They were polite and made experience easy. I was in and out under a hour.
People were good, can blame them for my reason to be there. The tech was late, but I really dont know his schedule. My appointment was at 9 am. Didnt leave till 12. It is what it is ...its all on me.
Today make the second car I had an interlock on, I don’t like the fact that I need one but on the other hand it saves my life and others...I have never Encountered or had a bad experience and the guys that works there are friendly informative and knowledgeable And very courteous the gentleman that put my interlocking device on today has always went the extra mile... I do recommend 🥰
***BE CAREFUL OR YOU WILL GET LOST USING GOOGLE MAPS***You need to ake sure to manually enter the address 1111 West Mayfield Rd in ur GPS.Apparently an upset client has been MOVING the pin to some gated apartment complex down the street.I had to get my device calibrated today, and that idi*t cost me my lunchbreak by screwing up their GPS location 😡😡😡👊🏽
Yesterday(Friday) It was a nightmare. Got there aprox 12:30. We sat in line with 6-7 cars ahead of us for over 45 mins, with not one car moving. Finally someone came out to let everyone know that their systems were down. Not knowing when or if theyd be back up. Going to attempt again today. We were told they would be open till 5pm.

For the past 4 months it’s now taking 90 min to 2 hours to get our devices calibrated. It’s causing backups in a school zone and confusion in the line as there are no directions anywhere to tell people the direction they’re supposed to line up. The police have even been called to tell them to direct traffic or speed up.

I have an in-hom device that went into lock out. I had a calibration date on new years day, obviously they werent open. When I picked up the unit the tech guy told me i would have a five day window to dome get the unit calibrated not to worry. I was on hold for an hour just to make my payment and now I have to pay an extra $50 because of the holiday. The smart start company will lie to you and screw you over just like everyone else that has anything to do with this so called fine justice system that we have.
They have great customer service, nice and friendly employees, they did take a little too long second time going but that was also because of other things that they couldnt control, but other than that they have good service.
The staff makes a huge pain in the neck a lot less painful. An unfortunately necessary service, done well.
I never had an issue, everything went smooth and no one was ever rude.
I come all the way from Springtown, TX just to use this location, the guys are amazing, so kind and helpful!!

Terrible customer service with no online payment options. How is a person with one of these machines supposed to get there if they cannot drive by law? By inconveniencing others, thats how. I guess its to be expected for a company that runs its business out of a shed. Its the 21st century folks, get your act together.
These guys dont give a fu €k.... they know you have no option. Horrible service, never open on time, always shorthanded, and always a huge ordeal to visit
As of right now extremely disappointed in the product and the service this location and company provide. They installed a machine to only have the machine not working in a week of installation. This only to be backed up by corporate office giving me a dead number that is supposedly for this location when I was trying to address the issue at hand. Someone said the manager for the area was going to be giving me a call to see what I can do and now it is on day 4 on sitting in the driveway due to a device failure!!!
