My daughter (19 yrs old) purchased a used vehicle from Les Stumpf Ford, the purchase experience was okay. We were informed that she would get her first oil change for free. When it was time to get her oil changed I decided to accompany her as it would be her first experience with Stumpfs service department. She had scheduled the appointment several days prior and we arrived on time. While in line to check-in there were three male employees at the desk, 2 appeared to be service techs and one was manning the desk (Manager?). There was much unwanted joking going an and some very condescending comments to the lady in front of us as well as to my daughter when checking in. So I was already not happy. My daughter waited for her vehicle and made note the during the service she could see the tech working on her car, minimal care seemed to be taken while removing the skid plate as the tech simply let it fall to the ground while it was on the lift. After it was completed in normal fashion the tech let her know that there appeared to be a problem with the filter but he took care of it. When my daughter drove home, her car began to rev uncontrollably and the check engine light came on. When she got the car home she called me and I had her check the oil to ensure the oil had been replaced, while I had her on the phone she noticed the oil cap had not been tightened. This is an attention to detail issue that could have caused much more of a problem. I will not be returning to Les Stumpf for any reason, I have had much better service at Bergstrom and will continue to stay with them.

I have purchased three trucks from Les Stumpf Ford. An XLT, then a Platinum and now a Raptor. I would be hard pressed to find a reason to purchase a fourth from them. Their service department lacks any type of enthusiasm for customer service. In my latest disappointing experience I brought my truck in for three repairs and after picking it up found that two of the repairs werent made. All I could get from the desk person was to make another appointment and pay a diagnostic fee. I couldnt get an answer as to why two of the three problems werent addressed. When their customer service department called and left a message asking to survey my experience I called the number that was left and left my name and number. I never got a call back. I called back a week later only to be hung up on. I called back again and the reception person sounded annoyed that I called back again. I was transferred and of course no one answered the phone and I had to leave a voice another voicemail. I believe good service starts with good management. I would recommend management take a hard look at how their employee atmosphere appears to the public the are trying to sell and serve. Non-caring, uninspired, dont want to be here is what comes to my mind when I look at the atmosphere there.

I got my car here in March of 2021 and I love the service I got! I went to other dealerships and they either had what I wanted but expensive, or they didnt have good service. Les Stumpf had BOTH. When I test drove my car, the salesman let us do it on our own (unlike another dealership). When I actually bought the car, they wouldnt let me go until everything was sorted out and I understood everything (cars are not my area of expertise). They have the 7 year/100,000 mile warranty, plus 5 free oil changes when you buy. They helped me out so much and I am super grateful. I highly recommend these guys

Reggie catron is the man you wanna see. Very energetic. Very real person. Dude always smiling. As I watch other customers being help by other sales rep. Reggie and I was the only people smiling and having a good time. Very helpful. Will not tell you an answer if he does not know. He sure does find the answer pretty quick though. Id recommend Reggie to anyone. Finance person was Kyle I believe, also had the same vibe. Just really chill people. Cant beat the price too. Id shop again.

PERMANENT DAMAGE TO MY CAR FROM THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT.I had to go here for 2 recalls. Recalls require a dealership to perform the repairs. I had to return twice for the first recall and 3 times for the 2nd one. The first recall I was told would take 8 hours when actually it took over 3 days for them to do it. No loaner provided. I go to pickup my vehicle and I notice there was additional 26+ miles on my car. I asked for an explanation and I had to wait over 30 minutes for the manager. He stated they had to test the fix and this was normal. I said ok and took my car to work only to encounter a power train warning light on my way in. Had to return straight to the dealership that Friday and I didnt get it back until Monday. They were able to correct the problem but I still had one recall left to deal with. I thought well hopefully this time will be better than the last. I was very wrong. This recall resulted in all the door latches being replaced. Upon picking up my vehicle and leaving I noticed the door handles are really loose. Back to the dealership. They supposedly fixed it again and I leave. I should have checked it. The screw they used they put in completely wrong (picture below). Stripped and at an angle. I really really didnt want to go back but I was mad and dumbfounded that I would have to return a 3rd time. So I went back. The manager seemed rather annoyed that I was back again. They corrected the screws but left the covers off. This was November 2020. Fast forward to today 2/12/21 and my door handle on the driver side has come completely off. So in disbelief that this was still not fixed I call Les Stumpf to find out if it was covered. The first tech stated if it was due to error it would be. He then put me on with the manager I believe his name was Gary. Gary advised me that no it wouldnt be and implied that this is a normal problem. He also tried to stress I had the work done a long time ago but it hasnt even been 4 months. I will never go here again and I will make sure to share my story. Les Stumpf want to make this right? FIX WHAT YOU BROKE ON MY CAR. This is a terrible way to treat your customers let alone a disabled vet. Ive had more professional experiences at Taco Bells staffed with teenagers. I am now out of a door handle and will have to fork several hundred dollars out of pocket to fix. I do not recommend this place to anyone.UPDATE as of 3/4/2021Since my review was posted, Bob from Les Stumpf reached out to me via phone. I am sure it was awkward for him initially being how mad I was but he was much easier to deal with than the last person handling my car. He was able to get the part needed to fix my car and I did not have to pay for it. He was very courteous and had I dealt with him instead this entire time it would have probably been a much higher review. I will give you back 3 stars. One for fixing my car free of charge, one for being polite, and one for making it much less of a hassle this time. I will not give you 5 though because of my experiences before this one, those were really lame. Thank you for making this right Bob.

I rented an 8 passenger Ford Transit from Les Stumpf Ford and was very pleased with the experience. I reserved the van online and when I picked it up I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The new model van was very neat and clean and the cargo area was surprisingly spacious. The billing was straight forward, with no additional fees added. Simply the daily rate plus extra mileage per the agreement and sales tax. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase any additional insurance and was told that I could simply use my current auto insurance. I dropped off the van while the dealership was closed and was simply sent the final invoice via email. The rental also included 24 hour roadside assistance at no extra charge.Thanks for the great service Mark and Cambria, I will certainly return the next time Im in need of a rental.

Bought a truck from them and in 4 months and less than 4,000 miles on it my tires have dry rot. “Certified pre-owned” cars but don’t worry you have to replace things less than half a year later on your own dime.I haul a boat around 2-3 days a week during the summer and I was fortunate enough to have a friend spot the dry rot hopefully in time because anything serious happensPoor customer service in my eyes

There was room for improvement. They told me I had a check engine light on, even tho I knew, but didnt take the time to plug it in and tell me what the problem was, it would have appreciated. I came here years ago they were more thorough then I think. Never told me they checked other fluid either.

This is my first encounter with this dealership and rented a vehicle from them for a trip I had planned. I asked while picking up the rental if the location I parked my vehicle was okay, which looked like customer parking. I was ensured that it was. During my trip I got a message regarding where my vehicle, that I left there, was parked. They asked when I would be returning and told me my car would be fine until I returned. Upon coming back to return the rental vehicle I pulled by my vehicle to transfer over some stuff that was still in the vehicle. During this time a bigger gentleman that works for the dealership had approached me and asked if I would be moving the vehicle, I informed him that I was returning a rental and would be taking my vehicle afterwards. After returning the vehicle and doing a walk around with the rental associate to ensure no damage, the man approached me again. This time he told me the next time I am there that I need to park on the street. I informed him that I was told I was okay to park here. He continued to tell me that I must park on the street the next time I come. At this point I feel harassed and tell him there will not be a next time and I would not be returning. He then walks away and what appears to be a customer walks up to him. The customer must of asked what was going on because then I heard the man tell him that I was upset because I was illegally parked and was being told to park in the street.Very unprofessional and rude experience.

Went here to get a price quote on a few repairs needed a new thermostat and idle valve. Service person says we will run diagnostics when you bring it into get it repaired and let you know whats wrong and kept on insisting I get diagnostics done. Is this so you can charge me more on my bill? Going to just take my car to Broadway Ford.

If I could give 0 stars I would! We brought in a car on Nov. 13 and asked to have all of the recall work brought up to date. Less (Intentional spelling) Stumpf did not do all the work, and when clutch vibration was brought to their attention on Dec. 1, they said oh, that is customer satisfaction not a recall and your warranty expired Nov.29. 2020 They love to take your money when you buy cars, but their service is TERRIBLE!!! Do not buy cars at Stumpf or take cars there for service!!! Long time customer but NEVER again!!!

They wanted to charge me an extra fee to program it which they never informed me of. Asked to speak to a manager but the manager was too scared to come out to talk and could only relay messages.

If I could leave them with no stars I would. I have had two less than spectacular experiences with two different departments at this dealership, and neither of them were positive. The most recent was with their service department. You have to be very careful and listen to how things are worded. I was told that it would be $90 until they found out what the problem was and then it would be an hourly rate to do the repair. what that translates to is: we found out it’s electrical. We have no clue where the source of the problem is. I was then told they were going to need the vehicle longer to find the source and that I was looking at a bill upwards of $300 just to locate the source. When I questioned why locating the source wasn’t covered under the $90 diagnostic fee, I was informed that “finding out what the problem is was the diagnostic and locating where it’s coming from is part of the repair.” If I go to a doctor and I am vomiting blood, finding the source of the blood would be the diagnosis and the treatment would be to stop the bleeding at the source. When I, and I won’t lie, lost my temper and explained that I would not be working with them further I was questioned what I would have done about paying the $300 if they found the problem and fixed it. What’s sad is, I’ve told them three to four times that I have an extended warranty. Miraculously once I said I had an extended warranty and I plan to write this review and also start a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, he was more inclined to suddenly “try to work with me“ this dealer is poison to the brand Ford.

Les Stumpf Ford rentals from start to finish was Excellent!!My wife and I visited Les Stumpf Ford 2 months prior to our family trip to Disney World in Florida. We live 90 miles away in the Wausau area and decided to check out Les Stumpfs fleet of rental vehicles. From that day talking to a Sales Team member, we new we had the right place.Great Service, selection of vehicles and answered all of our questions and helped us make the correct choice for a vehicle. We chose a 15 passenger Ford Transit for our trip of 9 adults and 3 children. Plenty of room, luggage space and ease of moving around in vehicle. The Ford Transit was easy to drive and we got an amazing 16.2 mpg. after 3,219 miles driving to Orlando, Florida and back to Weston, Wi.Also, No Surprises at Return and Check-out either . . .. . . I was in the market for a vehicle and I was working with Dan. We decided to put an offer on a vehicle and couldnt come to an agreement. Dan decided to call me a few days later wondering if I crunched some numbers and when I told him I was staying at my current offer he then said oh well that truck is sold. Before he called me I was on the website and that vehicle was still on the website. We then ended the call and a couple days later i was chatting with someone on their website where she confirmed that the vehicle was in fact still available. Guess they didnt need a sale and will never get my buisness ever!

12 passenger rental van Stumpf Ford Appleton.Trip length > 2000 miles.Pros: drives easily for all sized drivers. Relatively comfortable, seats have minimal recline.Cons: vehicle not cleaned. Smelled of stale beer and dirty windows made visibility at night bad. Cracker crumbs and hair accessories from prior rental was complimentary.Van itself sways heavily in wind and bounces dangerously over dips and bumps making the long drive harder than it should have been. As a test drive, we will be looking elsewhere for van conversion options for family weekends.Stumpf Rental: rates vary greatly don’t be fooled by 50 percent off. Other cheaper options exist that don’t keep your deposit when the van stinks and you find out your 24 year old isn’t allowed to drive it on your upcoming trip.

I took my car there for an oil change and to have the trunk checked out because it kept randomly popping open when I was driving. I was charged $90 for them to jiggle the trunk and tell me nothing was wrong, on top of the normal oil change cost. When I called to ask why it costed $90 I was condescended to by the manager and told $90 is their typical diagnostics fee, apparently even when their diagnosis is We have no idea whats wrong.

This review is only speaking towards the service department not the kind gentleman that sold me my car. Every time I have had to have work done they have way over promised and under delivered. They currently have had my car for three days and told me it would be done today at 2:30 only after me calling them for a update. Here I sit an hour later in the waiting room while I left work real quick to pick it up. The last time they kept my vehicle more then promised they didn’t even call me, just closed the doors for the night with my kids car seat in it leaving me to find a way to work the next morning and my kid to care.

I was very disappointed, walked in the main show room floor, walked around for nearly 15 mins without being greeted even once or asked if I needed assistance, at least 5 sales people in offices, no one came out. I walked past the offices 3 times. I started to walk out the door and finally someone asked if I needed anything. Cant imagine selling cars this way is effective. Bought my last 3 vehicles here. Maybe I need to consider other options vs this kind of service.

We were looking at purchasing a new truck back in October 2019, but I had to have surgery. The salesman Bill C. Who was working with us, kept in contact with me while I was laid up, not to pressure us about the vehicle, but to check up on my health. We soon came home, but a new vehicle was out of reach at the time, so we looked into a used one. I found one that the price was reasonable, we ended up purchasing it and the sales team worked with us to get some extras added on at reduced prices. In all, the experience was great.

Disappointed long time customer here, 10+ yrs. Over the last two years my rating has dropped from 5 star to 2 star.I stopped going to Quick Lane because they simply weren’t friendly anymore. They would not greet you and to get their attention for assistance was a bother to them. In addition, getting my tires changed was not a good experience. In all my visits to Quick Lane over the years, Kelly was the only friendly person.In regards to the service center, I recently learned when I had my vehicle towed there last summer, they never did a full diagnostic overview of my vehicle. They simply fixed what they thought to be the issue. (Not sure how you can fix a vehicle towed to you without a proper diagnosis). Now a year later, I am being charged for a diagnostic review when I was simply looking for an estimate for things that were previously missed.On the plus side, I’ve always had a great experience with their sales team.

I will never forget the good people of Northeast Wisconsin.Im now in sales at a Ford store here in Colorado. My escape was dead when I got done with work. I jumped it and it started right up. Called Les Stumpf and I was able to drive there and they worked it into there schedule this morning. Im beyond grateful! Everyone was so helpful and my escape has a new battery. Whats awesome is Ive had this vehicle for almost 7years. Replaced brakes once, 1 set of tires, and now the battery. Called in advance for an appointment for an oil change. Was able to get that scheduled within a couple of days. Asked to ensure that I would be out within an hour and was told they would do their best. I got to the shop about 15 minutes early, they took the truck in right away and was done in less than 45 minutes. Very much appreciated!Only negative that I would have to comment on, and this isnt on the service, but while I waited, there were four or five walk ins that were required to wait at least 2 hours, or make an appointment which would be at least 2 weeks out. In my opinion, if want to advertise for business, need to find a way to make it work.

A couple weeks ago we went in to test drive some cars not really planning to get anything until next year. We found some vehicles we loved and thanks to Bill for going above and beyond helping us get the right vehicle. I love that he still calls and checks and makes sure everything is ok. At 71,389 miles my 2015 F250 truck broke a intake valve spring. Gary Schmeling and his team did a excellent job replacing my engine over the Holidays. You have to love the 7 year 100,000 mile warranty from Les Stumpf Ford. This was a rare failure but; that is when you appreciate a full service dealership and skilled technicians. Great JOB!

Les stump Ford is unwilling to help those that have been furloughed during the pandemic. They will not work with or help people who have not even received their unemployment checks yet. They are threatening to repossess vehicles of people who are going through major economic trauma. I will never buy a Ford again, I refuse to spend money at a place that is unwilling to help Americans that are going through hardships right now.

We are traveling to Door County when we had a issue with our truck. We pulled over and googled ford repairs and it came up with Les Stump Ford. Of coarse their technicians had already gone home for the day but they could look at it first thing in the morning. We had our camper and weren’t sure what we were going to do with no place to park it, we needed electricity so my food wouldn’t spoil. They aloud us to park on their lot and use their electric. They looked at it first thing in the morning and had it fixed by 11 am and we were back on the road. What can I say but thanks to Les Stump Ford for salvaging our vacation. And thank you to Ken and others for going above and beyond in help us!

These guys on College Ave in Appleton, WI are a complete joke! They do not care about safety! I have been here a handful of times literally with the same issue and they refuse to fix it. The issue is my transmission is junk on my Ford Focus. It is a known issue and they have recalled thousands of cars because of it. Also the warranty is good up to 60,000 miles which I am not even close to yet. Thats two different ways it should be fixed on their dime and they refuse to do so stating it does not meet their requirements I then called Fords customer service and spoke to an agent as well as their supervisor and they both stated (which was recorded and obtained by a lawyer) that they DO NOT have any requirements to have the transmission replaced. Weird right? Well Les Stumpf rudely told me if I do not like what theyre saying that I can go someplace else. One of the service members at the desk flat out told me they know that the transmission is bad. I then said how can you tell me that but not fix it?! He then shrugged his shoulders. I then said so youre telling me to go beat the piss out of it to meet your requirements? He said yeah pretty much...needless to say, but I did go someplace else... I obtained a lawyer.. Ford has many issues w their Focuses as well as their Fiestas. I suggest that if you were told the same thing by them to look into it and see what you can come up with. The lawyer said this is a slam dunk case and I will be rewarded. The only reward here is that I lived and I learned and that this will be the last (and only) Ford that I will ever own. I cannot wait to get this over with. It has been going on for months now and my car thinks its a Polaroid picture it shakes so much and is only getting worse. Be safe out their even if Ford or Les Stumpf doesnt want you to be.

Last week I took my new (new to me) 2017 Ford Fusion in for its 1st Oil Change since I purchased it. So I wanted to bring it to a dealership. The first visit was great! Car wash, smiling faces, quick service. They brought to my attention my cabin air filter, they recommended to replace it; being handy myself i asked if they could just clean it out and put it back in. I’ll take care of it. Not a problem was the reply I got in return. (I am also a Service Advisor for a dealership and have been a tech in the past, so I know that this was not a huge favor to ask). I appreciated the gesture and left the dealership extremely happy. A couple days later my fiancé tells me the car is making a loud humming sound when the air is on. I figured a simple mistake, Debris fell down when they removed the cabin air filter, I’ve seen it before.I’ll bring it back and have them clean it out. Bring the car back, the advisor brings me the filter and it still has all the debris in it from the first visit. He advised me that there probably is stuff down there and will need to be cleaned out. He walks away, 20 mins later brings me the keys. I leave expecting it’s fine, I turn on the air and it’s even louder than before. I assume the advisor just had the filter tossed back in. I was never given any options, I just assumed they would fix there mistake and I’d be on my way. So I am left wondering, what are my options? Is my blower motor going to burn out due to debris blocking the movement of the fan making the motor run harder? Can it be vacuumed out? The bottom line is this, when you bring your vehicle into a Dealership, you shouldn’t get your vehicle back making weird sounds and in worse shape then when you brought it in. I am very let down, I guess I will just need to YouTube a “how to” vid and do this myself.I also requested information on a recall and never received it.

I looked at a car here after having multiple problems with Bergstrom. While I didnt purchase the car from Les Stumpf, the sales team was super helpful. They tried to get me a good deal, but I found the exact color combination I wanted in a Mustang on my drive home and purchased that instead. Highly recommend as they werent pushy and were willing to do a dealer transfer to get in the car I wanted.

My husband depends on the crew from Les Stumpf Ford for regular maintenance on his F150. The fact that they have easy drop off, drive him to work & come get him after for pick up is VERY convenient for us working folk. The coupons they send for $10 off are a nice perk too! Our last truck was purchased elsewhere but we were able to do the warrantee work locally w them instead of having to go back by Milwaukee area that was needed for us. As long as we have a truck ~ Les Stumpf will be our go to for regular maintenence of them. Thanks for the GREAT service & services you provide.

I have a 2013 Ford Taurus that was purchased in Janesville, WI. Everything on my car works PERFECT. Brought it to Les Stumpf for 3 recalls.When I got it back, the key fab was no longer being recognized. I called and Bob said it would be $70 to test it! My husband called Kurt and he said bring it in and we will see if the recall fix was causing this. Then we get it back and the check engine light is on. Brought it back in and they said it was the Co2 sensor and would cost $3 to $400 to fix! As I said, my car was perfect prior to the recalls. I have been back and forth in the service department 4 times since the recall fix. No more!! And people be aware when you bring your car in and they say if its under $300 do you want us to just go ahead and fix it and if its more than $300 we will call you! SAY NO! Or you can guarantee that you are going to have a $299 bill! I believe that the folks in the service department are nice people and have excellent customer service skills, but that they have to agree to the owners shenanigans to put extra dollars in his pocket!

My family and I rented a 15-passenger van for a trip. They were very accommodating and they provided 1200 miles included in the price for the week. We traveled down to Florida and back without any issues. The van was well taken care of for the trip and was the best option for my family. I will definitely visit this location if I need another van rental. We did shop around and this was one of the only places willing to rent a van in the winter. I was very satisfied with the service, although we did try to call them when the check engine light came on, but no call was returned. We continued to drive the vehicle as the roadside assistance was available, but only for disabled vehicles.

My 2006 mustang gt had an overheating issue, so I had it towed to them to fix it. They refilled the coolant tank and pressure tested it and replaced the radiator cap for $118. I don’t even drive the car five miles and the same problem happens. I called them to see if they’d cover a tow since they didn’t fix the issue and said they had. They wouldn’t cover it so I managed to get the car back to them. They then told me that I needed a new thermostat, radiator fan, and water pump. I figured they were just trying to cover all their bases since they failed once already. They charged over $700 for this and the car worked fine for two days. I parked it since it’s a weekend car for me. Two weeks later I drove the car and the same issue is starting to happen. I paid $1062 for this dealership to not cover a tow and to not fix my car completely. I Will not be bringing back any vehicle to them.Subnote: Les stumpf reached out to me and worked with me to fix my car at a really good rate for how much time we put into the car. It made up for the previous experience and I’m glad to have my vehicle back on the road.

I have mixed reviews on Les Stumpf. I scheduled my first oil change on my new truck and also required a new air vent and for a paint glob on the door edge to be looked at. My service manager totally dropped the ball for making a good first impression. I had a 3 pm appointment and my truck was not done until just after 5. I asked about the paint and vent and was told the paint guys went home at 5 so I would have to come back. The vent apparently never got fixed but I assumed it had as why would my oil change take 2 hours? I called 6 weeks or so later to inquire about the vent, now assuming it had to be ordered. The same service person had no recollection of me or my truck or the vent. I rescheduled. Replacement of the vent went quickly. A manager called upon seeing my responses to the survey Ford sent to me. He was very apologetic and offered me a free oil change and tire rotation. I received the offer and his card in the mail soon after. I am still hesitant to schedule but will give them another try and update my review when the time comes. At the time, I would have provided a 1 or 2 star rating but the purchase side of the dealership of pleasant. I am strictly rating the service department. Greg Baptist worked with me when I was looking at my truck and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

This was my first experience with the service at Les Stumpf. Scheduling an oil change with tire rotation proved to be difficult. After numerous attempts my appointment was made for the following morning. I showed up on time only to discover they inadvertently scheduled me for the following day.Honestly not going to be back and I would save yourself the time and struggle and recommend to go elsewhere for your automotive needs.*edit* I was able to reach out to Bergstrom Ford in Neenah and scheduled an appointment easily. I was greeted upon my arrival and the service was performed in a reasonable amount of time.

I Never write a review unless it’s positive! But today that changes! I bought a used Jeep from Les Stumpf used car center and took delivery at the end of May. We have put 800 miles on the Jeep. We noticed a small spot of oil about the size of a quarter about two weeks ago. We cleaned up the spot and nothing for days. Then again another spot mid week last week. We made an appointment went in on Monday morning. Here’s a good one! Parts and labor to fix this vehicle we just purchased end of May just under $700.00. Plus $84.00 justvto diagnose! I said this doesn’t seem right I feel maybe Stumpf should meet me half way on this and I was told I would need to speak with Paul (used car manager) ....well I hope I caught him on a “bad” day because if this is Paul’s normal behavior I can’t be the only one complaining about this guy! He was rude, aggressive, and wouldn’t even let me finish a thought before he cut me off with his disrespect! My “favorite” remark from the conversation I said “Paul come on no way this wasn’t an issue when you sold me the vehicle 800 miles and a little over a month later this is what I get”....his response “we don’t stand behind used vehicles that’s why we “sell warranties” (which adds another 1800+ to the loan) and then he says I don’t care if it was 80 miles, we aren’t responsible”. WOW!I work in a school and we pride ourselves on teaching students kindness and respect first and foremost! I think it’s too late to teach this to Paul! Regardless since I never miss an opportunity to spread positivity and find a silver lininghere goes! Daryl (our salesman) incredible service! Brett (business manger) patient kind and very knowledgeable! Mike M (our service tech on Monday morning) also a HUGE asset to Stumpf Ford!Unfortunately None of that is enough to erase the behavior of the Rude Paul they have working over there!

Purchased a Lemon from this dealership, brought it in and was told everything was fine. Frank the GM decided this issue wasn’t worth his time nor the dealerships and said they weren’t willing to work with me. Difficult consumers can be a pain however when they offer to pay more for a different vehicle and still give you the business, I feel they were just in it for the commission. This dealership has your back if you work directly for them, but if you help contribute to their paychecks via dealership purchases, you’re a second class citizen.
