Outstanding. Had a few dents on my hood and was told by body shop it needed to be repainted. Sent a couple of pics to Dale via text (which is a great idea). Pulled up to get Dales quote and he told me to immediately pull around and he would have this fixed in 30 minutes for $75 (Anderson and another place both quoted $150). My brand new car had a Dent and scratch in the middle of the passenger door. IT LOOKS AWESOME NOW! There is something to be said about small Mom and Pop shops. When I got my new-to-me 2016 Jeep home I found three dings in the hood. I didnt notice them when I bought the car but I would have bought it anyway because other than the dings it was like new. I wanted it to be perfect so I contacted Dale, and he got me in the next day. The hood is contoured so this was not a simple job, but after Dale got done with it you would never know the dings had been there. Now my new car is perfect and Im very happy. The man is a perfectionist so when he tells you that he can restore the part to 90 - 95% of original shape, be prepared to have him show you where the original damage was - in my case it was that hard to find. From top to bottom, this shop does everything, does it well and does it for a far lower cost than youd find at a dealership.I was able to get my headlights polished and a large dent removed from my drivers side door by Dales team in under 90 minutes. The dent Ive had in my car for 4+ years is completely gone, and my headlights havent looked this new since my car came off the factory line. Dale was really good and really honest. I had a dent that was far larger than usual for paintless dent removal, and in a really bad spot as well. He gave it his all and I could barely tell there was ever a dent. He said it wasnt as good as HE wanted it and lowered his price. You dont get that anywhere else. I will always come back here.

I shopped around for dent repair on my 2007 honda motorcycle and Dale seemed like the easiest and most reasonable to deal with. He did a great job removeing the two dings in my tank and for a fair price. And motorcycle tank metal is much thicker than car door or hood metal so its more difficult thats where the 19 years of experience comes in handy I guess. Im so much happier now my bike is in show room quality again.

I had a dent in the front fender in a molded area caused by a teenager slid the hood move that did not go as planned and I was looking just to take out the dent at a mininium cost, NOT replace spend $800 to $1,400 in replacing, painting an entire fender that I had been quoted by (3) auto repair shops whom did not listen to my needs of just removing the dent and that was their option, I thought to my self there has to be a better option.
