Shopped at 5 stores in Fox Valley for a white unit with very tight space requirements. Within 5 minutes of walking in the store, they had identified the perfect unit in a warehouse on the other side of Wisconsin. A few days later, we had it installed, and the install guys were very careful to avoid damages and accidents. Of the other 4 stores, one did have a similar unit but with a 2-week wait. The other stores couldnt offer any good options.

We were greeted immediately upon entering. I had been in two days earlier narrowing down choices for a refrigerator, and came back with my wife to make a final decision. Our sales person was well versed in all of the products we were interested in, and made the purchase a very smooth and easy experience.Great choice and variety of appliances. Right now through no fault of Grand Appliance, you can expect at least a little wait to get your appliance, unless you happen to choose one that is in stock.

The salesperson that helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us to find a refrigerator that suited our needs and then helped get ASAP delivery as my fridge was not working. He really went over and above to help. We perused the store and we’re impressed with the high quality of many of the products they carry. I would recommend them for replacement or new appliance needs

I liked the wide selection with appliances all group togeather! Line up of a fridge, line up of ranges. It nice (not) having to go walk around hunting for the brand you want. When I found the brand I wanted the sales person took me to a group display of brand I have chosen. I had no idea I could pick out my new Kitchen appliance s so quickly! I Belive because Grand Appliances Very organized!To top that! They gave me a price sheet with specks. Of course I went and did a price comparison.😉Another Large Appliance store down the street. Could Not match Grand Appliances price.Add to that! They had a in store promo, the other store wouldnt match.Add to that They had a rebate to offer. I am heading there to make my deal! My price comparison, s are over. I know a good deal : ) The staff was very friendly and helpful. Making it very easy!Highly recommend!

I didn’t know what to expect coming here. I was expecting high pressure sales tactics and high markups. I couldn’t have been more wrong. This store is clean and organized carrying the same brands as big box stores as well as high end brands like Viking that you cannot find elsewhere. The staff was knowledgeable on the products, friendly and extremely helpful. We were looking for a replacement microwave to fit in an odd cutout. The sales rep searched the database based on our dimensions and provided a printout of all of the possible matches. I will most definitely be shopping here again!

Absolutely the best experience buying 2 major appliances. Kris and Sara very professional, knowledgeable about products, services and how to make it happen. Friendly, patient, repeating things or restarting information so that I could understand better. Staff worked as a team to meet my needs. Took as much time as I needed. No pressure. Lots of choices. I had done extensive research on appliances before stopping here. I knew exactly what I wanted. We had absolutely no pressure from our sales associate Sara to look at anything else, and our experience was very pleasant.

For having to buy new appliances Grand was great to work with! Matt help us look at appliances we where interested in didn’t try to stray us from what we wanted! We found ourselves in a bind. Moving into our new construction home, the fridge that we had originally ordered from a competitor arrived damaged and no hope of getting a new one for a couple of months. Decided to do a google search for the model # and came up with Grand Appliance. They had limited availability. I quickly called, verified it was the same fridge we had originally picked out and paid over the phone. At this point, we had been in our house for a week and we were using our sons dorm fridge.We worked with Sara. She was AMAZING. She originally gave us a delivery date of May 26. By the end of the day she was able to get it pushed up to May 11th. By the next day, she had it on a truck and ready for delivery on May 6th! Because of her desire to go above and beyond, we went from purchase to install in less than 48 hours. Simply amazing customer service that extended from my initial phone call all the way through to the delivery process and install. Everyone was amazing!

We stopped in to look at one appliance and wanted to redesigning our entire kitchen by the time we left - there are a ton of options from brands you dont get at your other typical stores (like Bosch and Cafe from GE). And not to mention, the prices were reasonable and they were offering good sales.

Nick knows appliances and set me up with a great refrigerator at the lowest market cost. I will be back for more.

Kris was very knowledgeable about the washer and dryers we were looking to buy. He explained everything and did not push for a sale. We looked several places and bought from Grand Appliance and TV because of Kris!

Initially I was happy with the purchase. After I got the dishwasher, I noticed the door was warped on it. Trying to get service was unbelievable!!! I purchased the item from the Appleton store. When I called for service, they told me they did not service Oshkosh. They put me on hold, and transferred me to a different service provider. I left a message and they never called me back. I called the Appleton store and left a message for Matt, my salesman, and he never called me back. I sent a message to Grand Appliance via Facebook messenger, and somebody from corporate finally got back to me. They sent me to a third-party service center. They had no record of the service call. Then I called Whirlpool and they were very nice. They told me to call the service company the next day. The third-party service company would not accommodate my work hours. After three attempts, I contacted the customer service at Grand Appliance’s corporate center. The guy was incredibly rude. Never again!!!!!! Do not ever buy an appliance from a store that does not do their own service. Long story short, they picked up the dishwasher and I purchased one elsewhere. I do have to say, Whirlpool’s customer service is outstanding! Grand Appliance’s is terrible!

Would never recommend this place to anyone. Purchased a wash machine & broke with in 2 months. Was told it be fixed in a week its been over a month & still nothing, now parts are on back order, says my warranty expired when it didnt. No one returns my calls after numerous messages have been left. So disappointed in this place!!

Matt was very respectful, didnt try to sell me features that I didnt want or rush us into making a decision. Purchased a refrigerator, being delivered next week. Hopefully the delivery process will be as smooth! Also, nice selection on the showroom floor. Definetely would go back!

We purchased a Dacor oven. It was installed on 9/22. We tried using on 9/23 and it did not heat up. After dozens of calls, we still do not have a usable oven. I even left a message with the corporate office and never received a return call. Terrible customer service. Once they had my money, they treated me like junk. Hoping to hear something soon...Update 10/15/20 - in response to the reply from Grand. My wife is in contact with you. We purchased the oven from the Appleton location from Chris, who is now in Green Bay.Still no working oven. We are waiting for an update to the firmware on the oven. Not sure why this takes more than a week.Update 11/4/20 - we are still without a working oven. It has not been touched since my last update on 10/15.Update 11/22/20 - Dacor has decided to replace the oven. That was a couple weeks ago. We are still waiting. We also discovered that Grand Appliance has charged us twice for installing the oven. Will be calling them tomorrow.

Matthew was fantastic! His knowledge was top notch and really helped us decide which washer and dryer to get. We had a little mix up on the delivery but Matthew jumped on it and handled it within a week; which during COVID times that is unheard of. Sara at Appleton was absolutely wonderful, so knowledgeable and a joy to work with. The prices were fantastic and they had a huge selection and so much to see in person vs other stores. We are so glad we chose Grand Appliance for our new set of appliances!! Will recommend to family and friends.

Who would of thought that the pandemic would create an appliance shortage but we realized this the hard way. Our gas dryer ended up dying and trying to find a replacement was almost a panic feeling. I called Grand Appliance in Appleton and talked with Willie. He was so kind and reassuring. We ended up purchasing the dryer that I wanted and had it in my house within a week! Thank you Willie for several phone calls and putting up with my anxiety over a dryer!!

To Forewarn you this will be a lengthy review, I do plan to update it as things progress.UPDATE: Finally had open issues resolved here is the short summary (if i could rate 3.5 stars I would). Great shopping experience and friendly staff. I purchased two display unit wall ovens on sale at their Appleton and GB location (all thru the Appleton store) To keep things short had issues with shifting delivery and what looked like disconnects between sales and delivery teams, and then about a month and a half chase to finally get the manual and the rest of original oven accessories (temp Probe). I understand these are difficult times for everyone but even in the light of things communication felt poor multiple calls or a stated call back that never happened some of it may be the business structure and how the different departments sit but really i feel like it should not have required as many calls or emails to hit resolutions both on the delivery issues and or original accessories issues. I may have purchased open box or display units but it was still a serval thousand dollar order.Would I shop there again? I would at least consider itShopping Experience: In general it was great the showroom and selection were excellent the staff was reasonably knowledgeable and courteous not pushy or in your face sort of sales people willing to talk and show everything from your basic units to even showing some of what the fancy ones can do as well as having a wide range of brands and display units and finishes. I would give this part 5 out of 5stars.Where the problems begin is after purchase. I bought two display model ovens (one from Appleton and one from green bay) scheduled a delivery date which was fairly far out thats fine its covid I understand. Day before delivery i was informed they cannot deliver as the delivery team never picked up the oven from greenbay. Normally this would just be a inconvenience but given that they are wall ovens my oven cavity required modification and the contractor wanted the physical ovens to ensure proper fit and modifications. Wait a week later calling every other day still no reschedule i understand its busy and its covid but cannot get a date or a rough idea of should be soon making it hard to schedule things with the contractor.Ovens finally delivered and delivery people were nice enough to carry them into the house for me which is a plus. I looked at the manual for one of the ovens (a steam oven) and realized hey its missing a lot of its original accessories so i go over to the appleton store chat with one of the reps, and go look in the cabinet sure enough there are its accessories some pans and the temp probe. (I only realized I was missing these after reading the manual) now the other oven didnt have a manual (one originally from GB store) so find it online and interestingly it should have its own temp probe manual few other small things so try emailing the rep I worked with previously... no response. Okay ill drop by the store next time Im out chat with a rep they call greenbay store great they have the temp probe and stuff but making about a 2 hr round trip for a temp probe and book is a bit ridiculous to me, they say they can deliver it or get it to the Appleton store great! And there it has sat for about a month and a half so far I call and try emailing and that has gotten me nowhere.I understand I may sound petty but the temperature probes for these run like 60-80 bucks and yes I know the ovens were display units but the fact is they confirmed the GB store had them and spending several grand on nice ovens even as a display unit I would have expected them to at least come with what the stores had for them without having to hound people to get the original accessories. (It doesnt seem that hard to just set the manual and temp probe in the oven prior to the delivery people pulling and packing it)1/4/2021 finally received a call back saying they had got my manual and temp probe from the GB store and I could pick it up. ~1.5 months after deliver but Im happy to at least have it.

I walked into the store not knowing if an upright freezer was avaialble. I needed a specific maximum width because it will sit next to my full size fridge in my kitchen. With all freezers being in short supply all over I wasnt sure I would find one. Sara Druckrey introduced herself and was very nice and helpful. She checked the warehouse and lo and behold an upright freezer was available and in the size that will work for me. I am on the shcedule for delivery and them taking the old unit out. So happy.
