Window cracked a few months after they fixed it due to an internal flaw. I called to ask about repairing it again. (It took several tries over a week to reach him - no answer and no voice mail.) He denied that it could have been related to the work he did and then rushed me off the phone saying that he would see if he could find me in his records and get back to me without even asking for my name. I get it - business owners cant always eat the cost of re-repairing things that break for no reason - but he didnt even offer to negotiate or to make an appointment to fix it again at full cost. Just brushed off my call as fast as possible.

They came and fixed my sliding glass door about 2 years a go and then when it was not working correctly they said they would come and they did not. Talk to the owner and he said twice he would come and never got back to me. I have left at least 4 phone messages and still no return call.I have no idea why the owner would act like that. I have talked to the trustees and manager in our building and i hope they never use Arlington Glass again.I am very disappointed and would never recommend them to any one..

Tommy was fantastic. Answered the phone immediately. He was very reassuring about the broken garage door pane. He came by the day after I called, assessed the problem and offered options. He did a fantastic job and charged a fair price. Excellent communication throughout. Could not have hoped for a better experience.

He was able to take me on the same day I called, and fixed 2 screen windows while I was running a quick errand. High quality work. Better than I ever would have expected! Next time I have a window issue Im just calling him.

Tommy is the best. I had no insurance and he worked with me to make the repair of my cracked windshield affordable. He got me into his shop ASAP and came through on all he promised. I was in a tight spot financially, and instead of turning my business away he chose to help someone in need. My car is like brand new - it passed inspection within minutes.
