Terri, Rob - their smiles and positivity along with staff are the reason my spouse and I keep coming back. Always positive, professional and genuinely helpful. Rob has helped us navigate the insurance concerns with the speed of a wizard and a twinkle in his eye. Terri’s smile is contagious enhancing a welcoming atmosphere wherein you feel comfortable due to the friendly approach regardless of the reason for your visit. That consistency is something we have found to be a rarity in comparison to other competitive choices we have experienced. My eyes have a narrow inset and it is difficult to find glasses that fit me properly but with the help of the staff I find a satisfying attractive fit. We genuinely enjoy our visits at Wisconsin Vision in Appleton and look forward to the next.

I have been seeing Dr. Hubertus and his staff on a yearly basis for approximately 6-7 years if not longer. Dr. Hubertus is pleasant to consult with and conducts a thorough eye examination. Results are always explained and a patient handout recapping the visit is provided for future reference.Most of the technicians that provide assistance at the Appleton location are long time employees and are very knowledgeable in the services that they provide. The staff to include Terri, Rob, & Amanda always make a point to acknowledge you upon arrival and are quick to provide assistance when needed. I highly recommend the Appleton location of WI Vision for top notch, professional, and courteous vision care.

Wow what a pleasant experience this morning. I walked into meet Terri who was the best ambassador of Wisconsin Vision. I unfortunately had experienced a recent erroneous step whee my glasses fell victim to a crushing and broken frame. Terri spent 10 minutes on my smashed eyewear and she brought them back to life. What a great way to start my day. I would highly recommend a visit to Wisconsin Vision for any of your eyewear needs - Terri was the best. 😃

The selection here is great, and the service is exceptional! Amanda usually helps me pick out a pair of glasses. I can tell that she really cares and tries to help find me something that will look good on me, and something that I will be happy with long term. She is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about providing great service!

I became a client at this vision store because of the reviews I read and turns out this eye clinic is just as the reviews state. The employees are amazing. Very helpful very knowledgeable about there job and their positive energy is contagious. Amanda was fun to work and even showed me difference in lenses so I could make a solid decision in what I wanted and my glasses turned out perfect. If you want a very detailed eye Dr. And great staff who know their stuff give Wisconsin Vision a visit you wont be disappointed.

The experience from check-in, selecting glasses before my exam and the exam was very efficient. All three employees were very helpful, friendly and professional. Great selection of eye wear. Daniel was proactive and answered all my questions making me feel very comfortable in my fitting. The doctor who conducted my exam was thorough and made me feel confident in my prescription. She was awesome and funny. Highly recommend this company and location.

Dr. Hubertus always provides professional, friendly, positive and compassionate care. He was able to identify that I needed two cataract surgeries and now I can see so much better. Dr. Hubertus provides 5 star care and customer service.

Extremely happy with my experience! The quality of the care I received, my glasses were PERFECT on the first try unlike other places I have been.I received my glasses very fast also. And the pricing is spot on, right in line with same day places. All the staff at wisconsin vision is very personable they take the time to make sure you are happy with your purchase but also that you can see perfect! Would recommend hands down!!!

UPDATED AS OF 4/21/21:I’ll explain why I took 1 star away. When I received my new prescription something wasn’t right, after about a week I went back and has my eyes rechecked. Waited another week and a half to get my updated prescription. Finally I could see clearly BUT there was a huge scratch on one of the lenses so guess what they have to get redone AGAIN! I just want to be able to see wearing my old pair gives me migraines and I can’t see that well. What a nightmare.This place is the best place to go for anything eye related! I had some concerns with my eyes and they listened and the doctor made sure to address all my concerns. Customer service here is exceptional they made me feel so safe with their COVID safety measures and I will be coming here from now on. I even got help picking out glasses and the prices were just right! For the best experience come here.

Very service oriented... if you need glasses or are considering an eye exam this should be your first stop! Very friendly, considerate staff helped me with a pair of broken frames by removing and replacing the lenses into a frame that I ordered on line... No Charge... I even offered a $$$$$ tip they refused the tip by stating it was their service in this day and age that’s Service!

I accidentally sat on my glasses this morning and bent one of the arms. I contacted Wisconsin Vision at 10:03 a.m. to see if they could take a look at them. I arrived there at 10:22 a.m. At 10:31 a.m. I was out the door and on my way home with my glasses repaired & cleaned, and free of charge. Thats what I call fast & efficient customer service.

I have had a great experience each time I have come in. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, and they are taking all precautions to keep their customers and staff as safe as possible in regards to COVID-19, which meant a great deal to me. My husband and I stopped in to have the nose pads on his glasses fixed. They were very friendly and fixed them at no charge, and then gave his glasses a good cleaning. It was awesome and this will now be our store for all glasses. Highly recommend.

Dont shop here if you want Oakley prescription sunglasses. Ordered a pair in September got them in October but had issues with them, so they sent them back. Waited 3 weeks got them back in November and had the same issue, so they had to send them back. Called around Christmas to check on status and they told me Oakley was backed up. Then I called in mid January and was told they would check on them and get back to me the next day. I never received a call back. Called them again a week ago and was told they would again check on it and call me back and I still no call back.

Never had glasses before, Great first experience! Optometrist was very friendly and easy to talk to. The rest of the staff was very helpful and patient in helping pick out frames for my first time. They said glasses could take up to 2 weeks to make, and they were ready in 4 days!

My husband and I were looking for glasses at the Wisconsin Vision located at The Corners of Brookfield. We are repeat customers . Their selection of glasses is awesome. We prefer this location even though we have locations closer to where we live. Adam helped us on Saturday. He was great. Very honest about how the frames looked, knowledgeable and fun to work with. He usually works in the Pewaukee location but happened to be helping Brookfield out that day. Thanks so much, Adam. We had fun.

After having an awful experience elsewhere for my husbands glasses, coming here was the best decision we could have made. Being over the road truck drivers it is difficult to find doctor’s offices that will to accommodate our crazy schedules. We appreciate that everyone in the office is understanding about our life style. Smiling, knowledgeable employees make our experience pleasant and stress free. As a woman I am grateful to have another woman give me her honest opinion about the shape and color of the frames. My husband appreciates that once he tells them what type of coatings and lens he wants, they atomically know to make sure my glasses are also top of the line. The doctor in the office was amazing. I appreciate that he took as much time as I need to be sure I understand the results of the testing done. When we aren’t on the road Green Bay is where we stay, however because of this fabulous staff we are willing to make the drive to Appleton every time. My daughter and I were both in for eye exams. We were greeted immediately by friendly staff and the doctor was on time and explained everything that he was doing. Our insurance was explained to us and we would recommend to a friend.

Im very happy with both pair of my Oakley glasses and especially happy with the Dr. that got me headed in the right direction with my prescription sunglasses. I am however, very disappointed that when I asked for a bottle of spray cleaner I was told sorry I didnt have the protection plan...I just spent over $900 but they couldnt spare a $2 bottle.

I love Wi Vision and have been going there for almost 20 years. Ask for Rob when you go. He is great at finding a frame that fits your face and you feel great wearing. The rest of the team are great to but he is my favorite. They have a great sunglass selection too if you just need a summer pick me up.

First time in 2016 was great. This year was horrible. None of the employees know how to explain insurance. I told the guy i wanted the same exact as last time for anti glare. He did not tell me that it was no longer $23 it was actually going to cost me $87. I walked out wondering why my bill was $64 dollars more than last year. Went in on Monday to be told something about me not getting my full amount for my frames that my insurance allows to the anti glare I had last time is no longer offered so now i go up a tier to pay 80% of the cost. O get this also there was a cheaper anti glare but he never even told me i had to pay 80% of the charge. Pretty sure he also told me it was only $23.Manager called to talk it over. Told me my insurance changed and that is why I had to pay more. i said no it did not change. She is like well we dont offer that anti glare you had last time anymore. Oooo i get it you got rid of it and that is why i have to pay more. It is NOT because my insurance changed. I could go on but i am not going to waste anymore time.I have to get my glasses as they are already ordered. Then I will NEVER step foot in there again 😭😭😭😭😭😭😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Wasnt payed any attention from the moment I walked in the door. Asked if they did prescription Oakleys and she pointed at the case. I looked at the selection and was never approached for assistance. Walked out for the first and last time. Went to Pearl Vision in the mall where they were amazingly helpful and informative and proceeded to spend $625 on needed product.

Went to WI Vision for the first time and last time. The O.D. must have had a long day as he was yawning through most of my exam. He was also getting irritated with me during the exam for not doing things correctly. This would have probably been corrected if he would have explained what he wanted me to do, what he was doing, and treated me as a person and not a number and just going through the motions. The exam room wasn’t what I had expected from a cleanliness standpoint either. It felt you were shoved in a back room with equipment. Next time I will go out of network and pay the “extra” money.

The customer service of the the receptionists is wonderful! One of the girls went above and beyond to help me out!

This is a good honest optometrist. The staff is friendly, always able to make an appointment, dr. is quick and friendly. glasses and contacts were in off order in less than a week.
