Spent 15 minutes doing eye exam and said nothing to me. Paid the extra $ for glaucoma test and they said nothing to me about the results. Doctor comes in for 2 minutes, examines me for 1 minutes says oh glasses will help. He turns to the nurse and says, you got this and walks out. This place is all about how many people they can get in and out. I will not be going back to this place. Worst part is i cant see with the glasses I got with this prescription. Only good thing I have to say is how nice the people in the eyemart are.

I think Dr. Beaudoin is great. He explains things well, and involves me in the decisions. I like that he doesnt just say this is what you should do. The patient has a voice in what they want. Also, he understands that different patients have different eyes and that they adjust differently to different contact lenses. And, the staff is friendly and welcoming. Thanks for another great eye exam.

Front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable when I called to book my appt. Dr. seen me right away for eye pain and was very thorough. Followed up with me after appt. all around a wonderful experience.

First appointment I had with here and I was 110% please with the service that I received. They were more then willing to answer every question I had even tho they were fairly busy they still took that time to take care of the individual and that I appricate 100% so. They explained things that I never was able to get explained to me before. They took care of me better then any other eye doctor that I have ever been to. If I could give them a 6 star I would.

Needed to get in and out quickly over work lunch hour. They got me right in and didnt try to up-sell me on anything unnecessary. After tests they told me I didnt really need glasses, just readers, but explained the benefits of my options. Back to work before expected.

Doc Beadouin changed my life! ive worn glasses for 50 years, and he got me 20/20 vision with no double vision, no ghosts, and true depth perception! The staff is friendly, accommodating and professional. They bend over backwards to take care of their clients.

Weve been going here for at least 5 years but the last three months have been horrible. I was happy they were able to see my son so quickly twice in one week for eye pain. A few weeks later I went in to renew my glasses and contacts. I knew I had to pay for my exam but they tacked on the fee from my son without telling me or printing any explanation so I had to call get it figured out. Then a few weeks later I get a bill in the mail with a late fee. It has been a waste of my time and theirs to get this all straighten out. Then when ordering my sons contacts they told me one price and the price on the credit card reader said over $40 more. I questioned it and the woman got very snotty with me. Needless to say I didnt order my contacts from them. One incident seems like an oops, but all together it leaves me with a bad feeling.

My glasses broke over the weekend and they were able to get me in first thing Monday morning when I called. They were easy to work with and very friendly.. Even when I missed my first payment (lost in the mail) they gave me a friendly reminder call and never treated me with anything but the utmost respect. There prices were more than fair!!! I strongly suggest anyone to try them out. I know Ill be using them for all future eye needs.
