!! Thanks for keeping us safe !!

Aeon Systems was prompt and professional from sales to installation and billing. I highly recommend them for a security system.

Its a world of difference between Aeon System(state of the art system) and junk ADT System (you have to manually test the system in order to find out if the system is working or not). For Aeon System, we do have a lot of control through the web and instant information ( as long as the system has good signal reception) send to you via email or text, we love this feature. The system did go bad once but Greg and his team was there to fix the problem the next business day and got the system running the same day.

This is a AWESOME security company. They guys worked really hard to fixed all the issues I had with my system.

Before using Aeon our church used a larger and much more expensive security company. Someone broke into our church and several things were stolen. The burglars chiseled into our safe with a hammer and screwdriver which was right by an audio sensor. The operator for the old security company ignored the sound and did not report a breakin. Since changing to Aeon we have been extremely pleased with the security service. Anytime there was any kind of issue with the system they have been very prompt on taking care of it.
