Wow! 👏 Super impressed with the work done and how they went above and beyond setting up the car rental and basically made this whole process easier. Also my car was returned with a full detail. Seriously I have been to a few other places and this was hands down the best experience. They have a customer for life. I still cant believe it.

Great service, just needed a little touch up on a few small scratches on our Honda CRV. They even did this at no charge which was not expected. We have used them before when our cars have been in an accident. Highly recommend their work and customer service.

They did great work on replacing our front bumper, and matched the replacement extremely well. The car was detailed and spotless, inside and outside, when we picked it up after only 2 days to get the work done. We couldnt tell that there had ever been any damage to our 10 year old car (except that it was a LOT cleaner). There were no upsells and, in fact, they were quite candid about not spending unnecessary money on the repairs. Very friendly and courteous staff. Would highly recommend!

Repairs on doors were fine. One major thing is that the car came back with a dent on the trunk and scuffs on the bumper that 100% weren’t there previously. These damages arent covered obviously.

We recently had an Acura worked on to replace the side panels and front bumper. We also had an Odyssey worked on years ago as well and that performed like it had been prior to the repair. They are a very customer friendly, professional, knowledgeable company and easy to work with. AV collision has consistently been very helpful and performed at the highest level. Upon picking up our cars, they were beautifully cleaned inside and out.

This is my experience with the best place I have ever taken my car...About 8 months ago I got into a fender bender and I took my car to Apple Valley Collision. My car was drivable so they set up an appointment for me to bring it back. But not before securing my bumper with zip ties for added safety. The appointment was a few weeks out as they were booked but I didnt mind waiting. And Im so glad I did!In addition to the insurance claim to fix the fender bender, I asked them to take a look and possibly fix my outer driver AND passenger door handles, as both were broken. I dont remember how much they were extra, but they were obviously reasonable as I went ahead and paid it. Then a lot faster than their quoted time, I had my car back looking brand spanking new and was I was finally able to get into my car without reaching in from the backseat. Overall I was so pleased with the whole experience that Im kind of ashamed I didnt write a review earlier.But this is where their service goes from A, to A+.Four days ago after leaving work I went to get into my car only to find the driver door handle was broken again! I tried a few times in anger and sadness to get it to open to no avail. A person walking past me to their own vehicle loudly exclaimed Ha! That sucks!... Thanks random person, I really didnt need that. But I got home and for the next few days I kept leaving my window cracked for easier access, which as we all know living in Minnesota, makes it a tad bit cold.Anyway, as I was explaining to my coworkers that my door handle was broken and how I had gotten it fixed not that long ago, one of my coworkers told me that I should take it back into Apple Valley Collision and see if they will fix it. So I made a call to them, and the nicest lady answered. She explained their lifetime warranty doesnt include overuse and normal wear and tear but that I should bring the car by anyway for a mechanic to take a look. She booked me for a quick appointment the next day and I geared up for battle. For what I thought would be a battle.I found my old paper work and noted the miles on my vehicle at the time and compared with the amount I had now. In 8 months I had put about 4,000 miles on my car; which is extremely low. I had my boyfriend meet me at the place as backup sternness and I was prepared to use the mileage as proof that my door handle was not overused as my car wasnt overused but all of this was utterly unnecessary.We got there and the same, friendly and also beautiful reception lady greeted us pleasantly and within a few minutes a mechanic came out and asked us what was going on. After explaining the basics, the guy (Im so sorry, I forget his name) took my car around to his garage. My boyfriend ended up leaving to go back to work, and within 10 minutes the mechanic came back and told me he was going to fix it! And it would only be another 15 minutes. As I waited patiently, the kind reception lady offered me some holiday fudge, which was a pretty nice added bonus. (I love fudge)When he brought my car back around he explained what happened and how he had not only fixed the door handle but reinforced it so it wouldnt happen again. AND he noticed my tire light was on in which he checked all my tires. He was all smiles when he explained this and made me feel like it wasnt an issue or bothersome at all.I had figured this would have gone one of two ways. The first in which they could have argued with me and made me pay to have it fixed again, in which I would have left not happy and probably not having my door fixed. Or the second where they fixed it and Id be so happy that Id want to leave a long winded ravishing review. I will always recommend this place any time someone asks me where to take their car, and in fact I already have. Thank you Apple Valley Collision for being kind and caring!You have earned a life long customer!

The personal touches, work completed on time, and great job done on all the repairs I have had there over the past 20 years make taking your car here a no-brainer. The last car I took here was for hail damage, and after the repair, you couldnt tell the car had ever been dented.

I paid for repairs to another vehicle that we bumped in a parking lot. The damage to our cars bumper was slight. The damage to the other vehicle is shown in the attached photo. The repair estimate was $823.When the vehicle was repaired and I was contacted for payment I was told by AV Collision that they found damage that they hadnt noticed in the original estimate. Then, when removing the part, they broke something, which added on time. The net result was that the original estimate increased the repair by more than 22% (total $1,007).When I questioned why such an increase, and after being told, was then told that an increase in an estimate happens 99% of the time. I think it sort of begs the question as to why they dont change their estimate policy, but then I guess they wouldnt get a much work if they were always the higher estimate. Not sure.Anyway, I believe that AV Collision has taken advantage of a situation. The fact that my vehicle didnt hit the other vehicle hard (was pulling into a parking spot and misjudged the clearance... my vehicle has paint on the bumper which can be buffed out) seems to support a theory that any damage, let along something unforeseen, would be difficult to miss. I can understand situations where there is a strong likelihood of hidden damage, but based on the circumstances and visible damage to both vehicles... questions seem legitimate.Something just doesnt feel right with the way this ended up, but based on what I read from other reviewers, my experience must be isolated.

Just had a small parking lot damage repaired by AV Collision. They did a very nice job. Quailty of work was terrific and performed in a timely manner for a very fair price. Another nice touch was the car exterior was washed and the interior vacuumed and cleaned. A very nice touch. I would recommend this firm for your auto body shop needs.

I just got my vehicle back from being fixed and I am VERY grateful that I choose to take it to Apple Valley Collision for repairs. They really went above and beyond than what was expected of them by helping me with my broken heating knob. And they cleaned my car out and vacuumed it! I had to double check that I had the right car! (Lol) I am humbled by their kindness and generosity. Friendly staff and honest workers. I know a lot of people are concerned with honesty when it comes to a place working on their car. This place told us about damage we didnt know about, even though they knew it meant we would scrap the car, and theyd lose business because of it.

Took my car in for repair. It took three days because of a holiday which I dont mind,because I got a rental. I would definitely take my car in for repair again if I have to. They even give you a car wash and vacuum. I was suprised!

Wayne-March 2012. Just had my 2004 Chevrolet van repaired due to a collision and need for new windshield. I needed the hood and drivers side door repaired. Not only was the work excellent but they were fast and courteous from start to finish. I will certainly take my body work back to this shop again. Outstanding!

WOW! I took my Honda Accord to AVC for side impact repair - the results were simply outstanding! The vehicle looks new with the body work smooth and the paint looks factory.
