They provide very good customer service. Only 4 stars because I had to return for follow up repairs, but overall satisfied with their service.

Everybody at the shop was amazing from the receptionist to the adjuster and the manager was so amazing and very helpful. They fixed my car after I got into an accident and they made my car look back to normal as if I never got into the accident. I will be totally going back there if I ever need service again ! Did great on repairs to the car but I had to re pair my key fob with my car because it was poorly paired/not paired with my vehicle upon pickup.

Everyone was so kind to me. My dad passed away during the time his car was here and the insurance decided to total the car. The employees made sure to give me ample time to clean out the car and helped me with the process. Thanks again! Will for sure go here in the future if I ever need my vehicle fixed.

Had to take my car in to fix the bumper and they did a wonderful job! My car came back to me looking like the day i bought it! They even cleaned the inside for me and fixed the tire pressure! I will definitely be going to them for all my insurance claims from here on out!!

Caliber did a fantastic job fixing my suv after a rear end collision. Work was completed quickly and within time estimated. Employees are courteous and professional. Vehicle looked brand new when I picked it up - and it was washed and sparkling clean. They obviously take pride in their work.

I do not know if its covid to blame or not. But the truck went in some time in February with a long scratch, a few missing/broken pieces, and I guess a hurt tire. Got it back at April 2nd. That wasnt the problem however.The problem was the lack of communication, they had to send it to a different shop in Rancho cucamonga. They informed us about this and that they would be in communication when the truck got there, etc.Nothing... no number for the Rancho cucamonga facility, definitely no call from them. Finally called the facility that we turned the truck in, they transferred the call to Rancho cucamonga(which when we picked up the truck the service guy had to rant they could not of done that because they have no idea how to transfer call and got all hostile about it... turning a simple how was the service and did they contact you? into what felt like an attack when his facility was the helpful, very odd).But got a hold of Rancho cucamonga facility, they were like oh yeah we ment to call you. We will have the quote to you soon. Soon? You had the truck for 2 weeks.So between the hostile service guy and the lack of communication (which they were adamant about how they would be on communication every few days, so it made it extra noticeable) AND not finishing the job... not a fan.That whole angry defense thing when they were actually the ones that were helpful was just odd. Dont usually expect someone to get all hostile when your thanking them

I had the privilege of getting my car fixed by them twice lol but both times they were very efficient and their communication with their customers is on point. Do not submit for an online quote. They will just respond that they need to disassemble your vehicle t give you a proper quote. They dont work on older cars so even if you have a easy touch up job on a classic car, you are wasting your time

Was in hit and run last Thurs I was so stressed. I had to have my car towed to Caliber to have it repaired. I went in and it was such a stress free experience. They were so kind and concerned with if I had been hurt or not. They had me in and out quickly. They took care of my quicker in half the time expected and it looks great. It honestly looks better then before it went in. I would really like to thank the staff at Caliber of AV for taking care of us we appreciate everything.

Had this vehicle painted for years ago 2013 and I when I pulled it out of the shop it it appeared to look fine and it was perfect until five months ago I noticed something wasnt right come to find out there was no primer used it was just buffed and painted over the original paint and the paint is chipping off down to the metal as you see in this picture all over the cab to as well and the tinting on the windows is bubbling and peeling off as well beware!!!! Everyone before going this caliber collision on Highway 18 in Apple Valley California.

Terrible customer service. After getting a quote I heard nothing from the Armon, after 2 weeks he told me the part I needed was obsolete, a part I found easily in 5 minutes online from several sources, and I never heard from him again. I would not recommend this shop. Go anywhere else.

I had several little dings and a dent in the bumper of my vehicle repaired here at Caliber Collision. My vehicle was promised on Friday; I was called that day to say they werent sure it was going to be ready by the end of the day. I was worried because I had plans to go on a trip and my vehicle is the only reliable vehicle we have. The manager at Caliber stepped up and pushed to have my vehicle done by the end of the day and did get my car to me. He even had my car cleaned and stayed past closing to do that. He also wants me to come back when I have time to drop it off for a few hours so he can do a full detail and really check that the job was completed not only to my satisfaction but to his also. I would recommend this shop for all your collision needs.
