We absolutely love our beautiful new leather furniture from Ethan Allen. Our design consultant, Andrus, was fantastic. Everything turned out beautifully and we couldnt be happier.

My wife and I were looking for a dinner table upgrade and had been searching all over the metroplex. We actually started at Ethan Allen and then proceeded to look all over the metroplex at every furniture store we cold think of! After a month of looking we ended up right back where we started as nothing compared to Etahn Allens quality. We bought our table and chairs from Andrus. He did and excellent job of helping us pick out the style, colors and fabric....Now we are looking for a sofa and decided to just skip all the hassle of going store to store and just go straight to Andrus for options. Once again he came through for us and we were able to choose the size, color and fabric we desired for our home. Thanks for you time and help Andrus!

Andrus was very helpful; I gave him a basic description of what I was thinking of he immediately took me to several choices. When I got home and my husband didnt really like the one I had picked out Andrus again was very helpful in making the change needed.

Sara, our designer, did a fantastic job on our home furnishings and decor!! She spent hours selecting colors, finishes, fabrics, etc with me! It was a fantastic experience! Thank you for making our new house feel like home!

We had a very good experience.

The easy part was picking out the fabric and furniture. That’s where the “service” ends. It took 8 weeks for the furniture to arrive, which we expected. However, the headboard and frame could not be attached to each other because the headboard didn’t have any hardware. The delivery people wanted to take it back to the warehouse, but we kept it anyway. We tried to reach out to our decorator at the store, but she was “busy” and couldn’t talk to us. The manager at the store said it was not their problem-they had done their job and ordered the furniture. Several messages left for the regional director were never returned. A third party furniture maker had to come and repair the bed, but he had to damage the headboard a bit to fix it. The quality of the furniture is good. It’s a shame that there is really no service after the sale. And there is no ability to “trial” a mattress. You have to buy it (and they are very pricey) and hope for the best. They are really behind the times in this regard.

Andrus spent a lot of time with us to help us pick out fabrics that work well with our decor. He was very patient and even worked after the store closed to make sure the order was done correctly. I will definitely be working with Andrus in the future.

I loved my shopping and decision making experience with Allison at Ethan Allen. Her listening of my needs was spot-on! She knew exactly which direction to lead me and quickly sorted out what I needed. She knows her inventory, lead times on delivery, and, most importantly, she is an interior designer. She has talent and skills I do not, yet she understood what I liked and disliked. Allison has pulled together a lifetime of pieces, integrated beautiful new pieces that have made our home truly reflective of our living. We would not be happier.

My designer Alison Siglock was amazing and I would use her again. The only reason I didn’t give 5 Stars was because the delivery took so long! I had to wait 11 weeks before seeing my purchase. That is entirely to long of a wait.

Wasnt impressed.There is nothing you can actually buy then. You look through books and place orders. Not for anyone thats visual when ordering.
