RUDE RECEPTIONIST. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. TRASH PLACE. TRASH SERVICE. They’ll lose your wheel for over a week, then when they find it, they’ll bring it back to you with the wrong tire. My wheel was an 18 inch, they brought back my wheel with a 19 inch tire that was obviously not on the wheel because of the size difference and tried to tell me that’s my tire. Then finally they realize they made a mistake, take the wheel and tire back to locate my original tire and bring me back another tire that’s not mine. Not the same brand or size as mine. This place is very unprofessional. And they don’t have set prices. They charge you whatever they feel like charging that day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I have gave them plenty of opportunities to keep doing business with them but have been very disappointed with the management there. They do not have a set price just give out prices at random. I have sent out wheels for the exact same work and get different prices and when I explain lady on the phone just laughs and tells me if I want it if not they can send it back. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company. I know I will not be calling them again.

Wow, I really have tried to give this place a chance at earning my business. My last three times using this company, I had two wheels come back with the coating flaking off and now they cant even get a wheel back to me as promised. I would strongly consider using anyone over this place. Wheel Technologies is a much better option. Oh, and I attempted to speak with a manager, but she has no regards for customer service.

Hit a pot hole In my mustang, and bent my rim, brought it, into the store. 1st thing they ask you is what needs to be fixed, rim size.. etc. Next the lady in the front desk checks out the rim, and gives you a quote right there on the spot. Then she makes sure you have all your rivets on your rim and Hub cap, etc. Also she may remove any sensors on the rim. The rim was ready the next day in the morning. They charged me 125 cash or 127 with debit card. It looks like they also retouched up the paint on the rim a little. Then I was about to throw my rim in the trunk, I checked all the rivets incase there was any missing, and sadly there was. I went back inside and they said they would check. The lady got back from the shop and said she couldnt find anything. Then had me wait an hour so the guy who worked on my wheel checked and see where he left my rivets. They also took off the valve stem . Which costs money to replace . Youre looking at about 150 total to getting your rim fixed at the tire shop. I would t recommend coming here. Yeah they fixed the rim, but theyre service is kinda iffy . Come at your own risk

NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR RIMS TO DALLAS WHEEL REPAIR IN ARLINGTON. Would give NO STARS IF THAT WERE POSSIBLE.Don’t waste your time with this “business”.. Original powder coat was shotty, they agreed to a redo- kept rims another 12 days, charged us an additional $50 (when originally promised to be free of charge), and DIDNT EVEN DO ANYTHING TO FIX THE MISTAKES!!!!!!!!!! Rims were promised to be done on 2 separate dates, and they ended up keeping them an additional 5-7 days past the promised completion times. Also very difficult to call/get in-touch with. Often won’t answer calls during normal business hours either. Kinda scary when your ability to drive your vehicle rests in the hands of such a questionable business.

Very good job in my 16 size wheel only that they told me than the wheel is ready 6 am and its not true, they finished until 12 pm. The price for the job was it $140.00 + tips.

Did a great job straightening out a bent inside bead line on the rim of my Ford Escape. Price was reasonable compared to replacing the rim. They were pleasant to deal with and had my rim fixed and ready for pick up in less than 24 hours. They offer other services, such as powder coating, as well.

Great experience. Ran over a wooden pallet on the highway and bent my wheel rim. Dropped my wheel off Thursday and it was ready by Friday. Staff is friendly and price is reasonable. They even text you when its ready to be picked up. Would go here again!

I had a wheel that was bent. I took it to a local place where I live and they sent it of to Dallas. With no luck they sent it back saying it couldnt be fixed. I then called Kings Tire in Fort Worth and they recommended Dallas Wheel Repair. My Brother took it to them for me. The results were amazing. The wheel is beautiful. It looks brand new. I am very pleased with Dallas Wheel Repair. He also said the receptionist was very professional and nice. I would definitely recommend them.

Dallas Wheel Repair does great work at a reasonable price. Victoria and staff are very friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome. The technicians are knowledgeable. I thought I only bent one wheel due to a huge pothole in the middle of Interstate 35, but the hit actually affected both wheels (front & back) on the passenger-side. If they hadnt checked all four wheels on my vehicle, I would have still had the vibration and a safety issue. If you need wheel repair or wheel reconditioning, this is the place to go. Im extremely pleased with the service and how my chrome wheels look. They look brand new! Excellent work! I wish all places were like them!

Had a huge chunk missing from one of my alloy rims, due to hitting a curb. Took it in and they repaired it overnight. They stay open late for drop-offs and have great turn around time. Plus, the cost was less than I expected. Wheel looks great and no one can even tell which one was repaired. I was referred here by a friend who works at a dealership that sends all of their wheels here for repair. Very glad he recommended this place. If you need a repair, this is the place to go!

Went in person still not able to fix it or speak with manger.

Never answer the phone called 10 times sent my wheel they couldnt repair the damage ... They also kept my tire pressure sensor which is about $65... Not professional at all... If they ever get back to me and I am satisfied I may change my review... But for now stay away and find othe rim repair shops on Google..

I had two rims sent off to this rim shop from Temple, tx. They good a job repairing the rims and resurfacing them but when they painted them they clear coated the rims and it really discolored the rims bad and the clear coat started chipping off withing a couple of months. They will not make it right for me because I misplaced the receipt. Do yourself a favor and take your expensive rims somewhere else.

Repaired my Chrome 20 wheel, quick turnaround

I thought this was a great place to get wheels repaired. I had my Mercedes wheel repaired there and it was 150. They painted it and it looked good, however its black wheel was pretty eady to match. . I took a wheel that had been bent on my wifes 2016 Challenger and they did a good job truing the wheel, but a lowzy job matching the paint. My wife like the brighter and glossy color, so I took the other front to get painted and fix curb scratches and thet want to charge me 140. only 5 bucks less. And to paint the other 2 rear wheels would also be 140 each. Thats just plain wrong, when they didnt match the paint color of the first one and now want to overcharge me so I have a matching set of 4 wheels. One of the guys there came up with a great idea and they powder coated all 4 wheels and they look great now. So I would recommend them especially if your going to do all 4 wheels.

I don’t recommend Dallas Wheel Repair. They put the wrong bolts on the tire. It felt like the tire was going to come off while driving down the freeway. The tire had multiple bulges in the sidewall. The manager, Victoria, became emotional stating that we must not have anything to do but she did and didn’t have time to deal with this. She couldn’t find the invoice or the invoice number in her own records. She needed a copy of ours.Victoria had to “find out if she could recoup her cost before she would honor the warranty”, she took the tire and six hours later told us not to call back until she contacted us and then hung up on us when we asked when that would be.Dallas Wheel repair initially kept the jack and lug wrench we kept in our trunk so when the car was no longer drivable, we were on the side of the road without any tools. We never got them back.While the incident is frustrating and paying around $500 for this much trouble is hard to swallow, talking to an emotional individual about tires is difficult and you know what I mean. There was more than one octave involved when she became defensive, lots of interrupting, well..you know. I will do almost anything at all to avoid the whining, accusing, it’s not my fault, it’s your fault voice. Never thought replacing a tire would include this.Texas Tire on Trail Lake Dr is a much better choice. They are calm and professional, no talking them off a ledge. They know what they are talking about, you don’t have to explain bulges in the sidewall or lug nuts on low profile tires. They speak the same lingo. They are professional and most importantly courteous. I took my rim to Dallas Wheel Repair for a crack along with other scrapes and dings . I was quoted a more than fair price and 24hr turn around time... it was ready in less than 24hrs and looks brand new! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs rim repairs or doesnt want to purchase new rims!

I dinged my rim pretty badly which caused air to start leaking from the tire. I was recommended to this shop by a friend so I took it in for an estimate. If I would have bought a new rim from the dealership it would have cost hundred of dollars. But Dallas Wheel Repair was able to weld my rim back into shape and even cleaned/painted it to return it back to the original silver color all for $130 and in less than 24 hours!

Brought my truck in just to see the cost price was so good I couldnt not leave it. Had some scratches and a couple bent lips but the people here are Dallas Wheel Repair got it done right. Everyone I dealt with was nice as cab be and there 24 hr turn around is amazing. Ever need anymore wheel repair done thisll be my only stop.

If I could leave no stars a would. I have a shop near them and sent one rim out for a repair, 2 days later I called and they said it would be ready in the morning, the next morning came, I called they said it would be another day... 4 days to fix 1 rim?? They said it was being worked on and about half way done. A few hours later they brought it back completely untouched and said they dont want the job. Oh not to mention they original doubled the price. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. The manager was very rude and said she didnt care that I wouldnt bring any more work.

Horrible service. was missing parts from my wheel.. they want me to come up and give them parts after they already delivered my wheel without them in the first place. I told them where to get them. Sent a picture and had measurements.. still rude on the phone and refused to help. Wheels where repainted and did a horrible job also. Dont use them, your wasting your money,

Questionable quality of coating used. When the centercaps were put back on it left a huge chip on the outside seat of the cap. They didnt pay attention to how thick it was applied. Very pricey and not worth coming back in my opinion.

They do a very good job fixing wheels but lately they have been getting very sloppy on deliveries and i think its because veronica forgets things. she never calls me back to tell me that they couldnt fix a wheel and then she starts getting rude and attitudes!!!

Do not spend your money here. You will lose the rim and they will not honor there warrantyI have to park my tires straight if not the air seeps between the rubber and the metal.They charged me 225 dollars for an expensive rim I had and the end product was close to .5 inches shorter than original rim . Had to replace all 4Did not honor any warranty.

Update: They did a good job on my rim and I have no complaints so I am upgrading my rating from 4 to 5 stars. The people are nice and knowledagble about the process of fixing my rim issue. I worked with Jorge and I have no complaints.Prior to correcting rim:I really never leave customer reviews but I had a good customer service experience. I will update to five stars if everything goes well. I took my rim to discount tire and they wanted me to replace my rim(nothing against them but limited edition amg rim do not come cheap and are hard to find on the internet). If everything goes well, than this is the place you should consider, if you have a high series Mercedes or BMW bent rim(if you own one you know exactly what I am talking about).

I dont understand why there is so many bad reviews on here, i got all four of my OEM wheels refinish here. They turned out great i took them Yesterday which was Oct. 7 at 6pm and picked up the next day at 9 in the morning. I think the prices can be negotiable if you talk to the right people, im a returning customer from last year and they charged me 20 more bucks from last year. But in all A-1 service and great work.

Wheels looked brand new when I got them back in less than 24 hours. Needed some welds put on and a few bent wheels that look like nothing happened.

I brought in a bent rim off my 350z Nissan and they fixed my rim but changed the color .when I told them the rim was wrong color they asked me to take off another rim so they could match the color but still say that they can’t get it back to original color of other rims on car bad service and very rude management would not recommend to friends or family
