I came to this shop 3 days ago car wasnt running i had a really bad electric problem went to 3 different shops and they were so expensive so i stopped by arlington auto on 121 s collins and they had my car back running the same day really nice employees and reasonable prices i will be taking all my cars there from now on

I love coming here whenever I need work done on my car they take care of it! Their prices are cheaper than every place in the area and they work diligently to get the job done. Awesome friendly people. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Discriminatory & Predatory.I hate to even use those words, but I’ve watched him charge ridiculous numbers for women, minorities, and younger people that made my stomach turn. If you weren’t Middle eastern chances are he’s going to do all he can to exploit your lack of knowledge.I’ve Watched the owner laugh in the back of the shops office about how stupid (insert minority group) people are and then walking into the A/C or garage floor using phrases like “my friend” and “Brother”. Swapping parts people “wouldn’t notice we’re missing” and collecting outrageous unwritten numbers for diagnostics and services that weren’t needed.I’ve been coming to this shop for about 2 years off and on because of how close it is to my place of residence. I’ve spent well into the thousands of dollars on several Vehicles here.I’m ashamed I even paid any type of money to this place or even allowed these types of things to take place in my presence. Don’t let a smile fool you. I assure you what is going on is anything but the ethics you should display with a vehicle that literally has peoples lives on the line.Don’t let the smile fool you. There are so many other shops in the area. Don’t spend money here.

Always get me in and out in a good time staff friendly and also the owner pretty nice guy these guys have worked on my avalanche 3 times and all times satisfied work I recommend this shop to anyone they take care of you.

After receiving multiple recommendations from friends and colleagues, I took my car to Arlington Auto Service and Sales for repairs. The staff was incredibly helpful and transparent. Perhaps even more noteworthy, my car was ready when promised. This shop does fantastic work and their fees are extremely competitive.

I met Mike who is the owner here and Im extremely happy with the service from this place. I would recommend this place to everyone in Arlington to get their car fixed at a very affordable price. The service is very quick and the owner is always happy and smiling and provides the best bang for the buck.

A bad place to do business. The inspector asks you to buy him three red bulls under the pretext of helping you with the inspection, he writes it on a sheet, when he finishes he charges you $ 20, which is more than you should pay.

These guys are awesome! They tracked down the problem and do good work for a good price. I was visiting from out of town so it would have been easy for them to try to take advantage of a woman alone, but they did a great job at a really fair price. When iIgot back home my mechanic confirmed this .Highly recommend.

Been coming here for at least 5 years and he has worked on at least 5 of my cars. I wont go to anybody else. Anytime i explain problems on my cars he always finishes my statement on what else is wrong. Very knowledgeable! Prices are cheap and the work is very good. Customer for life!

Awesome place! I get my oil changed here on a regular basis! Its in the middle of Arlington and its easy to get to. I never have to wait and the service is always fast and friendly. The best thing is that I trust the mechanics. Highly recommend!!!

I work all around DFW area, but always try and get my oil change here! The staff here is very friendly, informative, and very helpful! I’ve never felt overcharged and they go above and beyond to help with even little issues that they don’t have to help with! Since the original owner, Knorr, is no longer there, this place has gone down hill. Knorr was very polite, professional, and personable. The assistant he had was very kind, too! His brother is completely opposite and is obnoxious. The lady assistant is no longer there; at least I never see her when I do go there which isnt often at all now.

I havent lived in Arlington long. Its hard to find someone you trust to work on your car. I had gotten a couple of estimates from other places but didnt feel comfortable. When i talked to the owner i knew this was the place! They fixed my car the next day for an amazing price! They will receive all of my business from now on! Thanks for all your help!!

I wouldn’t go here because they are crooks, the number one motive is to steal money from you. they are not certified and everything they fix breaks down the next day. If you don’t believe me go waste your money there and found out.

Ive been a loyal customer for years but no more! The new owner is a liar and a Thief! Since he has taken over all of my repair that I needed Ive had to come back twice to get it done correctly. And he suddenly wants you to pay in cash! Im sure this is because he doesnt want you to be able to cancel any payment done by card in the event that you realize hes just taking your money. Another customer said that they are having the same issue with him right now as far as not fixing it the first time. Do. Not. Go. There!

Slow service. Fairy priced. Staff pretty nice. But they are so busy the dont do the best on work. Had to go back several times until I decided to try some place else.

The owner at this shop was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He informed me of exactly what the problem was with my vehicle, it was repaired on the day promised, and I havent had any problems since. I highly recommend this shop.

I am flabbergasted about the so called service here. The company will go down the drain if they do not get rid of the Obese gentleman in the office who is clearly belligerent while working. This has to be a scam and you have to be a imbecile to give them your car and money.

AMAZING!! From start to finish. I was having some shaking going on with my vehicle and was concerned for the safety of my daughters and I. The owner, Noor suggested I bring it in and he looked at it, even fixed the problem within the hour. His very reasonable price and honestly made me feel so relieved!! I was quoted else where a few hundred dollars more and you really do get overall great service here. he let me know what else needed to be done and I will defiantly recommend his shop to you! Went there to get my brakes done and got three tires from there. All three tires was bad tires. Two of them was the wrong size and one was a all around bad one. Now have to buy new tires again smh. Never again will I go there thanks, but no thanks. Thats why he wanted me to pay with cash and not with my debit card.

If zero stars was an option that’s what it would be. AC repairs went from $125 to $650. Not the issue. But while executing the said repairs, these crooks damaged the transmission line and then tried to blame it on rust. “We will price the part and see how much MORE it will be” I don’t think so, you damaged something in the process of fixing something completely unrelated? That’s on you. Now what should have taken a few hours has turned into days of repair? I don’t think so. Terms of endearment “ my brother” “friend” to disguise your crooked predatory and discriminatory behavior! You got the wrong one. Forget a review. I’m filing a formal complaint with the state’s attorney general. Don’t take your car here for even the most simple routine maintenance. They are trash mechanics.

We have been coming to this shop for years! The owner, Norr, is very honest unlike other mechanics weve dealt with in the past. If there is something they do not fix at this shop, they will refer you to someone else who can fix it.

Watch out for the crooked conman in the office because all he wants to do is scam you out of more money, the Job that was done cost a lot but fail apart the next day. Try any other place before going there.

This is a joke, the fat, rude and clearly belligerent buffoon in the office is just one of many reasons why this company is struggling. I rather my husband do it himself instead of blindly handing my car to these idiots.

Took my truck which had an unexpected issue service engine light flashing not a mechanic so I had no clue what was wrong Noor and his staff were wonderful dropped my truck off and had it back working within 4 hours at a reasonable price never once tried to over charge or get over because I was a woman he called told me what my issue was and what my price would be turned out to be another issue along with that but my quoted price never changed very friendly people I will continue to take my business to.

I have always used this place for oil changes and my auto inspection but this time I was a little disappointed. Whoever was dont care they switched my vehicle to synthetic oil without ever asking me. I did not want synthetic but I have it now.
