I visited A1 locksmiths today, to have the key fob for my vehicle programmed. I had gone to the dealership who wanted to charge $150 to program my key fob. I called two other local locksmith, who both wanted to charge me over $100 each to program the key fob for my vehicle. So I stopped by A1 locksmiths today, spoke to Tyler. He was able to take care of me within 10 minutes. He programmed my key fob and the cost was extremely reasonable compared to every other person I spoke to. I highly recommend A1 locksmiths if you have any locksmithing or Key needs in your future. I will be going back to this business in the future.

Visited 5/29/21 approx. 10:15OMG!! Jose saved my life!I was messing with the settings of my car and turned on “MyKey”! Apparently, I didn’t have the admin key to turn it off! 🙄.I told Jose what happened and he offered me 3 solutions to fix the problem. I liked his 2nd option and we rolled with that one. He created my new key and programmed it— it worked. Now I can go over 80mph and turn my radio up!Jose was so friendly and amazing. We even joked a bit. He was so patient and explained the process and the wait time it took to get it all programmed.Thank you Jose you did an awesome job! I really appreciate you. Been coming here for all my rekeying needs for the last 10yrs. Affordable, knowledgeable and always professional.They even found me a short deadbolt for my patio door when every other locksmith told me I would need to replace the entire door because they could not find a lock that fit it.

I was coming to the store at 12pm on Wed, the 6th. I met the only guy there named Jose, he was very nice and professional, he got my key duplicate like under 15mins, all fit to my car, functional very well. Hight line here, no harassments as you come to other stores with your own supplies, no paying for the stock they have, just pay for the service them cutting key. This is so much of the favor they can do for customer.I will recommend to come to this store for key make.

They allowed me to pay half of the service I was getting for the key programming. & pay the rest later at pickup. However It was still an overall reasonable price. They were very professional & attentive. Great quality of work as well

Used A-1 Locksmith to open up my car after the keys were locked inside. Great service, flat rate for the opening that was indicated in the phone and matched after service was complete, quick response time. Highly recommended. Beware in general when looking for someone to unlock a car, that many of those other companies subcontract out the service and may claim one price as a starting price then youre left to haggle with the person who shows up. None of that with A-1. Also I noticed that many of those other companies have high ratings on Google but if you actually read them, many of them are similar reviews (likely bots). Probably an effort to bury all the negative reviews.

Got locked inside my house, garage door lock was stuck/wedged in so we called this company in a panic. Got an ETA of 3 hours for the next available service tech to come out. Immediately after hanging up Andrew the service tech called me stating he’s 15 minutes away, which I wasn’t expecting at all but very happy!! He came for one thing and actually ended up doing more due to us asking him to add on stuff. He was completely ok with adding on more, he didn’t rush, explained everything well, very professional, finished all the tasks completely. Andrew is awesome and he definitely came prepared to work! He also showed up in some 1’s (dope tennis shoes) I was proud about that as well. Will definitely recommend this company!!

This company is amazing. From the first initial phone call to set up service all the way to the tech that came out to assist me with unlocking my car for me. They are professional, fast and friendly. I highly recommend them.

This happened a while back but still leaving a review so that hopefully it doesnt happen again. I went in looking for a safe and talked to an employee about picking one up, but mentioned that if I came back next weekend with a buddy would that be acceptable. I was told yes, and that if what I wanted was no longer there I could buy the display and they would knock some off the price. Great. This was a younger guy probably in his thirties. Dark hair with a beard I believe.Well a week goes by and I return with my friend to help as I dont want to pay for the install/transport charge. There is a different employee, and older gentleman, that day, but I describe what took place the weekend before. What I was told was We dont have any of those here. and that We cannot sell the floor model of that. I started to think I was on an episode of the Twilight Zone because these two employees told me such different stories. I left almost speechless as the two encounters were so extremely different.Regardless, I never ended up buying a safe, but it makes me weary about trying it again. Liberty was the brand I was most interested in too. Your small showroom is very nice.

Was in showroom to buy a Liberty safe. Ike was quite knowledgeable about product line and even suggested the same safe with a few upgrades for the same price due to a sale from Liberty.

The dealer wanted $68 to TRY to program my key FOB with no guarantees if it would work. A-1 checked the FCC number and said they would give it a try. Within 60 seconds my horn was responding to the newly matched key FOB. Great service with a smile. I’m a new fan!

This is the best, fastest, most friendly lock smith I’ve ever called. I called it in and the lady was super helpful and friendly said it would take about 35-40min for a lock smith to come out. Not even 20min later Joshua Lacy calls me saying he’s on his way...after 1 try and alarm going off only once my car was unlocked just that fast. It took another locksmith 2days before him 2 hours to try and get it with no luck at all. Thank you Joshua so much for friendly and fast working job. He deserves a raise b/c he knew what he was doing. Most locksmiths take up to an hour with my Toyota Camry 2008 but he had no trouble at all. 5 Stars all the way will be recommending you guys to everyone I can. Shawn came to re-key some new locks/doorknobs after some remodeling. Shawn was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and even fixed some issues with a couple of deadbolts that were not booting correctly. He also cleaned up after himself! I will call A-1 again without hesitation & will request Shawn!

First of all I just want to give a shout out to Ike, he was very friendly and helped me quite a bit. Also if you need a car key made, dont go to the car dealership like I did at Toyota, they charged me $32 and some change for two keys to be made, absolutely freaking ridiculous. I could have had the keys made here at A1 Locksmith for like five bucks a piece if Im remembering right, so come to an A1 Locksmith. It was my belief that he had to go to a dealership to have car keys made in that locksmiths werent allowed to do it, wow, was I wrong!

We called A-1 Locksmith to manufacture an ignition key for my sons vehicle. We were told during our initial phone conversation that the cost of service would be $199.99. I was prepared to dispute the technicians invoice due to the reputation most locksmith organizations have made for themselves and their vertical/industry by inflating the final invoice for less than admirable reasons. Color me blown away... our Technician, Shawn Lacy, was very punctual - extremely friendly - very knowledgeable - and completed the service call in record time. The total upon completion was exactly what we were quoted via phone + tax. I hope to never require the service of a locksmith again, but if the need arises, A-1 Locksmith will be my first call. These guys are the best. I needed help with a lock that didnt fit the steel door Id just installed. They found a spare part in the extras bin, handed it to me and I was on my way with no charge at all. It solved my problem without having to replace the whole thing. They are cheerful, friendly and they know their stuff. I strongly recommend them.

I requested help around 5:25pm the lady told me it was around 40 minutes I waited an hour I call again and she told me it could be between 6 on to 8 pm I finally decided to call again and the woman on the phone told me that they had called me multiple times and that I didn’t pick up the phone when clearly I didn’t got any calls back from them she said she didn’t have anymore on my area anymore i hang up out of anger because they had the correct phone number but nobody called me is a shame of excuse of them

A1 locksmith is the best in Town

I went for advice on a gate lock for an old iron gate because all the ones I bought from homedepot didn’t fit. Instead of getting advice they actually had an older model deadlock you can’t find anymore!! It fit perfectly and saved me a lot of time!The guy working was real patient and showed me how it worked.

Needed a spare key for my car, called a few places to get my blank cut with ridiculous rates if they would even do it, walked in and was taken care of in a few minutes at the fairest price possible!! I never had a personal encounter with these guys but as a locksmith myself I study allot of people in my industry nation wide and after doing my research I found these guys to be a model company in the industry! I read many great reviews and love how they treat there customers and they clearly have a great marketing department by the looks of there website and postings on Google plus.I read one negative review and unfortunately I face the same issue with customers. There is no locksmith out there who can afford to only charge $15! Based off of the review the people at A-1 Locksmith clearly told him that $15 was for the service call not the for the final price.Overall, Great work guys, Keep it up!! :)

I was extremely pleased with the great service I received from Shawn @ A- Locksmith. He called me a half hour before arrival to say he was on his way and was at my home at the appointed time. He was very courteous, respectful, and professional with a friendly and positive attitude. He was also very knowledgable and efficient. He did not waste ant tiime and went straight to work to reset 8 locks in my new home,. At the same time, he anwered all my questions and concerns to my complete satisfaction. He had an attentive and respecful apprentice named Alex who accompanied him on the job. Im sure Alex received great training from Shawn, not only in technical skills, but just as importantly --how to provide great customer service to ensure repeat business and a great reputation in the community by satisfied customers.
