SmartFix carries very low quality cheap non OEM screens that end up having lcd problems within weeks of use. do not pay for any services here

Stay away from this place. $1000 iPhone X is now permanently damaged and inoperable. Had a screen/lcd repair completed on my sons iPhone. Screen is coming apart and lines through the display. Would not warranty yesterday because they felt it was my sons fault. Took to another shop this morning and the tech explained that my sons phone could not be repaired due to the pins being damaged by whom ever repaired the phone last. The tech showed me the damaged pins. Thanks Smartfix. You guys should be in legal trouble but I don’t want the stress associated with taking this any further.

I went not trusting the reviews and gave them a shot.....never again....overcharged me and lied about the work they had done when they didnt even do it..... went to other place to finish the job

I cracked my phone and went here to repair it, they repaired it and it was working fine for a while but lcd lines started appearing after several weeks. I went back and had it fixed under lifetime warranty and it was fine for 2 months until the glue started wearing off on the bottom of the screen and the screen started coming off. Over time more and more glue has came off and the screen is fully detachable and its all because of SmartFixs low quality cheap non OEM screens. I went back and the owner isnt willing to fix it under warranty even though the phone screen itself doesnt have any physical damage. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, THEY DONT COVER THEIR LIFETIME WARANTY. I STILL HAVE MY RECEIPT

The owner Amel is a bad dude. He is manipulative, not honest - he replaced my phone with bad parts and lied about it later. Take your cell phone somewhere else for repairs. The community should know how dishonest Amel is and not doing business at this place. He should be put out of business.

Terrible! Broke our iPhone and refused to do anything about it! STAY AWAY! Total SCAMMERS!
