Clean, organized pick up waiting area. My part came out fast and was in great condition. The employees were nice. Way different than Simco, AutoFit, or places like New World. I will definitely be back the next time I need parts.

I come here very often. Probably twice a month. Last time I arrived at 8:27am and the doors were open. The guy at the counter was sitting down listening to headphones or something. I said hello. He said, we are not open. I said I knew that it would be two minutes and I would wait. There were two chairs in there... you cant wait in here. He said rudely. I left and arrived again at 8:30 two minutes later. Again he was very short and rude with a poor attitude acting unprofessional.

Everyone that i delt with was extreamly rude and they didnt have half of the parts they said they had i drove 2hrs to get there to find they have no idea what they are doing... The fender i got was dented up they offered to het me 2$ off it cost more than that for the damn sandpaper to fix it what a hoke when i spoke with the manager they just laughed it off and said i can just go somewhere i would give 0 stars what a joke!!

Great Place to Get Your Parts for Cheap! Two Stars off because they do take a while to get parts especially for popular cars.

I came yesterday and received a right fender instead of the left one. Came in today and exchanged it. Great customer service. No trouble at all.

The manager, the guy who we pay to after we buy parts, when asked why they are turning away several people who had no masks on than provide masks, said certifit did not invite anyone to go to their store, he said he did not care if people went there or not or he cares about is that they should come in with masks. I thought for a manager to think that low was absolutely ridiculous. The owners or owner of certifit spends thousands of dollars a year in advertising to have a clown like that for a manager.

This is a great place to get quality aftermarket parts for a really good price. The only downside is you do have to wait a while, and be pretty patient. However when I was talking to one of the employees he said that Mondays are pretty slamming. So it might have also been my poor timing to go. Everyone was kind, and generally in a good mood. I honestly did not mind waiting too much, because like I said before you can get some sweet parts for a whole lot less. Like even better than off the internet, so you kinda trade your time for sweet sweet cash... The only other thing I have to say is that their ordering system is weird. If they do not have something in stock they cannot order it per-say. When an employee searches for the part it send a message to their supplier to put it on the next shipment out. So it could be there in about 2-3 weeks. Which sounds not so bad, but the catch is only if their supplier has that part in stock.... So you might get the part you ordered in 2-3 weeks or you may not... so take a quarter.

Was told they would hold my item for me. Got there in less than 30 minutes and I waited for 30 minutes for them to tell me they didnt have the part.

Really bad customer service in the front desk

We purchased a front grill from them and we received the item at the shop it was just in clear plastic bag . Next day we when we try to install the grill we found it was wrong fit and not for the model we specified . We called them immediate and told them about it and they said next time we order something that they will pick i up and issue us credit . Few days later we had another item come in and they refused to pick this one up because it was not in original packaging. We told them it was just a clear bag that it was brought to us too but they didnt care so I refuse to buy anything else from them because I am stuck with an item that was sold to us in error by them and now they dont want to honor there returns either . I called office and the manager didnt even want to take time and talk to me . I found it very highly unprofessional as well a poor customer service. But I think the worst part of it is that I feel cheated and robed by them . Might still take them to small court claim because I think they violated many consumer rights there . Just hate dishonest people and companies that are robbing people.

They informed me of incorrect information. They said the side mirror I got would be able to fit my car, when it didnt. Had to replace it....but hey. It was $50. Worth the bad service for the amazing price. Keep in mind all their items are black, and youd have to paint them if you want the right color for your car. But thats not something I care about. So I would recommend. Just be warned to do your research. Dont expect them to know everything and youll be fine.

Beyond sucked went to go pick up a hood for a 1978 Chevy Silverado showed it in inventory and it was but damaged creased just like my old one go all the way from Fort Worth to take a look at a damaged. Had my number was on reserve couldnt even call me and let me know. So do you want to know what I really think Im going to be nice and not say Anything more!

Order from rock auto they will be cheaper faster and better quality. Only gave one star because I couldn’t give it zero stars.

Good prices and phone service is good and knowledgeable. Wish the in store service people were a bit more talkative. Atmosphere felt stale when I arrived but the service was quick. It was just kind of odd and disconnected, but maybe Im use to other places.

This is the face of worst customer service. They refuse to accept payment for delivery items in the name of COD, but then they dont even deliver on time as promised, thats if they even deliver. It sucked. They say they have the parts and when you get there they tell you that its on back order. Wasted time. Go to eagle 8n grand prairie its worth the drive and your not standing outside.

Waited a hour and no parts still. I asked what was up with my order and told them to just cancel the order because my time is valuable too. The manager followed me outside and said I can take my attitude somewhere else when I was already going to National Auto body. So I told him to suck a penis and that he is the worst manager ever. Its his fault employees cant find parts and are slow. He tried to start a confrontation when there was none, I wanted to smash his face so bad but he isnt worth it. He will soon enough piss off the wrong guy with less to lose.

Parts didn’t fit right and couldn’t return them because they said once you try them on you can’t. They were the right parts for the year make and model and didn’t fit.the plastics for the front bumper of my 2006 chevy Silverado looked ugly bent outwards in the middle like a V 😡. The small thin plastic in between didn’t go all the way to both sides, it was too short and they couldn’t do anything about it. Never going back. What a waste of money, and yes my husband has installed those before so he knew what he was doing.
