Having had multiple repairs done here, risked driving my 2012 accord 35 miles on an engine that was running ragged to get a second opinion on an engine diagnostic. So glad that I did, cannot say enough about the professionalism of Sean and his staff and their flexibility, clear communication, and careful, deliberate assessment and treatment of my car. Trustworthy, clear, and more than fairly priced are the three descriptions that come to mind with this service center. Lucky to have found them!

This place is great! I brought my car in for some major repair work that needed to be done around the holidays (... that is the last thing you want to be worrying about at that time of year...) and they were amazing! They fixed everything quickly even during the holiday time and had great customer service!I worked with Ricardo- he is super knowledgeable about what’s going on with the car and finding solutions. He was in communication the whole time and he really makes sure the customer is taken care of! He clearly explained what was needed and gave me a great price (I had compared at a few other places previously and chose this shop based on his recommendations and price). Ricardo goes above and beyond. He really listens to you... Aside from the repair work, I had mentioned in passing I was planning on a cross country road trip and he specifically made sure to check over the car for everything needed for a safe trip free of charge. He did a few extra touches and even made sure I was set up with AAA in case of an emergency! It really is the things like that that shows how much he appreciates you as a customer.The team did an excellent job on the repair work and everything has worked perfectly since. I definitely recommend working with Ricardo and his team here if you need maintenance or work on your car. I’ll continue to bring mine here!

My go to repair shop for good, reliable, fast well priced service on my car. Ricardo and Jay know what they are doing. Ive taken my car there to fix or get new tires, oil changes, inspections and mechanical and electrical issues. Metro Motor does great work and I always feel treated as a special client. It is a great relief to have them in the neigborhood.

Extremely polite, professional, quick, and gave me a fair price. Called and got in within an hour. Within a couple of hours completed oil change and 4 tires installed. They even installed license plates without charging me labor/fasteners, which was really nice of them because it saved me a trip to the hardware store to get bolts and nuts.

Wow, just wow. I took my car in for a quick state safety inspection and I was shocked at how thorough they were. I have had a lot of cars, and inspections, over the years but I have never had someone put the car on the lift for a complete examination of virtually every moving part of the vehicle. They removed the wheels, they completely analyzed the whole suspension. They agonized over every part in the engine compartment. It was amazing to watch for the better part of an HOUR. If you want an inspection that will ensure that every single aspect of your car is beyond reproach, this is the place for you. Some people may say that they were using an old trick to try to drum up business, hoping that you will have the repairs done by them, but not me. I was amazed, shocked and surprised at how-much-time-they-spent-pouring-over-every-little-thing-on-the-car!

I have taken my two vehicles to Moe to get serviced and inspected over the last few years. He is one of the if not the best mechanic/technician Ive worked with over the years. Moe is funny, professional, helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. Ive relied on Moe for both small and large service repairs to my vehicles. I love that he also works on European vehicles such as BMWs and Mercedes-Benz. If you need to get your vehicle serviced or inspected, I highly suggest you pay Moe a visit. Thank you Moe! I’ve taken my car here twice, once for a tire rotation and once for brake repair work. My husband has also had an oil change done on his F-250 truck. All the experiences were very good. They always finished on or before the time they told us. The staff is super friendly and very thorough. We’ve never been pressured to have extra work done. When my husband asked about pricing for his oil change, which can be expensive on large trucks, they said they would call back with the price because they didn’t want to quote the wrong amount. The price was reasonable and they did an outstanding job. I highly recommend checking them out.

I have had my car repaired here twice. The first time was to replace my brakes and the other to fix an attachment that had come loose. Both times I received great service. The staff is friendly and professional.They also gladly refill your tires with air free I recommend them happily.

I ran out of gas on a Friday coming from the Mark Center in Alexandria. Weekend of USMC Marathon. Looking at 1.25hrs of traffic and an accident ahead. I yelled Hey Google take me to the closest gas station now. This was a blessing.Its a tiny nice Full service station and gas stop with a mechanic. Also walking distance to a dozen shopping places. Before the major traffic and after Pentagon.Took the stress out of my drive when I saw the price too.

Great independent repair shop. Really nice owner and mechanic. They did my brakes with parts supplied by me and even fixed a rattling sound I had later on at no charge. They dont charge excessive prices like the dealership and Im happy to recommended them to a friend

Needed an oil change and 2 new tires and the service manager, Jay, took care of it for me all in one day. Gave me a quote for the tires that was more than a fair price and put them on for me no problem. Final price was spot on with what he quoted. Great service and very friendly people.

Whether it is related to a recent ownership change or a simple management problem of the new business, I am NOT coming back. My car has been serviced there for years under previous ownership, so when I brought in my car about month and a half ago, I assumed that they’d handle it with equal professionalism and value their “acquired customers”. This was not the case, as I believe that they not only had trouble diagnosing it and replacing the correct part, but shifting responsibility onto the customer for something that happened under their new ownership which in the end put the customer at fault and cost the customer a car. I serviced my car for the first time with them in September 2018 or so, where it was towed to their place as it won’t start. They initially called me to inform me that it was the starter, which needs to be replaced, but when I told them that they’ve already replaced that starter last year, they called me back and said that it is actually a car’s CPU unit! I used to trust these people, so I let them replace my car’s CPU with the used one, but still very pricey, and when I picked up the car, one of the mechanics told me that it’ll last me for another couple of years and that the engine light would go on and off but because the CPU is used, I shouldn’t pay attention to it. The engine light was on the next day, but I kept on driving. Three weeks later my car couldn’t start again with the same symptoms. This time, they told me that they are going to replace the starter, it will be all covered, especially since it is a “return visit” moreover, the starter was replaced a year ago. They then called to correct themselves after finding out that the starter wasn’t under the warranty anymore and charge me for it almost 500 bucks, (nor did they offer to cover the labor). I was also told that if I wanted to get rid of the engine lights, there was another $1100 fee to fix, else – I won’t pass emission inspection approaching in 3 months. With the statement that they’d love to help me and make me happy, they offered to cover towing of $75.Upon a very lengthy conversation with the current main mechanic or office manager, I believe, Jason, I was told over and over again that since he wasn’t there when my CPU was replaced, nor was the main existing mechanic they acquired from earlier owners who was on a vacation that time, my CPU replacement was handled by a technician who no longer works with them, they don’t know whether it was a right move to replace the CPU and will not stand behind that; however, since my car started that time, they did the right thing. Jason also told me that I should have never had the engine lights on and I shouldn’t have been told that it was OK, but the guy who told me it is no longer worked there, so it is not their problem. However, he mentioned, since my car started, they fixed it that time whether it was by replacing the CPU or not, because it started and ran for entire three weeks! I was also scolded for the fact that I didn’t mention my engine lights being on the first time the car died. My explanations of having history with engine light going off before any problem and car actually starting randomly which should have been known to them, were ignored.I decided to pick up the car and go elsewhere, but was recommended to speak to the new owner, as the guy in the office at that point seemed concerned. I left the car, but then after calling them back was told to try to get a hold of the owner when he stops by the office, which I did on multiple occasions, but failed. They won’t give me his cell phone number or ask him to call me back. I picked up my car, paid for that starter and done with them. I am honeslty in a disbelief, of how “nicely” I was sent away with explanations “wasn’t me” but we’d love to help you and make you happy after you pay us a total of 2K for car repairs within the two months period. Obviously, they don’t care about their returning customers and are having issues setting up a qualified professional team.

They got me😞 I came in for an oil change. The manager walks up to me and says miss your gas light is on I said I know I it comes on sometimes. He offered me a free diagnostic I agreed. He than tells me the samething mazda told me, that the light comes on because a missing gas cap or pumping gas while the car is running etc, I explained the light usually goes off. He says ok nothing to worry about but sometimes problems will develop down the line like fuel injection problems or holes in system. Manager or mechanic never showed me results of diagnosis test Im thinking its no problems. He than offers to fix my breaks for $400.00 because they were to the medal and dangerous to drive. I agree to bring the car back for breaks and roters. I come back to pick up my vehicle ( they didnt call me) I get the vehicle 2 days later my engine light is still on I take it to Autozone for diagnostic code P1093 pops up. The manager told me there was no problems???? I take my car back to ask them why didnt he tell me the code was P1093 he than says he did tell me that. I explained you showed me nothing... I was made to believe the light was a technical issue like Mazda and Otis and sons told me.Of course they refuse to admit there mistake I believe the machanic sabatoge my vehicle so I could bring it back. Jay told me the mechanic tried to reset engine light I never gave them permission to touch it. Than he said he made a mistake telling me that, the mechanic also said he never tried to reset engine light. Be careful always get the results of diagnostic test before they touch your vehicle. DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!
