Sterling Auto is the best and honest car repairing center in Arlington. Den is honest and man of words. One shop of Cooper street asked $900 for a repair but Den repaired it with only $58.

Don and his associate are friendly and competent in most all my cars needs. They have treated me fairly and their prices for service are a great deal. I have been their customer for about 10 years and only a couple of times I have a presented them with a problem they could not diagnose and fix. The fact that once or twice I have had to go somewhere else for a diagnosis is the only reason for a 4 star rating instead of a 5. Their great service on a wide range of auto service needs will keep me coming back.

The man who took care of my inspection was very nice. It was $25.50. Its a little difficult to find, but its a comfortable shop. Like youre at your grandpas shop or something. I got in and out on a Tuesday around 10am. He recommended a good body shop place and said they were good people. I had a good experience there, too.

I went to Sterling Auto to get a long overdue brake job. Not only did they fix my brakes at a reasonable price, they also fixed a side mirror that had been knocked off by an errant basketball. I did not ask them to fix the mirror, they just noticed my duct tape repair job and fixed it. The work was done quickly. They were friendly. I would recommend Sterling Auto to anyone who needs honest work done at an honest price.

Sterling Auto has taken care of my family for 3 generations. Even when I lived in Denton county, I would bring my car all the way to Arlington so Don and his amazing crew could fix my car for me. They always called me to let me know everything wrong before beginning work, only ever fixed what I said I could afford, and never added any charges. Often, my repair was less expensive than the estimate. Better yet, they always topped all my fluids and vacuumed my car, even when I just brought it in for an oil change. I have a new Nissan, and my dealership wont even do that for me! As a young, single female I trust Don and Sterling Auto implicitly to be honest and fair with me. I often recommend his shop to my friends who still live in DFW. I now live in NY, and goodness knows I wish I could move Sterling up here with me!

Been taking my cars there for years and they always explain what the problem is and I trust them to do a great job. They have also been honest enough to tell me when something didnt need to be fixed, or if they were not able to work on a certain type of car.

Ive felt swindled at other auto shops, but here I get service I trust and the price is reasonable. When my friends need help I send them to Sterling Auto as well and they were blessed by the staff who went above and beyond to take care.
