I purchased my food truck from Eno Group in mid-February of 2020. Eno conveniently delivered the truck to Sacramento but thats when the customer service ended. After having the truck inspected for a health permit the health inspector noticed water leaking under the truck and it was traced back to the faucet coming from both the HOT and COLD water connectors from the metal pipe to the PVC pipe. The inspector gave a conditional pass but requested it be repaired ASAP (w/i 24 hrs). I contaced Eno about this and he said he would get a plumber out to fix the problem. To date, it has not been repaired and I have not been able to use the truck I purchased from him. Secondly, the inverter that comes installed in the truck shorted out and was informed it was under warranty and Eno had me remove it and ship it back to his VA location. To date I still have not received the replacement inverter and the tracking number he provided does not list the delivery address after asking him several times via text. When pressed to honor is warranty for a truck I havent been able to use since taking ownership, his messages had a different tone and said I need to take care of it myself. I would be cautious if you are considering purchasing a food truck from the Eno Group.
