I dont get out much due to the pandemic. i went out for my car inspection & ALL of the staff working there were kind friendly & HAPPY. my time there was prompt & professional & courteous. By the time i returned home, I felt HAPPY. Thanks, Guys, thats PRICELESS!

Great place to go when youre strapped for time. Friendly, fast and fair priced. Ive been to this location several times and they stay open until 7pm which is helpful for the full time day workers like myself.

I got an oil change and state inspection here on Monday, Labor Day. It was excellent service by professionals that were kind and caring.

3 stars because they didnt tighten the bolts on my skid plate and I almost lost it going down the interstate. I bought new bolts and the next time I went in they gave me a nice discount. Ive also had them tell me my in cabin filter needed to be replaced when my car, 2002 4 runner doesnt have one. They also put my air filter back in backwards one time. So maybe Im being generous, but it helps if you know about your car before you go in.

Went to this location for oil change did not have a problem with the employees or the Service the gentleman was very polite and courteous when explaining to me the things that I needed.

This is good place and good service. Only I wish they wouldnt pull all my filters just to show me how dirty they are. Ask first then act. They went to my glove compartment, and that is my private place in the car.Management should teach young fellows some ethics!But the place is good!

Stopped here to get an inspection done . All the staff here were VERY Friendly and had great attitudes. I would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends.

Best crew/team! They had me in and out, in what seems like a little longer than sitting at a red light. They worked hand and glove, a well trained team. I like the experience at this location. The guy there name Joe really showed interest in helping out and making sure the service was done and answered all my questions. Definitely coming back in the future. I also like that they were the only ones open after 6:00 p.m when I was getting off work. It allowed for them to see me and do service on my car.

This Jiffy Lube is the only place I take my car for services. They are efficient, knowledgeable, generous, high spirited and all seem to really enjoy their jobs. They never try to sell me stuff I dont need, so thats nice, too!

It doesn’t get better than this store when it comes to jiffy lube. I have always gone to jiffy lube wherever I have lived, but mostly just because of convenience. But at the store in south Arlington, I trust these guys! They have always given me fast, quality service. They explain things to me but also never pressure me to spend money I don’t want to spend! I got an oil change and break fluid flush and fill done in about 40 minutes. The manger Joe was great. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me a coupon. I was very impressed with the staff’s professionalism and care. Highly recommend!

Im really picky with my mustang Eric, Austin, and Andrew took awesome car of my car.

Got an oil change and there was an issue with the oil pan plug that i was not told about which caused my car to leak oil for 3 days after getting the oil change. Also a tool was left under my hood. Contacted the regional manager who initially called me back but i have not heard back from him since and that was a couple days ago.

Joe was great! Excellent customer service and was very helpful.We did though, have a slight complication, with no fault to jiffy lube, and we had to come back. Andrew worked so hard on our truck and did a GREAT job! We were very thrilled with his great customer service and you could see he was very determined to fix our issue! He deserves a raise!! Great customer service. Brad greeted me with a smile. Ask me what he could help me with today. Told him I needed an oil change. He pulled up my information tell me what it would cost. It was busy that day so service took a while. They did a really good job cleaning the car. Joe inform me about my air filter and and told me all the services they did on my vehicle. He added the coupon I had on my phone and processed my payment. I will most definitely be going back.

Great service from the techs

No grease service at Jiffy Lube. They told me that they havent even had a grease gun in some time. So, I called a second JL.... They didnt have a grease gun either.... But the third one did.... and it is supposed to be included in the service, after all, you pay for it. Thats why they are called, Jiffy LUBE. Plus, they didnt say anything about it. I found out by looking under my truck after the service. All the zert fittings were dry. I thought it was sort of a big deal. They did not. Go figure.

I called Jiffy Lube about 5 minutes prior to arriving to ask if they had time for an oil change (inconveniently i had to do this on the day we were moving houses so i was hoping it wouldn’t take forever) they said there were only 2 cars ahead and to come in. As soon as i got there i was greeted at my car, and the assistant manager (i think his name is Joe- super friendly with lots of tattoos) helped me right away. They worked on my car quickly and he also showed me levels they had checked indicating i would need other services soon. It was great that he gave me all the information i needed and explained what they can help with, but wasn’t overly pushy about selling me other services (which makes me extremely happy, there’s nothing more frustrating than having to come up with 10 different ways to tell someone “not today”) I trust his knowledge about cars- mine in particular because he has the same model at some point, and all of the other guys that work there were really friendly too and overall it was a great experience! I will definitely be back.

Everything about my visit was first class. I have never and wouldnt have ever took my c250 to Jiffy Lube had my finances hadnt been low. But I wouldnt haveever known how great they were along with their services. I was very satisfied with everything.

Ive been to the Forest Bend location in Arlington several times. All of the employees are courteous, patient and professional. Their work is excellent and I never feel like anyones trying to take advantage of me. The location is very well kept and safe.

I came in originally for a oil change and my cars battery ended up dying as I was pulling up. The associates there were SO helpful with helping me jump my car, giving me tips on next steps to get my battery taken care of and even helped me with my under carriage of my car that had been dragging the ground. EXCELLENT customer service! They need a raise 😉 and will definitely be coming back for my oil change and inspections in the future!

No complaints about the service or employees. Service is good, employees are great. However, since Jiffy Lube has changed ownership to Shell, the selection of available products has decreased to only Pennzoil products and the prices have increased. A synthetic oil change is now $100.00.

Typical scummy business practices. The guy upcharged me without telling me the normal price of an oil change and on the reciept it reads, I acknowledge notice and oral approval of an increase in the estimated price. For what? It was a standard oil change. Was the cap on too tight and someone hurt their finger?. Can always count on this location to try and tack on extra charges. I usually catch them. But not this time. Dont come here unaware of the general scam business practices.

Unbelievable service. Michael gave me the best service I’ve ever had at any oil and lube service company. Staff was more than accommodating. Made me a fresh cup of coffee and was out in 15 mins tops. This shout out is for Eric at the Arlington Jiffy Lube who took full responsibility for repairing a stud that broke when he was tightening lug nuts on a rear tire. It actually happened back in March and I had forgotten about it until last week. I went by and the manager asked me to bring it back on a day when Eric was working. I called ahead to let Eric know I was in my way and he guided me into the bay when I arrived. He got right to it and after a smile and elbow bump, I soon I was on my way. They did not charge me. It is because of Eric’s integrity and the customer-friendly attitude of everyone who works there that this Jiffy Lube will be my go-to place for future service. Thanks again guys!

I have been to this location number of times to get cars serviced here and they are really awesome. My man Max is one of the better guys out there. I came here a few months ago and just now getting my oil change somewhere else. Jiffy put my oil cap on soo tight that it broke off in my tank and now I have to buy a new one. I actually eatched the guy struggle on trying to take it off in the pit.. This place is too expensive and ended up costing me even more money down the road. I do not recommend this place.

I have been to this location several times and they are typically courteous and thorough. Last time I went in for an oil change I needed a turn signal bulb replaced and that upset their routine. Took a long time to figure out how to get to the bulb. They finally replaced it but they left a flashlight under my hood, set my tire pressure way off, and generally didnt seem to know what they were doing. My advice, go there but check after them to make sure they dont forget to put in the fresh oil!

Way over priced is my only complaint service was good just price for oil change was way to expensive!

I had no problem in past. But they changed my oil instead of inspection. But did inspection but didnt charge for oil change. Then did not pass inspection due to steering fluid leak. Went to Christian brothers and passed inspection and told have oil leak but couldnt tell from where because oil all over engine. Wont go back for inspections.
