Made an appointment a week out for a specific time at 3pm after work and the day of, they called me at 10am to do the job Bc it was their connivence close by. They had to reschedule me due to lack of structure of this business.

I’m giving them 3 stars instead of one only because the installer was amazing. Everything else was awful. I called to get a quote and was told someone would call on their way. Never got that call but they did show up the same day. After he took his measurements he said someone would call with my quote and appointment time. One week later after I never received a call, I called them. Was given the quote over the phone and was told that someone would call me back with an appointment (I also paid in full at this point). 5 days later I had to call AGAIN after never receiving said phone call. I was told installer would be at my house at 11am the following Tuesday. At 11:30am that Tuesday I called again because no one showed and a very rude lady said they never make those appointments & my “window” appointment was later that day. The installer did show up later that day and was so helpful and extremely nice and professional. He was the ONLY good part of the whole experience. Will never use them again.

All of the folks at Binswanger in Arlington have been 100% top notch. The customer service has been nothing short of exceptional and they’ve come in ahead estimated delivery time both times I’ve used them for my pinball and my cabinet doors. This will be my go-to glass shop from now on.

My 98 year old Dad woke up to a broken glass door! I called Binswanger in Arlington, and they were out almost immediately to measure and board up the door. Everything was taken care of very quickly and professionally. No doubt we will use them again!

Fast and friendly service. My front windshield needed to be replaced and even though I had to wait 2 days for an appointment, you cannot beat the price and service. I called four different places and Binswanger beat all of them foe more that 120dls. The technician arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment. He was very knowledgeable and nice; once he was finished he went over in detail of the care needed. Will definitely use them in the future.

While the staff on the phone is friendly, I found myself having to call over and over for status of claim, glass ordering and installation date. Sales rep didnt respond to texts despite my having received one text from him. Installer did a poor job vacuuming out broken glass.

Binswanger in Arlington was great. I used them for one of my rehabbed homes in Grapevine, Texas, and they did a fantastic job. Eddie Salinas was super quick and efficient with his work on my windows and on the brand new glass shower installation in the master bath. I dare say that was the best, fastest and most reasonably priced work done on this home over any other trades I hired for the work - and there were many. At a tag of over $100,000.00 to rehab this home, Binswangers (Eddies) work was the distinctly best all around experience by far. 5+ stars isnt enough. I highly recommend them.

You can get pretty much any size piece of glass, and quick. Prices are good. I will keep my business here.

Great experience with Binswanger. We had a number of windows with broken seals that caused a fogging effect. Binswanger provided a reasonable price to replace the glass instead of undertaking a complete window replacement. The team of Uziel and Nathan did a wonderful job replacing the windows and showed great patience while working around other contractors. Highly recommend.

I called this store yesterday looking for a windshield for a 1955 Chevy 2nd series pickup and a 1966 Ford Econoline van. I spoke with Tamicka and she was able to order both. I picked both windshields up today. Everyone at this store was professional and seem to really enjoy their jobs. I have been at another location before where it was not like this. Im disappointed in them. Ive used them several times. They have usually been good. A little expensive but reliable. Recently, I called them to make a bid, they did and then never followed up. I had to call back several times to try to get someone to come out to do the work. Then, I tried getting a quote for my new home, and the customer service at the office was terrible. Ill go anywhere but there at this point. She spoke down to me and had a bit of an attitude. Very unprofessional. I just cant in good conscience hire a company that treats customers like this.

At 10 AM this morning, a patio, sliding glass door shattered, set off my home alarm and left me with no way to close or lock my home.Within 30 minutes of calling Binswanger Glass on South Cooper, Eddie, came to my home, saw it was an emergency and said he would get right on it!By 2:15 PM, the installer, Uzeal, arrived and began the clean up and repair.He was obviously skilled and very polite and professional. I really appreciated his friendliness and the speed with which he completed the job at about 3:45 PM!I would definitely recommend this company for emergencies or regular repairs. They made this 79 year old lady feel safer in a very short time!!

They only cover their shower door installs for a year. When it started coming loose, they said it would be $250 or more to fix.Go to Mansfield Glass, they offer a lifetime warranty on their work and are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Is there a negative 5 stars? that what these people deserve. I was scheduled to have my windshield replaced through my insurance carrier and they didnt show up twice, the second time I call the next morning and the lady says that the installer came to my house and nobody answered the door. When I told her that he didnt she replied that he would not lie about that because hes been with them for 30 years, so basically Im the lier here, thats why Im calling to see whats going on with my install. Bad attitude, worse customer service. UPDATE: Since this incident the manager called me, heard my side of the story and apologized. He sent a technician that same day to have my windshield replaced. I am changing my rating to 3 stars because of his actions.

Walked in and ordered small piece of glass. They took my number and said would call when ready. 7 days later, no call. I walked in again and my order was not even entered in the system. It was still written on a notebook. They asked me to wait while they would cut it for me right away. Couldnt they have done that 7 days ago? Good product but not so good service. My project was delayed a week for something that can be done in a few minutes.

I have used this location for various odd jobs and projects over the years and have always gotten extremely good pricing with no issues. My jobs have always been very custom and there has never been a mistake.

This company does not need to be open. They have the worst customer service. I order a glass for my living area. They gave me a time frame to install. The glass was late coming in, the installer was a two hours late after the time window and when he arrive he only had one glass.When the other glass came in, they gave me a time to install. They never showed up. I called to see if he was coming, she said he is on the way. He never showed up. Order some where else, this company should not be in business.
