Im always going to Advance Auto Parts for anything my car needs. Was not happy with the female employee that attended me today. I felt right from the start she didnt want to help me out. She told me to go grab the oil myself and she would get the oil filter. Didnt mind getting the oil but couldnt find the one I was looking for, so instead of bothering the female employee I decided to check online if they had it in stock, they did, so I went to the employee and told her if they had the oil I was looking for and she said no, the only ones we have are the ones that are on the shelf so instead of arguing with her I told her okay thanks and left the store and went to OReilly Auto Parts and felt way more welcome. I will not be going to Advance Auto Parts anymore.
I went to Advanced Auto for a part that I didnt know the name of. Anthony was trying to help me find it on the computer but no luck. Jack came outside to my car to help me decide what parts I needed and was very helpful. Anthony saved the last big can of oxidizer for me while being outside. Both men were so friendly and eager to do their jobs, that alone made me feel like a valued customer. They have my continued business! A++

Normally pretty helpful staff. Good hours of operation, plus their prices are most times competitive. Their actual location is also very convenient as it is not too close to any other businesses to compete for a parking space.By the way, Im not sure what the franchise policy is but other locations say they cant come outside for check engine or battery check if only 1 person is work or if its raining so be mindful of that!
The gentleman on duty was very helpful and made sure I had everything I came in for.
The guys that work at this location are very friendly and knowledgeable car guys. I usually only go here because of that.
Worst customer service. I came looking for an item that another store said they had an inventory here. The manager demanded a part number before he could find it. I looked it up on their website and gave him the part number but that he wasnt happy with that. He finally looked it up on his own website and then found the item in the store. Overall a very frustrating experience.

The Rock Springs Rd location is hands down the best. Great manager that knows his stuff. Sometimes you take for granted how good one location is over others in a chain till you have to go in one of the others. That happened to me recently and made me value the team at this store all over again.

I needed a battery for my car. Luis was very nice and even though he was almost done for the day he took the time to help me with finding the right battery and ordering on line so I could get the discount.

Bill and Oscar were the most helpful people. They sold me new windshield wipers and checked my transmission fluid.i also bought a cup holder that also had a place to hold my cell phone. They were the best. For anything having to do with my car...I will only go to them. They were a breath of fresh air. Noy pushy...just helpful. Would never go anywhere else for auto parts or accessories. Highly recommend!

Didnt have my part in stock, closest location was 15 miles away. Bought a remanufactured unit there, it was defective. Made another 30 mile round trip for exchange, it was defective also. Ordered a NEW one from Advance on Rock Springs Rd and paid for expedited shipping. Went to pick it up and they said it was shipped to the one 15 miles away. Irritated but okay, went to pick it up. NOPE! It was at the Rock Springs Rd location I ordered it from, they didnt even look for it. Drove back there and the clerk was more interested in watching TV on his phone than finding my delivery. Drove over 120 miles and waited a week for my part just to be treated rudely. I rarely get upset and never leave negative reviews but everybody should be aware of these IDIOTS!!!! Never going back to Advance for anything EVER!!!! Wish I could give them less than one star review.
I must say I was very disappointed by the customer service I received by a young man that worked there. I bought a pair of headlight bulbs and asked the young man to show me how to change them. He said he would come and help me right after he helped another customer, but he never showed up after 30 minutes. When I went back in the store, he asked me Is there a problem? As if he didnt tell me he would help me outside. I said there was no problem, I was just waiting on him. We he finally went outside, he didnt even walk up to my car before he said he cant help me, that I have to get a mechanic to change the bulbs. I said I am pretty sure plenty of people do it themselves, could he just show me where I need to access the bulb to change it myself. He told me I have to YouTube it and just went back inside. I could understand he was limited in how he could help me, but his attitude and they way he spoke to me, made me feel like I waisted my money and time by going to that store. I would prefer hiring people can do the job, but also display common courtesy to every customer they encounter.

Polite, knowledgeable staff that was so helpful when I needed help with my car. My car wouldnt start and they installed a new battery and even made sure that my control settings werent lost when the old battery was pulled out. I had to return something on this visit, as well, and it was hassle free, even though I had lost the receipt! I highly recommend this company and location!
This is the best store in Apopka.... The LA store is pretty terrible but unfortunately thats a hub store.
