This is the second time I’ve chosen to go to this place to do my oil change. They give the best service! Juan was so helpful and thorough when I asked him questions about my car. He took his time with me and explained everything! Simple and honest. Simply fantastic service! I will never go to another place. Feel good knowing you will be well taken care of. For sure!

I purchased a Groupon for this place for front brakes. Had to cancel and repurchase the ceramic deal which was fine. There was no mention of an appointment required so I get here only to find out that I would have to wait 3 days for the next appointment opening. I arrive the day of my appointment only to be told that the mechanic must have forgotten that he had a dentist appointment that same day and that he was out with no confirmed time of return. All these places that are selling brake specials on Groupon are jokes

Been using these guys for years. Always professional and friendly, never give any bs charges for extras. If they see something that needs to be addressed they will give you honest information about it beforehand instead of trying to scare you into agreeing to a bunch of extra charges you werent prepared to spend that day. Lots of options on oil brands for all budgets. I recommend them to anyone. Much cheaper than the dealership and miles above any of those mainstream oil and lube franchises... looking at you J Lube.

New to this area so had to find a place to do my basic maintenance on the car. The staff there were fantastic the service was quick. I felt they were thorough and didnt try and upsell me on anything. Just let me know what they thought I needed and let me make the decision. Will definitely use again

Had a Groupon for a oil change went there on 4 different occasions only to be told that the Groupon Machine doesnt work ( which I found out thru another customer they always say that so you can pay for it in cash) and then have to get a refund from Groupon

Great workers, they go above and beyond and they dont give you pointless charges like a lot of other places do. They have a loyalty card too so price you pay is what you pay forever without price gouging. Highly recommend

Came to this place with low tire pressure and got immediate care. Sam was very courteous and helpful. He discovered a nail in the tire and fixed the problem immediately. I was very happy with the quality of the service!

I have taken all three of my vehicles for different reasons. First time I took my car to replace the wheel bearing. Second time I took my other car to have the clutch changed, and the third time I took my pickup because it had a leak and it was overheating I had to take the truck twice because first it was a hose than it was the water pump. Overall I’m satisfied with the service. Now I take my cars there for regular maintenance (oil changes and inspections).

Found this place on Groupon and got an oil change. They were fast and efficient. No complaints.

Serpentine belt busted but they got my car diagnosed and fixed same day on a Saturday afternoon. They also do quality oil changes(Mobile oil used) These mechanics are not only friendly and knowledgeable they also have fair prices that they quote to you before they do the work. They explain to you why certain work needs to be do and how its to help your car in the long run. I have found my go to shop for both my current cars

Took my car in a couple of days ago because it was overheating and the car heater was not working. They told me it was the water pump that needed to be replaced with the belt, they did the work in one day. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. I was very pleased with my recent experience at this location. They contacted me every single day to let me know what the process was going to be in getting my car all fixed up. I appreciated the constant communication from everyone. Failed inspection for window tint, but didn’t hesitate to take my money when they failed me. If they were was any doubt that my tint would fail why still do the test?.?.? Have the common courtesy to tell me “hey it might fail let me check that out for you before just in case” not only did you waste my time but I Guess it’s true what they say “mechanics are there to make money not help you” -1 star if it’s possible ... I miss the old owners definitely taking my business somewhere else

All I can say they have worked on my girls car as well as mind, they are very reasonable and know what they are doing when it comes to working on vehicle. I call it the quite kept little shop in Arlington.

Terrible. Extremely upset. They took my car to repair. And told me they would be a hour before they even started. And maybe a hour to repair. So (luckily) I live nearby. I walked home . Called after 2 hours. No answer... Called again....and again and again... they Begun ignoring my calls. therefore, i got a ride to the shop and what do you know.... Its closed!!! A hour early AT LEAST. And Im furious. I will be contacting my lawyers. Thank God for them, I have some of Texas best.

Scams and Thief - should be zero star but I am forced to pick one.My Pontiac G6 had the battery light come on even after replacing batter. The car cut off near this shop. Big mistake. I pulled in and the manager instructed me that the issue was an alternator. I was charged 300.00 bucks for an alternator and 24 hrs later encountered the same issue. Took car back to this shop as everything was under warranty. Manager states he installed second alternator but again the car has same issues (no power). Now the manager states I have an electrical problem and his shop does not handle electrical issues. Now I take the car to GM dealership and after spending additional 100.00 bucks for review. GM states no electrical issues with car (alternator is bad). Found out the shop is using used parts without customer knowledge. Requested a new alternator and was told by shop manager GM has been known to be wrong. Really the vehicle manufacture is wrong. You provide a service for me and warranty it. But now states he will not replace the same part a third time. Ended up out 1k. 300 to this xpress shop and 700 to GM to get things right. Xpress stick to inspections and leave vehicle repair alone. Putting all paperwork together now for small claims court. See you soon Xpress.

Do NOT use. I thought this would be a good place to go based on my initial conversation where they did try to help me figure out the issue without repair but after they fixed the issue I was told that they may have messed up my alignment and they could not fix that so I would have to go somewhere else and spend MORE money to fix a problem THEY CAUSED!!! Also had to replace two GOOD tires because of the alignment problem caused by THEM!!!
