Our Installer, Kyle, was prompt in appearing for our scheduled service. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in ensuring that we had all of our bases covered and making the proper recommendations to fit our needs. He was thorough during the installation and activation process and let us confident in knowing how to operate our system before his departure. While in our home, he was polite, personable and very courteous throughout everything. We couldnt be happier with the level of service provided during our appointment and installation!

These people are LIARS!!! Nothing of what they tell you will be correct; when the poor guy that actually comes to your house to install the system realizes who you spoke with he will apologize profusely and say he gets this a lot. Don’t believe for a second your misery will end there! There will be more mess ups and lies to follow. I would advise you to PROTECT YOUR WALLET if you choose to use this dealer. Btw, ADT monitoring is great, just choose a different dealer to deal with!

Larry was an excellent salesmen who explained everything as many times as we asked him. Also made the effort to bring back signs for our yard and told me I would be no bother calling him with further questions. We actually enjoyed having him working here.
