Howdy folks,My first time there. I totally love Pottery Barn Outlet. Michelle the manager on duty was awesome and very nice. Its pretty far to drive, but I enjoy my time I spent there. Thank you Michelle for your time, help, hardwork, and dedication. Thank you staff for your help and being kind. The staff there was friendly as well. If it was close to where I lived, I probably be there heaps of times. Be well and safe all year round. I wish you all the very best. Well done! Im a happy shopper there. I will tell everyone that I know to go shop at The best in Texas and the world, Pottery Barn Outlet. I truly appreciate everyone there. It was a very nice clean place. Take care and good night. God bless you and your family. God loves us.

I like this place a lot. You have to sometimes dig and search for treasures, but they are there. You can get some great deals on pretty great items. Yes, some of their merchandise may be flawed or slightly damaged, but not all. You just have to understand that when coming in. Its an outlet store. For the most part, I have had really great experiences shopping here and always love getting a good deal!

Hunters paradise! If you enjoy shopping at Home Goods or TJMaxx this is a place for you. Amazing quality items at lower prices. We found our entire bedroom set here for half of the price it would cost in the normal location, same style they still carry in full price stores too! Tons of options for every room. I can’t wait to come back when we work on our nursery!

I happened to find this place. I couldnt believe there was an outlet for pottery barn, west elm, and other William Sonoma shops. I went in and found drapes and another peice at 70 percent off. I found another item at 50 percent off. The percentage was taken off the lowest price. A 60 dollar item was reduced to $43. With 70 off, I paid $13. Drapes, 2 panels, $70. Normally $139 a panel. Some stuff is still priced high. All in all you can find a good deal. You have to sift through it

We were never approached by staff, so I can only speak to the products & pricing. This Pottery Barn Outlet had lots of nice things and, to be honest, there were a few items with good prices, but they were mostly damaged goods or clearance items that nobody wants. The majority of the items were way overpriced for an outlet. Even with the marked 50% discount, the pricing was extremely exorbitant. You could easily find similar items for a much better price. Just because it has the Pottery Barn name isnt reason enough to price these items so high. Maybe Im just being a penny-pincher, but even my wife, who LOVES Pottery Barn, was disappointed in price & quality at this store.

I found this to be quite pricey for an outlet. There were some nice things but the chaotic nature of the lighting fixtures and outdoor furniture it seems like it should be more heavily discounted.

Finding what you wish to have at the regular store and then finding it at the outlet for half the price was a great surprise. Prices are high but you will love what you get. Went back to the store today and there was a note on the door that said closed, sorry for the inconvenience. No great finds today.

Wow!I think I might have better luck shopping at a place that isn’t an outlet due to their price being the same cost as new from other retailers.Went looking for a outdoor coffee table and found one that liked, however was damaged, but still at 350.That’s right! 350 damaged..! LolI guess I should just pay 350 for a new one at Pottery Barn Outlet. Nope..!Their new one was over 500 dollars for an outdoor coffee table!Worth the visit for ideas and just to see what they have.

Almost like getting 2 for one...personal sales people, they are just great...and the store give you reward money back...Now just look at that...check this place before you go spend top dollar!!

Loved the Pottery Barn Outlet! If you are looking for a steal, this is probably not the right place. If you are looking for Pottery Barn furniture that is 40-50% off the online price, this is the right place for you! We got two nightstands still in their boxes for 300 total, 50% off of the online price. Another bonus is you dont have to pay the PB delivery fee. The outlet had a ton of stuff and its all really good quality. Staff was really helpful and helped get everything out to our car. Will be back!

I had the advantage of visiting this store and the San Marcos one in the same weekend. Sure, San Marcos is bigger, but it’s more crowded and there is a lot of broken junk. This store is smaller, cleaner and merchandised well. Not everything is a fantastic deal, but that’s part of the fun — looking for that great thing at that great price. I would say it seems like much of the merchandise Is overstock and discontinued. When you find something you like, just check to see if it’s available on the website or in a local store for less. I’ve purchased several things here. Rugs are a good deal and you avoid shipping. I found a chair I liked at the Southlake Pottery Barn on floor sample clearance, then found it here at the outlet the next day for $600 less. It’s worth the trip to me.

I know this place has some pretty poor reviews but considering its an outlet what is there to expect and its pottery barn its expensive stuff. I purchased an entertainment center that still goes for $1299 online/in store but bought it for $550 and still in the box. So Im a pretty happy camper.

Review №29

Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Many of the decor items can be found on line for the same discounted price. I did purchase two outdoor chairs that were less than available on line. The biggest plus to this store is that the customer finally gets to see what furniture looks like before paying and ordering. Thats the biggest fault with the retail store locations. If you are lucky enough to find a piece of furniture at this outlet you can avoid the high delivery cost PB likes to add to your order.I will visit this location again.

Its a great outlet. If you are a fan of the San Marcos store, youll be slightly disappointed. Its not as big for sure, but this one still has great product. If you came opening weekend, come again. It had been pretty sparse, but now the store has a lot more. Be sure to follow the store on social media, and youll know what sales are happening.

Nothing to see here. Move along folks. Seriously, what are these people smoking? At 70% off the original price this average stock is still overpriced. $599.00 for a chair made out of bamboo and twine that would normally be included with a dinette set? $1200.00 for a glass-topped table (no chairs) that may fit in the small area by a kitchen? Get real! Im outta here!

The location is good however they were not equipped to take a large crowd. We waited in line 2 hours to buy one item. The prices even at 50% off were not enough to warrant the time in the line. They ask every customer when they get to the register to sign up for their rewards program. This takes extra time while people are waiting in line. They did not have the gentlemen who helped us on their list when they asked who helped us so he did not get credit. Some of these problems could have been easily avoided and more courtesy for customers’ time could have been considered. They sent me to the side door to pick up my rug and ask me for a slip that the cashier failed to give me. That is the only reason I waited in the line. What a mess!

Nice place to buy quality furniture and save big. The staff are very friendly, especially Sam went above and beyond to help us sort out a delivery glitch. We went there two days after the grand opening. Its not as chaotic as other people commented. The line is at most 5 minutes long.If the price tag is off, the item is most likely bought by other people. If you decide to buy an item, take the price tag off and take it to the register. Everything is half off.

I went when the store opened Friday. Of course it was crowded, it was the Grand Opening! All the staff was working hard at helping people. The furniture was half price (as was everything in the store.) and CLEARLY told that if the price tag was off someone had already purchased the item. There was enough staff to answer any questions I had. Go see what they have and if you dont want to stand in a long line you can always go back when things are not half price.

Pottery Barn thinks it’s customers are stupid if this “outlet” is any evidence. Prices are full retail or slightly under and all sales are final. Several things were quite damaged, and yet still nearly full priced. To be clear, I pulled out my smartphone and verified prices. $20 off a nightstand is hardly “outlet” pricing. My mother and I were there for over 20 minutes, there were like 6 people in the store and not a single employee offered to help. The store wasn’t even particularly clean.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could because of the manager, Sam. Today I purchased a coffee table and as I was loading into my car (I had already PAID for it) the manager came out and told me I still owed $100 for it because the associate gave me the wrong price. She refused to rectify the situation and made me return it and repurchase the table. Apparently the customer is always wrong here? Don’t shop here unless you want to be rip offed and treated like trash.
