Bumperworks Online and Top Notch Auto Parts are run by the same scammer. Luke Dobrzycki will claim to have bumpers in stock but will never respond to calls or emails and will give you false information about order status and shipping after numerous attempts to reach him. Obviously I paid by credit card so I was able to pull the payment, but it was the biggest waste of time ever. Dont make the same mistake.

Will charge you immediately and never ship item! Will ignore calls, texts and emails! Will give you false information including false tracking number, name of the individual you are speaking with and refund receipt. They will also review themselves to make the reviews appear high. They have multiple online businesses with one single contact number.

After reading all of the reviews on Google, Yahoo, etc, I was very apprehensive about buying a my BMW replacement bumper from Top Notch but their price was $150 less than the next cheapest one I found. I went ahead and took the chance, did have to make two follow up calls because their website does not update timely with shipping info. I did, however, receive the bumper in 9 days and it was in better condition than expected. Calls were responded to very timely and I am very happy with the service. Thanks!

I just received my E500 front bumper and it was in great condition. Better than I expected. I was primed and ready for paint. I had a really hard time finding this bumper. Their employees were very helpful and helped me order the correct bumper. I got the bumper in 9 days. (earlier than expected) I cant wait to install. Bumper was great and service was also. I will also be ordering my rear bumper as soon as possible. Thanks a lot guys.. thumbs up!

I ordered a bumper from Top Notch. After two weeks without receiving it, I called, and was informed that it was almost ready, and would be shipping soon. I was told the item had shipped, and received a valid tracking number 3 weeks after ordering. After waiting a few days with no shipment progress, I called FedEx, who told me they never received the item.I called Top Notch several more times, and was told each time by the rep that hed go to the warehouse the next day to ensure the item shipped. The person I spoke with (seems to be a single man operation) was always courteous, but clearly had no idea what was going on with the part, explaining that the warehouse told him theyd shipped it.I received a full refund two days after I called to cancel, a month and a half after ordering. The rep told me repeatedly that they had the item, and would ship it the next day. A simple We dont have or are unable to ship the part, heres a refund after I ordered it would have been sufficient. Stringing me along for a month and a half while my cars banged up - unacceptable.

Everyone that wrote that they are good people is 500% lying these people took months for working on my bumper and they lye and say they shipped it while in fact they havent because the tracking number they give you, tells you exactly when the part was dropped off. i got promissed many things and i swear to God on everything I love i have never gotten anything from them but the worst customer service ever. please if you would buy from them and you feel like you are cornered. you will find a way out trust me just wait for it and dont buy a single thing from them they are the worst. I wish they had negative stars i will give them all negative.

Ordered a lot of parts from them. Most of the time parts were decent last order was never shipped or my money returned Im just getting totally ignored. Im done with them, very unprofessional and not a nice way to treat your loyal customer.

HORRIBLE!!!... I ordered a lot of products online, but this company is the WORST EVER!!! No communication of any kind. Called several times and got same promises... Its going out this week. You will receive an email with tracking number tomorrow. NEVER heard from them... Finally, I had to dispute the transaction through my Credit Card company. I got my refund but it was such a hassle and time consuming. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I am pleased to share with you my experience with the company. The price was better than the competition and the shipping was as they stated ships after payment processed. The highlight of the experience was their ability to overcome customer disatifcation, this is huge to me as a consumer. And, as a result they will definetly maintain my business in the future. Total scam. Ordered a bumper and the email receipt said my card would not be charged until the order shipped. My card was charged the next day. I called 4x, once a week and kept being told that they had to contact the warehouse to check on my part and would then email me to tell me the result. Never got an email. Was told I would be called back, no call ever came. I was wary going in so I used my Amex, thank goodness because I dont have to fight to get a refund this way. I should have checked the reviews before making an order. Might as well throw your money out the window.

I ordered a Toyota Venza Bumper cover Rear painted. There was a relay because they received back from the paint shop the bumper with a small scratch and they didnt want to ship it out that way. I received the bumper and it was perfect.Thanks for doing a great job.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!Ordered a bumper almost a month ago and has given me fake tracking numbers, wont answer the phone/ email or put you on hold and hangs up! I pleaded with guy to give me a refund so I could buy elsewhere but they keep lying and say its on its way or 10 other excuses. You will not get your product.I reported to BBB and FTC so I hope they like being thieves and keeping my $430!Please avoid at all costs!!!!!!

If things change i will update this review but as of right now Im not too pleasedI ordered a 2006 magnum srt8 bumper from them on February 24, 2019 I have called numerous times they rarely if ever answer their phone they dont respond to emails the one time I did get someone to answer the phone over 2 weeks ago they said it would be another week or 2 before my item is shipped so I called this week to check on the status and no answer just got voicemail and I left a message and still no call back I sent a few emails and got no response and now when I call from my number it goes straight to voicemail but if i call from a friends phone it rings but still no answer. In my opinion their customer service is extremely poor i mean how are you supposed to run a business if you dont answer the phone or reply to emails. Unless you want to wait months for whatever you are trying to order I would say dont order from them. Hopefully I will get some type of update on the status of my order soon but not really holding my breath

I would not purchase another product from them.Still waiting for a replacement carburetor. The first one is defective. Statec to leak gas about 1 week after if was installed.Top notch said they would send replacement carb and a return label.Have gotten no response in over 2 weeks.I would be hesitant to do business with them as they dont appear to care.I will submit another review if this problem is corrected.Follow up. I did receive a replacement part 4-5 weeks later. Thanks!

I ordered a bumper cover and never received any confirmation email on the shipping so i called and he answered the first time told me hell call back in five minutes with tracking info but never did. so i called the following day with no answer. 3 days later tried again with no luck so i called from my wifes phone number and he answered, I then asked him for the tracking info he abruptly hung up on me. so i had to dispute the transaction with paypal he then sent me a refund minus a $13.00 service fee..bad customer service this guy will give the run around, by far worst online purchase I ever made. This delayed my project for a car show resulting in me not attending.

This is a major SCAM. I am in contact with the Better Buisness Bureau and our bank has started an investigation with this company. Multiple times Ive emailed them. Multiple times Ive called and been hung up on or ignored. We were never given a tracking number or confirmation number for our order. There is no option online to cancel your order and it is nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone or get any answer. This has turned into such a mess for us please dont not do business with them.

Ordered a bumper cover in February, waited FOREVER to get the part - delaying my body guy from getting his project. When it finally came in, it was painted & prepped & DID NOT MATCH UP. Drivers side was perfect, but passenger needed built up an inch to bolt up. They asked if my dude could bondo it - really? Because they do not have the specs to do it & make sure it is perfect. REALLY? Finally got them to have fedex pickup the item, they received it the next day. 2 days later I am told that the refund has been applied to my card...it has been a week & NOTHING has been refunded. So - I purchased a brand new bumper cover & the car is perfect. I would not use them again...especially if they can not answer a phone or refund money like they are supposed to.

DO NOT USE TOP NOTCH AUTOPARTS! Sa me story with every person. I ordered my bumper. When I called to check when it would be shipped I was told in about 2 days. After 3 or 4 days I called back. I was told it came back cracked from the paint shop and it was being repainted and would be shi,pped the folowing Tuesday. When I called on Wednesday he told me he would call me back in 5 minutes he was checking on it. Never got a call back now he refuses to anewer my calls or emails. Place is a big scam

I ordered a bumper from this company and never received a tracking number. I called and emailed to check the status of my order and was told my bumper was being shipped. I then asked for a tracking number and was never provided one even though the guy who runs this business assured me he would email me the number by the end of the day. He never sent a tracking number so I cancelled my order. I disputed through PayPal for a refund of my money. I strongly believe he is attempting to scam people of their money. I personally will never conduct business with him and I advise anyone whos shopping for a bumper not to conduct business with TopNotch. Be aware of Bumperworksonline as well because they are the same company.

Ive never had to write review on a service provider before because frankly i didnt really care. This time i lost more than $300 DOLLARS!!! Other times were petty dollars, but this company witch is a JOKE has the balls to tell me on the phone that the money was returned from a bumper i gave back to them because it was the wrong one! I Placed and order back on Sep. 29,2015 it was a bumper for a benz.I called about 1 week later and was giving a run around. they said theywill called me and never received a phone call back. So I decided to txtthey answer me in a very bad manner and told me that if I cant wait theywas going to cancel the order. So I gave them 1 more week.Since I didnt get a call I decided to call back to find out the status ofmy order and I was giving a GLI Tracking number from Grey hound. I callthe nest day to grey hound and they told me that the tracking numberwas invalid.. so I gave it 3 days thinking that it need it to clear grey houndssystems. But on the 3 day I called and came out invalid again!!!I decided to call Top notch on 10/19/2015 and no one answer my calls so I called Grey hound it has now been 2 weeks since I GOT THE TRACKING NUMBER and it came out again INVALID!!!!I txt Top noch and the guy as always was rude and told me that they will refund my monies if I cant wait... they told me on the purchase date that It will take 5-10 business days it has been over 20 days and the only thing that I can think of if that this is fake company and that whant they do is put people to wait and wait and wait so that you cant claim your monies back from credit card companies. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDS!!!!
