He worked diligently to find the best solutions for me: whether it was fitting and adjusting my older frames, selecting new frames, or helping me save money on new glasses.. He is able to provide this exceptional service because he listened carefully to my needs and was focused on satisfying the customer. Coolest place ever. All the staff are super friendly (especially that Briana Thompson lass). They have stylish frame options for even my massive head. Dr. Davison made my eye exam easy peasy and explained everything in simple terms for me. I am definitely making the two hour drive again next year for my yearly exam.

Best service weve ever received at an Optometrist. Dr. Davison was amazing. My lovely bride is deaf and Dr. Davison found ways to communicate while explaining what he was doing . Front desk team members were extremely helpful finding us the best way to use our insurance benefits and keeping us aware of dates and times for arrival of our new glasses. We found our new Optometrist.

In early March, I had an eye exam at their store at the FRV Mall. I was being fitted for a pair of bi focal safety glasses. I described what I wanted, had the eye test and the representative recommended a 2.5X magnification for my bifocals. I ordered some high end frames for my safety glasses. When I came in to pick them up, I tried them on and they fit perfect. I could ready font size number 4 perfectly. 5 stars! I am a very happy camper wearing them at work 2 months after I picked them up.

My 1st eye exam here was in 2015 and since then Ive made sure to come back every year. They make it easy to get your appointment scheduled with email reminders and also text message if you want. The staff is very courteous and professional and go out of their way to make sure you get the right frames when necessary.I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Davidson to anyone looking for an optician.

We wont go back to Pearle Vision in the Fox River mall. Twice they attempted to make glasses for our family member - resulting in nausea, eye strain or not being able to read! Sales associate said, its an easy prescription, dont know why she wouldnt be able to read with them on? Sales associate blamed the lab our insurance carrier uses & that wed get the same bad result if we ordered glasses from somewhere else.We took our business somewhere else and they helped us get perfect glasses the first time around using the same labs covered by our insurance. ... The difference? Pearle Vision associates did not take the time to make accurate measurements or evaluate most appropriate lense u0010& frame selection for prescription.

I was planning on getting a prescription sunglasses. I visited a couple of stores to choose the best option that works for me and this store was one of them.I have pretty high power and the lens are always comparatively thicker. The store assistant was honest in her suggestions on what type of frame or lens would best suit me. (I guess her name is Becci? Dont remember). Coming to the price, I felt they are a bit expensive. Anyways I ended up getting my sunglasses from a different store mainly because of the price, but I assume they gave good quality service!

I went here for the first time and never again. I have never had an issue getting glasses before I came here. I tried working with them for months to get my glasses correct however after numerous trips and 3 pairs of glasses things are still not right. My last pair even had scratches on the new lenses. So here I sit months later no new glasses which I need and no Insurance benefit because they wouldn’t refund it even though they couldn’t get things right. Great customer service right there. I do not recommend going here.

I looked all over Appleton for prescription sunglasses. Pearl Vision had the best assortment and excellent staff. Not overbearing, but didnt ignore either. I LOVE the sunglasses I purchased ! Quality is perfect and color is too. Overall, just terrific!

Ive been there twice now and both glasses the scratch proofing is junk even when you only use a microfiber cloth at first it gets a scratch then it peels off making views distorted and they do not have any warranty other then 30 days and thats BS for the 478 out of pocket and the 1900 my insurance covered . I also got sunglasses as well and the ones I got fit and looked fine but after I got them they didnt fit and I returned them for some new ones and have never seen the new ones yet and its been months and no one there can seem to find my original ones so in other words they took my glasses and lost them and refused to replace them . the sunglasses were cut wrong and I feel the prescriptions were in the wrong sides . There employees im sure getting some kind of kick back on sales so they dont care after the 30 day satisfaction guarantee is up they have absolutely no warranty for defects or anything like that so go some were else over priced and down right no help with the junk they sell

I started by having an exam done elsewhere - turned out to be wrong at least in part... That said:From the moment I walked in and Danielle asked if she could help me I felt at peace knowing this was going to be a good experience. She was extremely informative and helpful finding the right frame and even measured my Pupil distance for a proper fit. She was very patient and never once made me feel like I was taking to much time making my decision. As a first time customer, the service witnessed by other employees and the general demeanor in the store - I know this is my vision home from here on out.

The doctor is great. The retail operation, not so much. Long wait for glasses. Prescription or tinting, more often than not is wrong the first time. If you have a lot of time to waste, this is your store.

I recently took my son in for his annual eye exam. I had forgotten to confirm the appointment but was not turned away. They accommodated us and were very polite and courteous about it even though we messed up their schedule. My entire family sees Dr. Davison and love him. Wish I would have gone somewhere else to purchase my glasses. Friendly at first but totally clueless product knowledge and had to come in three times for minor adjustments to my frames.
