Ive been going to Antioch Auto Parts for decades, even before they moved into where theyre at now. Good people and quite knowledgeable for the most part ! Been my go to for parts forever !!

Called asked and they said they would be able to do it get there at 610 said no we cant! Close at 630 . After driving 45 minutes. All they had to do was pull a gear off a pump. WTH!! DIDNT EVEN ACT LIKE THEY CARED!! NO MORE BUSINESS FROM OUR BUSINESS.

I was getting ready to send my oldest daughter on a 6+ hour drive back to grad school but at the last minute noticed coolant leaking out of her car. After a closer inspection, I found a crack in the coolant reservoir and I know the car would not have made the trip. It was mid-day on a Sunday, mind you. I wasnt sure I could track down the part in stock anywhere. Contacted Antioch Auto Parts and not only did they have the part in stock, they pulled it and had it ready to bill when I showed up 15 minutes later. Had a great chat with the owner, Mike while I was checking out. I have been in to AAP before over the years and had aways been treated well. What I thought was going to be a complete hassle of a repair and postpone my daughters trip back to school, ended up being a minor inconvenience. Had my daughter on the road about an hour later than she had originally planned on leaving. Antioch Auto Parts saved the day with their great service and friendly staff!

Busiest NAPA in Midwest. Fast service with knowledgeable staff. The delivery fleet is Chevy S10s- owners heart broke when GM stop making them!

Probably the most experienced Auto Parts counter guy you have ever met in your life they cannot only sell you parts they can explain to you how to install them or tricks on how to fix something easier would never buy a part from any where else

This place used to be great but now its just awful. The last few parts I got from here did not last a full year. AC compressor bought brand new, dead within 10 months. Driver side axle done after 12 months.

I my mothers car 2 Napa had a burnt-out tail light not only do the gentleman help me find the light bulb but he actually came out and helped me install it Ive never been want to hang on yes Ive been at Napa prior to this but this gentleman did not know me from Adam and still proceeded to help me install that light bulb which at the time may seem trivial to some people but my mother was devastated at 89 years old anything that goes wrong is a problem and they dwell on it. Kudos to Napa in Antioch at that age

Had a rough time finding part cross reference with them. Seems not worth their time to help. Aftermarket reman starters and alternators have a higher failure rate than other providers in my experiance. Otherwise better service than some other places in area for auto parts.

I can only offer the NAPA Auto Parts store in Antioch 10 out of 5 stars in this review. This Raving Rant is one that I am happy to express as today driving back into town from the East at around 6:51 PM my dad and I both witnessed an angelic apparition land upon the roof! At first I thought IT was a pheasant coming down from the water tower but then upon closer inspection the angel had a face and body rich in spirit. Just then I heard on the radio tuned to 95 WIL Rock that I would one day meet such an entity of sharp angles named Jessica. This blew my mind so I checked with the computer and IT was true, just like that song I wish I had Jessies Girl I keep hearing every time a People magazine with Sandra Annette Bullock flaps past in a gentle April Breeze. What does this have to do with NAPA you may wonder? Everything... and this is not just one of those biblical prophesies from the alpha beginning either.
