Terrible customer service!! Dont even try getting in contact with them by phone. I literally made 9 calls before I could get someone to help. I was put on hold for ten minutes at a time in 3 different calls. Its like they forget about you. Had to just hang up and call again just to be put on hold and forgotten about again. Then went in in person to be told that they were too busy to get the phone. The guy with the heavy indian accent was the one who put me on hold and never came back to it. The only satisfaction I finally got on the phone was another gentleman with a strong Jamaican/Caribbean accent.

This was my second visit to the Walmart Auto Care Center. I wish we had one at the Walmart where I live. On my first visit I purchased four new Dextero tires for my truck. The tire price was great, and the install price too. Other places Ive checked charge $30 or $40 more for installation. Ron was the person in charge. He was polite and took care of business. The work was finished in the timeframe he quoted. They were professional and the tires were perfectly balanced --- no vibration at all, I checked up to about 85 mph. You can drive up without an appointment, or make an appointment. On my latest visit I had an oil and oil filter change. It was full-synthetic oil, 6 quarts, for about $55.00 including tax. Beats the fast lube services hands down for price. I checked three other places and they were $20 to $35 more. The fast lube places claim to do more for you than Walmart, but if there are differences I didnt notice them. Walmart might have taken 10 or 15 minutes more, but Im all for saving $30 in 15 minutes.

It was not that busy and I got in pretty quickly. Just needed a battery change and it was dont in 10mins. The customer service was great from all that I have interacted with.

I know its walmart but I guess I still hold anyone employed by a company to extend what I offer to my customers. No one was friendly. Everyone seemed to be in there own worlds. No smiles, no one offering if I need help. I arrived at bay 7:15 am. I know that if I am parked at bay you know I am here for service. No other customer was there for tires. Only 1 customer there in oil line. I had to seek out service rep. Then I didnt leave until 8:41 am. This was my first time to walmart tire center. I dont think I would recommend it to anyone else. I much rather spend the additional $35 to go to another shop to get that customer service experience.

Convenient to be able to get the oil changed while doing the regular shopping. Prices are reasonable, they are open on Sunday, and usually there isnt too much of a wait. Ive been taking all of my vehicles here for many years. The only problem I ever had was a missing tire valve cap one time. I went and bought some nice aftermarket ones and make sure to check them now before I leave.

If you want to talk to someone about tires this is not the place to go. But if you know what you want, then this is a great place they are very friendly. And the prices are good.

They replaced my battery for free. The staff was nice. The one lady who rang me out moved slow though. She seemed easily distracted and couldn’t focus on checking out customers. I was there 45 minutes because of her.

Need tires called b4 to make sure they had mysize, gave her the tires I wanted and make & model of vehicle, so when I went to go get them they said they cant put those size tires on my car, but neglected to tell me this when U called and ordered them, so othere tires more expensive. Then after they installed them and car was done, I got in and had grease marks on driver seat, they denied doing this, mgr said ge going to look at the video to ee if they put a cover on seat, so Mgr looked at video and said he couldnt tell and gave me a can of upholstery cleaner, and said sorry, So was not very pleased with my overall experience

Nice place, cheap prices for the service, but takes too much time for make an oil change, and you have to get out of your car...sometimes you can wait about 1 hour or so for an oil change, when you can go a store like Take 5, or Valvoline and do it in 5-10 minutes or so, and didnt get out of your car.

They have great service here. Their manager is very helpful and they are super friendly. I came in last minute after work to fix a flat and they took me even though they had 10 minutes left. I even got the black friday deal. I plan on coming back often. Thanks guys !!!!

I came in to get a battery replaced in my car...I know something simple should have taken 10 minutes to do right. Well an hour later I walk out to see whats taken so long the technician is just walking up to my car with the battery in hand and says give me 10 mins 🤦🏾‍♀️

Reasonable price, but work on customer service. You cant ignore other customers or treat different ones differently. And be calm & patient. Otherwise, the guys outside were quick and friendly. Inside is a different story with the associates.

Great prices and selection for the most part.Staff are friendly but nothing to write home about.Management & regular employees are disconnected.They need to communicate better.We will return but mainly for the prices.

I was passing through town and needed a replacement tire as I was driving on a spare. I idled in my vehicle at an open bay for a good ten minutes as there was poor organization and could not tell where the line was. Four employees walked by and ignored me. I said excuse me to an employee with head phones on four times until I was shouting. He looked at me and kept walking. This is more than poor customer service. Felt it was intentional rudeness and ignoring to the customer ! Eventually someone told me to park and inquire within. The woman behind the counter basically told me to figure out what tire size I needed on my own. Since I already had someone put wrong tires on my vehicle Im not knowledgeable to figure this out my self. I tried finding the numbers inside the vehicle door and went back in. The woman was gone and there was no one in sight. I dont give up easily normally but I left since apparently am being denied service.

Came in for a simple tire plug, no one in front of me or next in line I waited for over 1 hour. All the time I noticed the guys were walking around doing absolutely nothing at all, just talking to each other. Bad communication no customer service except for the people on the inside there were very prompt, and attentive

Some visits are great and some not so great, but overall good. When you all have a lube audit, there needs to be a supervisor ready to check. Spent 3 hours for an oil change, waiting for someone to check the work done. Improve that and earn 5 stars.

Who would have thought itd take over an hour to simply change a battery. Just another case of under staffing. Top that with poor communication and customer service. Things could be so simple.

Associates are always helpful. Check batteries for no charge and provide air for tires. May use the quality long lasting oil at competitive prices too. Get a change while shopping.

Im upgrading my prior rating from 2 to 4 stars. As another reviewer stated, service totally depends on which mechanic you deal with. My recent experience at 7am on Thursday was great. Raul and team worked quickly to change the oil in about 15 minutes . They also inflated my spare tire with no extra charge.

Prices are hard to beat. Staff on the other hand need to learn to communicate with one another. Wasted too much of our time waiting for them to get our car taken care of.

I went in to get a battery for my car, the associate was about as helpless as they come. Luckily I did my research before I got to the store and knew what battery to get. As I check out he trys to charge me the core charge for the new battery, I showed him I brought my old battery in and he said it didnt matter the core charge had to be applied,lukcily someone in the garage over heard and told the cashier he was wrong. I hate this Walmart. Avoid at all cost!

Fast tire change at a decent price

Very interested in your car. Mechanic heard a noise my car is making and he like me thought it may be something to do with the tires. I went in for an oil change. He told my son what the problem was at it didnt have anything to do with the tires. I think he deserves a shout out for looking out for my car and me. I give him a high five.

Not good at all. I request a tire rotation the guy mess up bad. I asked what happened ? He just say I cant remove the studs. Ok why? I askHe said there to tight okUse the hydraulics. The he said lets brake them!Off course I said F OFFi ended up gettin the job done by my selfAnd even have to payThen took the car to another place and they did the job

Told them to check a tire with an oil change and they guy didnt even write up the tire. His quote was an hour, it took a total of 2 hours since the tire was plugged.

Worse service Ive had at this location. Pulled up and only car there and waited 30 mins and not a single employee walked over.

The worst place ever !!! Customer service is nonexistent, completely unskilled labor. It took them 5h.and they didnt even do the job right. Only changed 1 tire, instead of 2, left the spare tire hanging loose under the car. Dont waist your time going there. Serious training needed!!!

I got there right at 7am, before the crowds needing Tire, Battery or Oil service. I got 4 new tires balanced, mounted and installed in a little over an hour. It was A-OK.

We had a flat tire while traveling to Orlando. This Auto Center close at 7 oclock but they stop taking cars at 6:23. why dont they just say they close at 6:00 instead. Day two when we returned at 7am, they said the computer system is down, so they cannot fix our warrantied Tire until the system is back up. so we waited for 2 hours for no good reason. last when I checked, you dont need a computer to fix a nail in a tire...

I tried calling Walmart to find out about a product they kept me on hold for 5 minutes or more then I hung up the phone and called back again I mean never picked up the phone I let it ring probably about 30 times no one picked up the phone very poor customer service

Ive bought car batteries and lots of motor oil and incidental parts. I would not necessarily lottery them WORK on my car though. Inexperienced and rushed.

The place is ok. You might wait 30 min or 3 hours. The biggest problem are some of the employees. If you encounter a mechanic called Victor save yourself a headache and ask for somebody else. I have to wait 2 hours more because of his mistake.

Use to open at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday morning now its 8:00. I have been here waiting for 30 minutes only to find the hours are now 8:0-6:00. I am sure that they will not be ready, for customers until 8:15.

Although the prices are low the customer service is horrible a lot of people will try to avoid even speaking with you or answer questions about your vehicle wait times are horrendous even for a simple oil change for instant if only one or two cars are in the Bay Area can still take up to an hour just for a simple oil change again just not a very helpful or comfortable place to be the only reason to go would be for their prices

Always did a great job servicing our vehicles.

Had a really bad tire, went here waited only about 90 minutes, got a GoodYear tire for $75. Pro tip, always get a warranty, if anything happens, they will fix it, or replace the tire. In the front on Walmart is a Panda Express, I ate there while waiting for the tire.
