They did great work due to Waynes experience with repairing Jaguars. Yes, it took a while to find the electrical/computer issue, but it was fixed, and I am happy! Definitely a dealer alternative.

If you want a shop that will coddle you and serve fancy coffee in the lobby, this isnt the place for you. However, if what youre looking for is a mechanic with umpteen years of experience who knows Jaguars inside and out, go see Mr. Wayne and the folks at Specialty Services. Ive been taking my car here for the last eight years and always come out with more knowledge and a vehicle that runs better than before.

Wayne is an awesome guy! His team at Specialty Services took excellent care of my vehicle, they have a real passion for Saab and European Automotive. Service work was reasonably priced and they have a very quick turn around. Specialty Services will be my go-to automotive repair and service location for my Saab 93

I was extremely disappointed in the fees charged by this shop. They did get my car running, but charged over $3000.00 and wanted to do another $2000.00 in other repairs. The charges just kept coming and it was too late to do anything. I am very familiar with fees and this shop is just down right pricey to say the least. I will not be taking my car back there.

BEWARE!Wayne is full of lies, tries to sympathize with you with the outrageous prices of dealerships, but will backstab you with a $1000 labor job (no parts) to fix absolutely nothing and was all charged to find the problem and will cost an additional $1200 to actually fix the problem. He could not justify the expensive cost other than well, that is just how it is and I checked all the systems to find the issue (on your expense).There is a reason why there are a lot of cars in the front, he is looking to find the next person to scam and steal their money to pay for his expensive rent in Arlington.Wayne is a horrible person and runs a shady business.

$650 to replace upper radiator hose. Tried to get $3000 in other unnecessary repairs done. We are from out of town and had little choice. Stay away unless you want to overpay.
