First of all, these guys were great! I called to make an order and to my surprise, the tech-support representative called me Later that day to ensure that I ordered the right part. He asked a series of questions and help me identify the right part. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I have to say, I kind of love these guys now. Great customer service.

They said they had the model No I was looking for and intern sent me another. When I called and emailed asked to return the valve they asked if I was qualified - 30 years in the business I think makes me an expert!They then ghosted me so beware of a shady business. Will have to resolve in small claims court ...
