This AutoZone is the worst. They carry the wrong parts and the staff at this location is anything but helpful. Danny was not willing to help find a solution, given the fact your system has the wrong parts listed for my vehicle. Very displeased. I went to OReilly, and they helped me get the stuff I needed.

I usually shop at the AutoZone in Oakland or the Alameda location where they have great customer service and an amazing collection of supplies I use for both my housekeeping business and my car detail business. I was very disappointed with the customer service that I received at the Auto Zone in Antioch, on A street. The representative was rude and short with myself and a coworker who were looking for a specific degreaser. Even more disappointing was the fact that he proceeded to talk around me to a second customer (in Spanish) before I had finished my conversation with him. I dont know if Auto Zonr condones this type of poor service but this is one store I will not be revivisiting anytime soon. I found what I needed at the OReilly Auto Parts down the street a few blocks.

Went there today and the staff was very busy and very helpful. Helped me find a battery for my car and helped me install it. Was helped by a team member named Aymi that was really nice. There was another guy who assisted me as well. I wanted to thank them again. Great Experience.

Great source of car parts and advice.

I pretty much only stopped here and Walmart from my parts for my car but I prefer AutoZone because the guys there are a lot better than the Pittsburg Walmart auto center .

I understand with Coronavirus but they should stiil be able to change a battery in your car.

AutoZone seems to be the best bargain when it comes to auto parts, generally. And, they are always easy to locate where ever AutoZone stores are located.

Friendly, helpful dont wait for a long line. Theres a big parking lot outsider very convenient

I bought the wrong size tool did not use it and manager told me he wouldnt give me a refund because i opened the package . They have a sign saying refund or store credit so i said store credit is fine he still refused after arguing for awhile he gave me a refund. I will never shop at this store again

On July 6th i went in to buy some parkplugs and sparkplug wires the lady sold me the incorrect ones and when i went in to trade them for the correct ones she said those were it and couldnt even help or give me any advice on what to do. She stood there and said can i help you with anything else?. I thought it was very disappointing and unprofessional for being a auto parts seller. She didnt know anything about anything. Now i have to do all my auto part buying at OReilly.
