I was there this afternoon with a few of my children. I have very bad anxiety and just thinking about bringing us there for an exam and the whole process of getting glasses was already overwhelming. But I was helped by two great people that made it effortless and kept me feeling at ease. I also loved the quality of work and glasses. I will always go back! Thank you John!

Im posting this on behalf of a family member who was recently seen by Dr. Wade, and then ordered her glasses from Eyemart Express next door. Everyone was kind and efficient. Her glasses work well, and look great! Complete eye exam including contact lens fitting was completed, and she received her glasses the same day after a latter afternoon appointment. The staff at Eyemart was very helpful toward finding the frames that would work for me and estimating the price for a pair of progressive bifocals. In the end, while Eyemart was affordable, the frames were not quite as stylish to me as at another place. Thanks, Eyemart, for the good service and competitive pricing!

Besides having an optometrist on the location and the people were very helpful with my friends and what I need for my type of work as a truck driver everyone there was awesome! And the prices were reasonable. I dont have time to wait for glasses to come in for what I do. I would recommend this location to anyone that is on the go and doesnt have time to wait around to be able to see.

Excellent service by all the staff members. My son broke glasses and we didn’t initially buy the protection plan, and they allow us to buy that afterwards to get lenses replaced. The process is very efficient though it looks really crowded and lines move really fast . They all go out of way to help customers.

They got to me a soon as I could, and were very helpful. Anna was a pleasure to work with, and she was efficient. She had to call my eye doctor twice, and I asked her about probably 10 pair of glasses, but she never once complained, Lol. Great Experience! I also only had to wear a mask for like 10-20 seconds which is a plus :)

I wish I had a positive review, but I dont. First, when I did have insurance, they didnt accept it. Wal-Mart was about the only place that did. I needed new glasses, and the only reason I had money to pay for them out of pocket was the covid stimulus checks. I basically needed two pairs... one pair bifocals for sort of all-purpose vision and the lower lens for reading. Then a pair specifically for using the computer. Their deal at the time was two pair for $38 or something like that. Well I ended up paying a LOT more than that for FOUR pairs, NONE of which are correct... and all were the cheapest frames with no extras except one of the two computer glasses had a scratch coating. Plus nearly $100 for the eye exam plus some expensive eye drops next door. I had been there 3 times in one week, and I got frustrated that they couldnt seem to fix the problems and I had to keep taking the bus back and forth and keep getting glasses that were not right. I dont have any more money for glasses, and I cant even afford to take the bus there and back, so I gave up. Now I have 4 pairs of glasses all with the wrong prescriptions. They are a little bit better than nothing, but should be WAY better for the money I paid and the multiple times I had to go there and wait a half an hour before they could even serve me. It was a very frustrating experience, and I still have to live with it every day because none of my glasses are right. It seems Eyemart has no interest in making this right, and dont care if their customers are satisfied.

They can flip a new pair of glasses pretty quick, but dont expect anything else to move very efficiently.

After my visit with the doctor, who is by the way as knowledgeable and as personable as it gets, I went to try on some glasses next door and Chelsea made few good recommendations. My glasses were ready in 23 minutes although the store was super busy. The location is very clean and has a lot of good choices, but the best is that the people working here showed sincere interest in helping me (and other customers). I went to a store in Appleton. When I arrived they had a sign in sheet and I waited only about 5 min. I was assisted by John who was incredibly knowledgeable with everything, including my insurance and which frames were on sale etc.The service was really impressive. John did an outstanding job despite having to answer a phone which was ringing often.Loved both my glasses and my new sunglasses. Progressive with scratch resistant lenses. Regular glasses done in an hour and sunglasses next day. They also told me to feel free to wear them for a few days and if I needed to stop in for a quick adjustment, to come at anytime. Everyone was warm and friendly.I will definitely return to do business with them!

I was so happy with my new glasses I’ve been wearing glasses for 35 years and I was so impressed with my glasses made in one day . So happy with the savings I purchased 2 pair that day and was still under my budget I used to spend on my multi focal glasses! I am from out Florida, in town working. Glasses broke. Called and said they could get them in. Brought my glasses in and they replaced the wires holding both lences in not just the one.When I lived here I got my glasses from here all the time because of the awesome service. Glad to see its still the same.Plus they did not charge me for the repair and apologized for taking so long to do it. Took 10 minutes. Thank u for the great awesome service today.

So the location and even the exterior look a little skeevy, but it is very nice inside. If you are getting an eye exam go in and to the left. Getting glasses wait to be signed up on the list. I felt that the staff was professional, polite, and courteous. I liked Dr. Beaudoin. The staff is knowledgeable and easy to approach. I dont normally get my glasses at the same place as my exam, but they had a nice selection of frames at reasonable prices, so I got two pair. My glasses were done a little over an hour later. I have never had my glasses done the same day. Overall I am really glad my old eye doctor stopped accepting my insurance. I like Eyemart better.

Appleton location- The place is currently remodeling but it still looks great! John was the person who helped me out, due to covid mask are required but thats okay with me. I just have to say John did an phenomenal job. Very patient with me and was absolutely friendly! I would recommended this place to anyone! Again Thank you John for all the work you done!

I went in to look at glasses and ask a few questions about frames. I was treated like a bother for being in the store. I asked about the frames, I was told to just look at the sign. Before I could finish asking about the frames themselves. I asked to book, I got that it wasn’t until doctors hours I could book but only after I was told “doctors hours are on the door did you see that?” It was rude. Honestly they were irate that I was in the store. I kept getting stared at like I was homeless for more than half an hour. The two did have clients, but once that was done, I was avoided until I forced contact. I was trying to ask questions about how I could get help and spend my money here, I was treated like a bother. I will not book or spend my money here. I needed help and got “google it” essentially.

Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of great frames to choose from. Fast and easy service. You get a huge value at Eyemart Express. I recommend this place to everyone I know that needs glasses.

They are very professional, and give you a chance to double check things before moving on. There were able to find my insurance plan before my insurance could even email me my info. The red pair I preferred to get were broken by them, however they were able to replace in blue. I did expect a bit of a discount for the minor inconvenience. Nothing. Otherwise all out a good place to go.

Eyemart was absolutely wonderful! This was my 6 year old daughters first eye exam and first time picking out glasses and it went amazing! Her 2 pairs glasses were finished in 20 minutes! Best place ever!

They recently remodeled the inside, its looks very clean and updated. The only thing I dont like is I am forced to take a VERY EXPENSIVE eye exam before they let you buy a new pair, I think its NOT fair (my perscription expired during covid shut down when I had picked a frame prior). I feel like it should be up to clients if they want an exam or not because why should it matter to them if people want spend their own money on frames with their current perscription?! Other than that, they are still taking precautions with wearing a mask and a good system for any pair of glasses you want to try on. Its a good idea to call a little ahead, in case it is busy, to get on the waiting list as you will have to stay in your car until someone can help you.

I could not be more impressed with the service I received. My (ex) optometrists (it took two of them) needed 5 visits to get two correct eye prescriptions.The Eyemart Express staff handled each visit (all 5 of them) quickly, with politeness, and it was always obvious that they knew their job.Its the difficult situations that prove a business is the right one to spend your money at. Eyemart Express has earned (5 times over) a loyal customer.

We closed our business for the day, so we could drive 2.5 hours, get our exam and glasses in the same day.Only to find out that a machine was broke over the weekend and we would have to come back 3 days later to get our glasses or have them shipped.I’ve never had a pair of glasses that didn’t have to be adjusted, so I’m guessing they expect me to adjust them myself or drive 2.5 hours back and close my business for another day.Extremely disappointed, I will not be back, nor will I recommend this place to anyone else.A phone call before our appointment, letting us know this would have been the proper thing to do

I broke my glasses, but the lenses were still in good shape. I took the lenses in and asked if it was possible to fit them into new frames. Chelsea found some frames that worked, fit the lenses into them, and I was out of there in 15 minutes. She was so friendly and helpful! I was blown away by how easily she solved my problem. This place has been my source of eyeglasses for as long as they have been open - many years. Recently I needed two sets of progressive bifocals. Anne was super helpful in explaining the options. She has a smart, delightful manner, managing customer conversations and phone interruptions without losing her smile. Later Bethany helped me with the order, and she was knowledgeable and helpful. Eyemart is meeting the competition from the wholesale clubs. Why wait for glasses to arrive in a week from a lab in CA, when we can get such nice local help and glasses in hours? We have world-class service right here in Appleton, folks. Born and raised in Europe and traveled far-and-wide, I know this.

I always have a great experience here. Last year when my glasses broke they were not able to replace them as they were discontinued BUT they found a pair in Chicago and I was able to get the broke ones replaced. Those were my favorite pair until I picked up my two new pair yesterday. Love the customer service and having the optometrist right on site.

I was looking for a second pair of glasses and didnt want to pay a huge amount. Although Eyemart Express wasnt a provider with our insurance, I was pleasantly surprised to find I could receive a 20% discount because I am a school employee. They have a large selection of frames and quite a number with smaller bridge sizes, which I needed. Very good, speedy service.

Fail fail and fail again!Had exam, 1 set of lenses in stock. Expressed that I HAD to have them asap. Im a driver for a living and need to wear glasses in order to drive.My order was lost and glasses were not done on time. Picked them up the following week, and the front blamed the lab, and the lab blamed the front.Weeks later my high dollar lenses came in. Got my glasses and there was a chip in one lense. When I spoke to the manager she ordered another pair, frames and all. Never heard from them. When I called again she had no idea what happened but placed the order again.Went to pick them up and the lady handed them to me with no adjustments or anything. They sit crooked on my face and the arms are bent funny.I will not be returning and will have someone else help me fit my new glasses when I get home.Customer service is not taking whatever piss poor service they want to jam down your throat. For the money I spent on 2 pair, Id have expected better

The wait here is soooooooooooo long! Every single time Ive ever been here Ive had to more than a half hour. Like, even just to pick up the glasses? I thought it was supposed to be EXPRESS, which most people take to mean FAST.

My wife needed new glasses, They treated her with respect even though her english was not not that good. They helped her with the fitting all the way to the end of the process. I went to Eyemart Express today with the intentions to get a new pair of glasses. I received a good eye exam, the people were very fast, friendly and effective. However when I got to the side of the business to actually by glasses, that was a whole different story. I didnt have to wait long since there was only one other person in the store at the time but the employees seemed more interested in straightening up in the store than attending to the customer. When I was have some problems selecting frames the employee I was working with showed no interest what so ever in assisting me. A little help, a little direction would have been nice. Not everyone going into the store knows exactly what they want or what works for them. When it was apparent I wasnt going to get any help I finally said I will just bring back my wife to help me pick them out. The employee seemed ok to just send me out the door without a further thought. I was going to buy glasses on that visit but I walked out very frustrated with the lack of help or interest by the employee. I WILL be buy new glasses but I am pretty sure it wont be from Eyemart Express in Appleton.

I have been going to Appleton’s Eyemart Express for quite a few years now.Dr. Beaudoin is terrific. All the up to date equipment is there. AND glasses are ready in just 1-2 hours.Yesterday optician Anna was of great help in choosing which glasses would be right for me.The prices are essentially two for one so for under $360 I got 2 pair progressive bifocals with UV and scratch resistant coatings.Took just 1.5 hours to get both and be on my way back to Wausau.Definitely worth the trip.

Made me get a prescription just because it was four years ago since I last had it done. Costed me $82 for something I didnt even need. Because my prescription was still the same. Go over to get glasses and the sales guy kept wanting me to buy the higher priced lenses. Dont think I will be coming here anymore.
