My car and my daughter’s car was serviced here. I experienced great service from Kevin and Ro! They have a professional staff who knows how to get the job done!

Kwik Kar held true to its namesake. It took less than hour for them to complete my 4-wheel alignment. As soon as they were done, they called me to let me know they were finished. I will be returning due to their time efficient and courteous service.Oh! And do check out their lounge! Very hospitable spot while you wait. You can even get your nails done from the walking-distance shop nearby or drop off your laundry.

A friend recommended this shop for some needed car repairs years ago and I havent gone anywhere else since. Theyve repaired and serviced a late model Honda, SUV, truck and luxury foreign car for me and have always been honest and done a good job.

I bought a 4 wheel alignment on that Groupon after I bought the Groupon and went to have my front end aligned then they tell me that since theres new part on my car that I have to pay another $36 because they werent the ones who put them Parts on there. They were rude disrespectful and I do not recommend this place at all.

None of the people that work there really have proper experience!!! They don’t understand what a front end alignment consist of. They tell you need to replace this and that but quickly shut up and walk away when you tell them you actually have more experience than they do, and those parts don’t need to be replaced. Kevin the “manager” doesn’t know how anything is properly done to manage a shop!! I guess the boss tattoo helps him manage his inabilities. I’d suggest Mabry’s automotive for repairs by real professionals.

Clean, nice seating area to wait while they’re working. The staff is professional and they always have deals going on, and take care to explain what exactly is going on so you understand why and what they’re working on. There’s a TV to watch Netflix on while you wait 5️⃣ ⭐️

The gentlemen that helped me at this location were very informative and polite. My oil change was done efficiently and fast. Highly recommend!

This garage is very well equipped and professional. They have hired knowledgeable trained mechanics to work on vehicles. I’ve been here three times with two vehicles and have gotten promoted service with fair prices.

I didnt expect to pay so much for a regular oil change and two filters. I was even charged for labor. The guys was nice. But I will definitely find a more reasonable priced place

Poor communication. Kept the truck 7 hours and had no idea what was wring. Tried to charge me $105.00 for diagnosis, but no diagnosis, so no thank you!

I had a Groupon for a synthetic oil change for this business. Service was slower than it needed to be, because they always want to sell you on other services. And even with synthetic oil they tell you to get it changed every 3,000 miles. But they did let me know I needed new brakes and a couple of other maintenance things, which I appreciate. I was on my lunch hour which should have been sufficient for an oil change. I was a little late getting back to work. But they did a good job and I will likely go back.

I got the Groupon alignment coupon and they didnt alignment the camber. The service advisor tried up selling me struts on my 2019 vehicle. I spoke with the mechanic and he informed me they dont do the camber with the Groupon. Note thats a part of any alignment. Dont use because if you dont know any better you will end up spending more money for items you dont truly need.

They sell cheap oil change deals for 20$, then detects or creates(!!) small leaks to charge you for fixing those for 100-150$. They will also recommend you for doing engine liquid flash or coolant flash for 110$. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE, PURE SCAM!

I usually use a drive thru kwik kar in Mansfield. I am a regular customer there and have always had quik turnaround time, even with a line.This particular time, I was taking advantage of the online deal,but, at another location. I was unaware that this was NOT a drive thru facility.The online special was non refundable or valid at any other location.My first attempt at getting service, I was told 15-20 min wait there were vehicles finishing up.45 mins later, both vehicles were still in stalls.I had other obligations had to leave.I went back today...same story 15-20min wait...other vehicles in bay...which were already being serviced.50mins later there was movement...1 hr after I had arrived my vehicle is pulled in....30 mins later Im leaving the facility.I understand the concept of under qualified staff..which I was told by the tech I spoke...that unfortunately he was having issues with this..I admit I was kinda upset with the service due to the fact of my experiences at the other shop...I will give him benefit of dought..and understanding..my anger subsided with what I hope is not mis guided faith in a job done right which is the standard that the other location hashas made me accustomed to.I will remain a loyal customer but I will b using my regular location

Went to get my oil change they oil pan with stripSaid So they told me it’s gonna be $30 to get a one time oil drain plug Then I go up the pay they charged me 47.08 Tell Told me that I can only use the drain plug one time I know that I’m right there’s a way you can fix it

Kevin was really nice and helpful, I went here for an auto inspection. He was thorough, I felt like he cared about my time, but was also patient with me having to look up my insurance card. Even with my issues looking things up, I was in and out in 30 minutes

The guys in this shop is outstanding!!!Not only did the fix my car, they were so polite, pleasant, very easy to talk to. I am 72 years old . things I did not understood, they let me call my grandson and explain to him exactly what they were talking about. Cleanest shop i have seen by far. Great customer service. I went for an inspection after i went somewhere else for an oil change. They were able to let me know that the other place put my filter on wrong. I was able to have them put it on right and pass my inspection. I will definitely be going back whenever I need anything for my vehicle.

For some reason everytime i go here I have to pay more than what i bargained for and then something else becomes wrong with my car. For instance I went to get my brake pads changed, he told me that i needed to get the rotors and the break pads for the back but my front break pads were okay until the middle of 2021. So i waited over 2 hours and then when i got in the car my car still squealed when hitting the brakes and I wind up having a Blow out on passenger side back tire 10 mins after i left this place! Could of been a coincidence, or something could of happened but my friends and family will not be going back here anymore.

These guys are pure professionals and they treated me with the utmost dignity and respect. Waiting room is very clean and tidy and everyone was very nice! I highly recommend to anyone. I got an oil change, tire rotation, engine flush, and air filter change and they got me in and out very quick and efficient!

Great crew! They got the job done for a reasonable price and quick as well. Highly recommend this shop to everyone in the South Arlington/Mansfield area. They go over everything and let you see whats going on under the car as well as under the hood. The great thing about it is that I have an extended warranty that I purchased for my car and they are certified as a mechanic shop to be able to perform whatever repairs need to be done in the future. Thats absolutely wonderful because I dont have to search for other places to go for other services they pretty much do everything. They do hail damage claims, collision repairs, all lube and tune, regular scheduled maintenance on any vehicle, and wheel alignments/tires. They have a mechanic on duty as well at all times so thats a huge plus. Kwik kar has earned my business from here on out. I highly recommend this shop. Not to mention the lobby is very clean and cozy.

The staff is great there. The manager Gerry gave me a great discount on the work and parts for the car. They are always fast and friendly. I had to go back in to get my reinspection done. So this morning I came into The shop (very clean and pleasant to the eye) to see about what was going on with my brakes on my car. The guys here were super friendly and helpful letting me know what the problem was and even how much total before hand it was going to cost.. As a woman not really knowing a lot about cars it was nice to see how helpful the guys were and not trying to take advantage of me . Oh and the fact that they said it would be done before I needed to get to work is a plus. I will be coming back to this shop and highly recommend to anyone.

While this particular location is a little bit out of my normal way, it is WELL worth it. The manager and the rest of the staff are so friendly, kind, and courteous and made me feel very at ease! On top of that they were quick and professional. This will be my regular car care place from now on!

Pulled up and pulled up to the pit area where you usually go for someone to assist you! Well I just had two employees look at me and kept about their business! Truly shocked on how I was treated there! This was early in the morning and there was no other customers in front of me and even in the bay! This happen May 4th of 2020 At 8:30 to 9am. I highly don’t recommend this location at all! I was roughly 10 mins Before leaving and they was gonna get good business from me considering it’s right down the road to where I work and I own multiples cars. Never again will I go there. And I always wonder why they never look busy when I drive by. Now I know why

Came in here to use a Groupon for brakes. Let them know funds were limited multiple times and they convinced me to do both sets of brakes. I’ll give it to them, they are trained to upsell and find ways for you to spend your money. They told me not to buy Groupon and they would price match, so I did. Not once did they mention the shop fees, until I was checking out. Had to pay an extra $60. Be thorough when getting the full price!

This place is amazing! It has a HUGE waiting area where it feels like I’m at home. I discovered this gem after stopping by my previous car place which is under renovation and closed. Went in for a simple oil change. The place took ONE HOUR to change two filters and the oil. They charged me $126.07 for doing all 3. Really? When I mentioned it took 1 hour . . . no response, no apology, just took my money. So, if you were me would you go back to this place?

Had a pleasant experience at this shop. My check engine light came on, car went dead. The diagnosis was a bad catalytic converter. Long story short, the manager named Gary saved me over $300 on parts and labor.
