My sixteen month old grandson spent the night last night. After breakfast we were heading out on some errands. The check tire light came on when I was driving. I googled what tire places were opened on Sundays near me. Pep Boys was the only place open. Off to Pep Boys it was! They were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. In less than an hour they found the problem and fixed my tire!

Richard is amazing and the guys at Pep Boys are very nice. They were very helpful and they got my car in and out for an oil change. Richard was super nice and professional he gave me good advice about my car and they have good pricing!

I have been using this location for years. I just left wanting to have a tire replaced. The man working the front counter just stared at me, no greeting or any words spoken. Since he just stared at me I walked up to the counter to let him know what I needed. He said Im not taking anymore cars today. He didnt offer to schedule for another time or suggest coming back another time.Where is Andrew? Peter? They have always treated me with great customer service. I understandwe are living in times where quality people are hard to find, but thats no excuse for hiring just anybody. These kind of individuals will tarnish the Pep Boys brand. Please hire better or Ill find better.

Michael came right up to and we told him the problem. He advised us on what to do. We went inside and Andrew continued with getting our car serviced. All the bays were occupied but they were polite and got us in quickly. Give those guys a raise! Thank you very much. You are both appreciated.

Purchased a “new” used car, and on the way home it was making a weird noise. I took it to Pep boys and Eric took a quick look. He found that the break pad was missing a screw! He put on the screws and did not charge us for the quick work.I was so blessed that something didn’t happen to me on the way home, and blessed that Eric took care of us!

You need tires. This is the place to go. Great service and best prices in town. Andrew the service manager is personable and great to work with.

So hard to find a mechanic reliable for anything beyond an oil change, and this place is the same. $1200 plus a six hour wait for a new compressor and dryer, here it is blowing warm air less than a week later. Cant trust their mechanics at all. Well see how long it takes them to fix their shoddy workmanship.

I took my vehicle in for a few issues I was having with the AC, suspension, brake job, and tune up. I spoke with Jeff who made sure I understand everything that needed to be done, what was handled by my warranty, was honest about the things absolutely necessary, and kept me up to date during to entire process. My vehicle now drives better than ever. Couldnt be happier with the service provided.

Jeff at this location is the BEST!!!Very professional and courteous!!! He hooked me up with a great deal on tires for my Excursion and got them on and balanced quickly. I had gone to LONGWOOD TIRE CENTER and was sold 2 tires that were the WRONG size 245 not 265 and when they were taken off had tons of patches on the inside and bubbles all over the tires . They were NOT high speed balanced and my truck was bouncing around and all over the road. Very very hard to handle it on the highway and very dangerous !!! I called them and they didn’t really care so Jeff was a LIFE saver at Pep Boys !!! Super nice guy, very willing to work within my budget and his help was greatly appreciated!!!! Job WELL DONE !!! Absolutely love using this SPECIFIC pep boys location. They always work out the best price which is super competitive to the dealer and other area service shops and very trustworthy staff, technicians, and manager. The manager who is Andrew is very personable and does a great job explaining my service very well and honest recommendations considering I drive a luxury car which I plan to keep long term. He gave me a full breakdown of all the preventative maintenance I should do and when I should schedule the appointment for them as they come along. They even throw in random misc things I have to do for no charge while they have the car for big services such as switching out my air filter which I purchased and was gonna do myself but the technician saw it in the car and just saved me the hassle. Another example was when one of my rim protectors was coming off and it requires jacking the car up, deflating/inflating the tire to get it on and off and they just took care of that which saved me a huge hassle of doing that on a weekend for such a small task. Always accommodating to my schedule so I can just pick up and drop off and makes sure my final bill is always accurate so I dont have to waste time asking about it when Im on the go and just want to be in and out. They also offer Lyft rides whenever I need to come pick up the car or get dropped off which has helped tremendously and very nice perk! Ive began servicing multiple cars with them now and the experience has been the same for all of them all around.

I had to replace my windshield wipers and a kind employee installed them for me in the rain. Great customer service.

Set an appointment for 9:00 AM for a simple tire mount and balance. I was told the service would take a little over an hour and with only 3 other cars there, it seemed reasonable.1:15 PM - I call the store. They forgot about my car and hadn’t even started.1:40 PM - They call me that the car is done.2:00 PM - The manager (no questions asked) gives me the service for free.As nothing in life is free, I figured they messed something up. Sure enough, rushing through the job, they destroy the old set of tires which I stressed I needed back and had lined up to sell for $200. Total real cost for for a mount and balance, $110.Unless you have time to sit and lord over these guys like children, do not take your car here for service. We have a commercial account with them as well, so imagine the quality of work you could expect to get as a walk in. I should count myself lucky they didn’t also destroy my rims along with the service.

I just had a one of the MOST TERRIBLE experiences ever at this particular Pep boys location. I went in to purchase a few things to clean my car and I alway price because it’s one of the perks that Pep Boys offer. When I asked LISA (she saids she’s the manager but I’m not to sure about that) to price match she told me it can’t be done. I’ve been here many times and I know for a fact it can but she insisted that couldn’t. Long story short I was treated unfairly, she embarrassed me by purposely taking items away and telling me to go elsewhere and ignoring me and trying to help the customer behind me. All I wanted was a price match and that’s it. If you go to this location BEWARE OF LISA she will make you leave that store feeling unwanted. Pep boys please help the customers of this local community of Apopka remove this employee in order to have a better experience.

I called last minute before my trip asking if I could get some tires quickly .Gary answered my call and told me to come in right away .he was very helpful and knowledgeable with the purchase of my Michelin tires My car also needed some repairs and he talked me into one year free financing. I’m glad I did it . I would recommend anyone to ask for Gary.

NEVER GO THERE...Worst experience ever. We went there for something specific. After they never called to say that the part was in. Thats the 1st thing. Im fact...i dont want to carry the anger and anxiety so Im just gonna say...dont even use this place as a last resort. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Tires have less than 10k miles. Asked to have the windshield wipers replaced as well. After about 1.5 hours the vehicle was done. Went outside and noticed the tires were not rotated (one hubcap is different) and same windshield wipers. Went back inside and questioned why the tires were not rotated. Was told the back tires were, in too poor condition to rotate to the front. If that is the case why was I not informed before hand? Will not retun to Pep Boys and will cancel my account.

Made an appointment for a simple alignment for two vehicles. Took one in and said it would be an hour. Ok fine, about 2 hours go by and I get a call saying they couldnt do the alignment and the vehicle needed $1800 in repairs. Just got it back from another shop with no issues.Took the second vehicle in hoping to have better luck with it. Nope! They didnt do the alignment but were more than happy to tell me I needed $3200 in repairs. I had some of those repairs done not too long ago by another shop which proved to me they were trying to pull random numbers up and hope that some poor would will come along and pay it. They also told me I was leaking fluid, but! They couldnt tell me what it was. I had to tell them what it was and that it had been handled.They charged each vehicle $25 to inspect it. The way I see it I paid 50 for them to essentially write me a $5000 quote. Will never go back again.

Low tire this morning and went to PepBoys. They were busy and still made time for me. Service advisors were courteous and knowledgeable and no pressure sales. I had to have the tire replaced and they gave me a comparable product with a great price. Recommend this service company.
