I wish I could give them a zero. We placed an order and had a question. We have been calling for 2 days and it just rings. Finally today someone actually answered it and clicked it right back to the music. Once today I went thru the automated questions. It said I had no order under either phone number but gives you no option to speak with someone. That’s it. Are you kidding me? Horrible customer service!!

The computer product area in the way back was very good. Example asking if we need anything, product searching, troubleshooting.Everything else in the store is lazy.4 people waiting over 15 minutes to get checked out while 7 employees sit and talk watching the check line not even bothering to call up a cashier.Not to sound like a Karen but a customer shouldnt have to go look for a cashier just to get checked out when 7 other employees are standing within 15ft.

Terrible customer service by Lorena and Kristin the manager. We asked for the trade in value for our Apple Watch before wiping it clean. They quoted us one price then after it was wiped clean Lorena said we would get less. She went to get manager Kristen. Lorena couldn’t even come back out and own up to her own mistake. Customer service is about honoring what you say. For Best Buy to not make this right over $60 is a bad move on their part. We did shop there a lot and that will definitely change our shopping habits. A manger can reach out to make this better but it will take a lot.

Very poor customer service. Needed assistance for a computer issue. Called ahead asked for help. They said to stop in with hard drive we purchased from them 2 weeks ago. We stopped and they said they needed our computer which is a desk top and they couldnt work on it till Saturday. Pay 100.00 up front no guarantee they can get the info off the hard drive. Warrantee for two years is not backed by Best Buy......

Although it wasnt Best Buys fault that my boss did not add me initially as the pickup person, I was not too happy about waiting 90 minutes until they closed and having my family membership not update in time for me to pickup the item before they closed. For a technology store in this day and age, you would think their system would be a little speedier. Screenshot from my boss confirmed I was added, but still not ready in that time frame. Employees were nice and apologetic, but was a huge waste of my time.

Went appliance shopping and other than not having the exact model on display it was a great experience. Every employee that walked by asked if we needed help. And our sales person was a great help and very personable. My only complaint was if you didnt purchase the hook up option they would not put the appliances in place. Spent more for a dryer cord and hoses I would have on my own, but I didnt want to carry the washer and dryer from the garage.

This used to be my go to place but they revised their rewards points and now you have a short time to redeem them and then they are gone. for good They also used to have a very knowledgable staff that I trusted but they have changed over the last few years. Best Buy on Kensington is the best!!! Casey and Brandon were amazing today. They put up with my 10,000 questions on cameras,gaming and television sets! Retail could use more people like this. They made me feel welcome and went above and beyond! Thank you for the amazing customer service!!!! I won’t go to a different Best Buy because the atmosphere at this one is what the doctor orders. Worst experience trying to order AirPods from this store. After I ordered online to do a curbside pick up I was supposed to get an email saying when it would be ready and I never did. Only to find out when I called for the girl to say “oh that’s because we are out of that color case” I was never dead set on this case so it didn’t matter but then after we canceled that order and I reordered I never got that email again only to find out that she set it as delivered to my house which again was I guess no big deal. But still AGAIN NO EMAIL TO CONFIRM THAT. Then I look at my account and I only got 21 dollars refunded and not the full 168 so I’m still waiting on the 147 to be refunded to me. But it doesn’t make sense why my entire 1st purchase wasn’t just refunded. Sooo I guess we will see if I get my money back. Will never buy from them again.

What do you need to know about Best Buy? If you dont know what Best Buy is you should just go there and find out what they all have. Its a store for everybody. Its sometimes its frustrating trying to find somebody to help you. But overall friendly knowledgeable and good pricing. Good quality products.

Always had a great experience here. Service is great, the employees really exceed customer service expectations when informing customers about their products. I recommend getting a credit card through them which gives you the option of no interest for a period of time. Bought a smart TV and didnt have interest on it for 2 full years.

Awful customer service. Took over a month to get an online order ready. REFUSED to let me talk to a manager. This Best Buy store should be shut down. I will never go here again. We purchased an iPad yesterday. Spencer was our salesperson. He did an awesome job helping us. With his knowledge and attitude we made a purchase that we normally would have waited on. He gave us a great price (did the comparison). He also did an excellent job explaining the products. Employees like Spencer make companies successful. After Buying buying a $1200 Sony sound bar with sub woofer and rear speakers it started to cut out intermittantly. It went away and then came back, then went away for awhile past their 14 day policy. Now it happens all the time. I called and they said to bring it in and if there is no sign of damage they would give me a in store credit to get a new or better one. Unhooked it and brought it in. After getting there Supervisor Kyle basically told me to stick it. Kyle contacted the person I talked to and then Kyle told me it was Kyles discretion and he says no. I plead to his humanity but apparently he has none. I was lied to and then told no and left with $1200 useless speaker system. If you want to deal with a soulless company just shop at Amazon and at least get a better price. Best buy is just becoming a useless company with the worst customer service.

1. Ordered a stackable washer and corresponding dryer appliances. Each priced $1,000.00 plus dollars and free install and delivery.2. *Marty, the customer floor representative was extremely friendly and helpful when choosing units. *3. Arrange to have install for units. 12-4 pm had to take off work for this.4. Geek squad shows up does not have the ordered equipment to stack units. Install not completed properly.5. Called manager. Manager laughs at situation does not return call as stated.1day later...Manager says they cannot get the proper equipment orders without stopping at the store ? Year 2018.6. Stop at store get equipment for stacking. Painstaking try to arrange install service again. Days go buy. Manager a bit more helpful and responsive.7. Arranged service date and time. Have to take off work Again*.8. The Day before scheduled install and service, receive a phone call. Do not have the proper hose to finish installation ? Cannot expedite one ? Year 2018 ?9. Sent to Home Depot* to purchase equipment to provide to the installation personnel. Could have just bought the units there. *10. Going on 10+ days without installed units. Will not buy from Best Buy again. If the process wouldn’t take a month, cost me time, money, and who knows what other resources, I would return the units.

They price match competitors prices (including Amazon and Microcenter). Why not try then buy and for whatever reason its not what you desired, return the product within 14 days. Its pretty hard to have great prices and customer service like this from a big box store. In store selection could improve though.

I went to Best Buy to get information on smart watches. The associate answered all my questions, but I was aghast with the prices in-store. Literally everything in the store can be found online for a fraction of the price. They will price match, but only to sites they are in the mood to match to that day. Had great black Friday deals and customer service. You can tell they are under a well organized professional management especially by the way black Friday was handled and laid out. They had employees all over the floor all willing to help. None of them looked stressed, and the staff was very knowledgable on the information on products they provided me. Their deals on games this year were amazing and I ended up buying a playstation vr mostly because an employee saw me looking at the box and decided to give me some more information and another bundle that was available to be picked up later for a better deal for me. I decided to go to Best Buy rather than directly to a Verizon Store because I read they had a great deal - $100 off Samsung Galaxy S8. Absolutely horrible customer service. I had a washer and dryer set for delivery Thursday the 11th and their truck had issues. Because of this I am forced to reschedule to their next available appointment. They made no effort to actually fix the issue, they just told me that the “system” doesn’t work that way. They offered no solution besides me having to wait for when it’s convenient for them. The manager had no interest in helping me and just didn’t care. Last time I ever order from Best Buy! Nice for the old hag at the register to try to avoid accepting gift cards as payment because shes too lazy to punch in the 4 numbers on the back, then starts making a scene over using a debit card to pay the remaining balance, unbelievable. I bought ink for a printer a week ago when I pre ordered a phone. I showed the “expert” make and model of my printer and he told me “63 hp ink”. This week when I picked it up the phone wasn’t connected to the network. I then had to drive back again for an other trip for them to do it correctly to fix the problem. Then today had to return again, now because the “63 ink” that I was told to get was indeed “64 ink” that was needed for operation. I do take fault in opening the package before taking the old ones out to find out I had two different inks. When I went to customer service to find a solution, I was told nope nothing we can do. So in short $40 wasted for listening to the expert and wasting multiple trips for their mistakes. Now when I had a minor mistake I must eat it. Don’t wast your time, go to Walmart. At least they would of taken it back!

Guy we worked with in computers was knowledgeable and personable. Wish I could remember his name because I would give him a personal glowing review. Boyfriend was iffy on getting geek squad since he knows peoole who have had issues in the past. He told us he trusts the geek squad team at his store and said the manager of geek squad was there. Asked if my boyfriend would like to speak with him, ask him any questions he has and calm any possible fears. Geek squad manager was extremely helpful as well. Nothing like you expect them to be, explained they dont try to avoid you warranty, they want to help you etc. Ended up getting geek squad thanks to these two gentlemen. Best buy on Kensington in Appleton, if you read this, please recognize your geek squad manager and the gentleman that worked with us to get a computer and monitor last saturday, February 3rd 2018 at 5:54 pm. I tried really hard to remember his name so I could be sure to recognize both of them personally (manager is easier to id) but thats the best I can do! If i could give both of these gentlemen like 100 star reviews I would. They deserve it!
