My daughter needed her vehicle serviced and we came across Superior Service Center in Apple Valley and Bill was so welcoming, funny, and professional. He explained the work needed to fix my daughters car and was straight forward about what needed to be done now versus later which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back!

After an oil change was given an estimate for work that needs to be done was given to me. This was all very questionable as I followed up with another shop I go to. I later spoke with one of the owners Tony later about this who was very concerned and professional about my complaint. He agreed his service advisor needed to change the way that this process is done.1. Transmission Flush- $199.95 My Jeep has 73,000 miles on it. Jeep recommends only if driving Fleet (Im full time Uber) change at 120,000 miles. The shops computer has the information wrong about this transmission.2. Tune-Up with Double Platinum Plugs- $244.12 My Jeep only uses Copper Plugs and are located on top of the vehicle and is less than a 30 minute job. They listed labor at $130. While these plugs can be used they are not mentioned in the Jeep manual.3. I knew I had a loose Sway Bar Link. However, Superior said I needed to change both Lower Control Arms and Ball Joints for a cost of $971.26. The ball joint on the left wheel is a little loose but in no way needs to be done now. I should have been shown the situation and told this was not work that was required now and probably not for awhile.

Superior Service Center in Apple Valley is the auto shop I trust. I have tried other shops around the south metro and none of them came close to this shop. I trust these folks to do anything on my truck or boat trailer. Been giving them my business for over 7 years and will continue to do so.

Bill at Superior was wonderful. So friendly and professional and thorough with all my questions. I had a tire that needed fixing. When I called he said he had time to look at it so I brought it in and he had a new one to replace it. I asked him to check my other tires and he said they were all good yet. He didnt pressure me to get 3 others when they werent needed. He had time then, so I had it replaced and rotation of tires. They had free WiFi and the lobby was comfortable and clean. 45 min total. I had alittle trouble finding out where Bill Fahey went to when he left Rosemount Goodyear, but when I did, I didnt hesitate to take my business to Superior.

I stopped in with a low tire and they were able to squeeze me in last-minute to help get me on my way. Super friendly, quality work, and kept me informed during the service. I will definitely go back!

Edit: I first went in for my oil change, nothing special. A few weeks later I had to go back because of a knocking noise in my engine and my gas would stall when I pressed on it. They told me my ac compressor needed to be replaced and that was the reason for all the issues. The ridiculous part is they wanted to charge almost $2500 just to replace the ac compressor. They didnt tell me what caused it nor how urgent of an issue it was. I was not given any information other than how much it was going to cost. As a woman, I definitely do not recommend this place because I feel like they were trying to take advantage of how little I knew about cars.

Whether working with Dave or Brent, I leave them my car and i feel confident theyll do a great job and at a fair price.

Beware of the $19.95 oil change although no fine print on the ad, they slap on a service fee which I am pretty sure is illegal. Reporting this to the BBB.

These are good, honest folks who run this place. They do a good job and charge you what they tell you they will charge. They give estimates on services they feel your car needs, but never force it on you. They remember you when you come in and are efficient. They also have a loaner car for longer jobs. Weve been going there for five years now and have not been disappointed.

Brought my vehicle into Superior recently and dealt with Brent (I believe) who was an experienced, knowledgeable, and very nice guy. Went in with a simple issue - a fog light replacement for my vehicle which my dealership quoted at $186. The Superior crew got it taken care of quickly and on short notice for $31. Great and honest guys here and I fully intend on becoming a full-time customer. Hats off to Brent for excellent service.

I have to give a 5 Star rating to this shop! I was having issues getting air in my tires and I thought the nozzle at the gas station was broken but turns out the nob on my tires were frozen. They fixed it and put air in my tires free of charge! So very helpful!What makes this review awesome is before I went to Superior, I stopped in to Car Care Service Center in Apple Valley and they told me that the stem on my back right tire was broken was my tire was leaking air. I was also told it was the computer in my car that was broken and they wound happily fix my car for $100 plus tax. Going with my gut, I said no and went over to Superior and didnt let them know of what had happened because I wanted to see if that was really what was going on. Turns out, it was just the cold weather! Car Care in Apple Valley tried to screw me over and Superior was nothing but honest!We need more honest car repair shops like this! I would definitely go see them! They are honest and have great customer service! I will be recommending this car shop to everyone!

I keep my cars for many years instead of trading every couple so having a shop I can trust is important to me. They dont just replace parts until they find the problem but diagnose well. When I have had an intermittent problem that was hard to diagnose they helped me watch for clues to figure it out. If I need a ride they are always offering before I have to ask. The guys at the front desk are knowledgeable and fun to visit with.

Been dealing with Superior Service in Apple Valley since the day they opened. Excellent service, competitive prices, and great employees. What I like about the business is that when I walk in the front door they greet me by name. Have purchased a set of tires for our Toyota from them and have oil and maintenance on both of our cars done there. Had some body work done on my SUV. Their work is not only exceptional but they went above and beyond my expectations. They detailed the outside of my vehicle, cleaned up the engine compartment and made the vehicle look better than new. Have have taken my Dodge Grand Caravan to the Apple Valley Goodyear for both maintenance and new tires. The pricing for parts and shop rates is very competitive and the service is exceptional. I would and have recommended this Goodyear to friends.

Superior told me they can do oil changes on BMWs cars..this car had never had a problem..EVER with the engine..they hook it up to a diagnostic machine-the Rep said this car runs excellent...So then they did the oil change..after leaving 7 miles later ..heavy blue smoke starts blowing out ..the engine lights turns on ..then the engine start to misfire..then I call a BMW shop to explain what happen..and how this could have happen...He said it sounds like he put to much oil in the engine...Warning to all people in Dakota county ..Never Never Never Ever have any work done by these guys when its a foreign Car..I probably will end up Suing them for the damage they caused to the car.

Never felt so mistreated in my life. After the shop manager (Brent) admitted that his guys had installed parts on my car upside down and not replaced all the correct parts for the job he still refused to refund me any money for the bad repair. Ended up having to spend $1800 dollars at another shop to have the issue fixed. The owner never responded to any of my emails about the horrible treatment I received by Brent. I did a Facebook post warning my friends about these guys and turns out more than one of them had already been ripped off by superior service center shops in the past. For how much these guys charge for labor per hour you might as well just take it to the dealer and save yourself the nightmare.

We have a Lexus RX350. Brought it in for an inspection to see why our front wheel was making a squealing noise. Turns out it was the brake pad wear indicator telling us we needed brake pads. They did a great job and we were back on the road in a few hours. Thanks

Took truck in several times for leaking steering fluid. They replaced pretty much everything over the months of having to keep taking it back and cost several thousand dollars. Got it back after driving less than 50 miles in 2 months to find damaged suspension. Steering never was fixed 100%, took to dealer instead.

I brought my Honda CRV over to Superior Apple Valley Goodyear thathad a thump in the front left tire and more thumps in the right rear tire.Mike and his mechanics quickly diagnosed the problem as a bentwheel rim and flat tires. Mike recommended new tires, new wheel, alongwith balancing and alignment. I am excited as car = independence.And having a new tires will make it a safe vehicle too. Thank youMike and crew. Winnie G.
