Customer service is awesome. I had purchased some parts the day before, but had to return them, because they were not the correct ones. When we went in to exchange them, Brianna and Kevin were very helpful in finding the correct ones. The two of them worked together searching for about 20 minutes, even with the phones ringing non-stop, they were able to juggle the phone calls and help us the whole while being very calm and friendly. They were persistent and didnt give up. Even better, yet they were able to find the correct parts, which they had in stock. These two employees were professional, and easy to talk to. We will definitly be be coming back to the Antioch location in the future.

Time for a new battery, great price and warranty.

The people at the counter are fast, knowlegeable and efficient. Different than big chain store they have everything. Dont be discourage by the look from the outside.

I have been a customer of this store for over twenty years. Over that time I have seen a number of different employees come and go. I do not know where the owner finds the people that he does, but they are always the most knowledgeable and friendly people around. The folks that work at monument tend to stay around too (that may say more than my two cents).I can go anywhere for my parts, even the internet these days, but I choose to go to Monument because of the people behind the counter.

They sold me a great starter for $110 where the repair shop wanted to charge me $275 for the same thing.It works excellent!!!

Monument is the best. they have a great selection and if they dont have it they can get it to you same day most cases. The people that work there are friendly very knowledgeable and will help you figure out problems.

The staff is knowledgeable and they are able to get parts the next day even though they were not in stock.

I don’t know why anyone shops for auto parts anywhere else. Had to do the rear brakes today. After being ignored at Autozone for 5 minute i finally was told $150 and they had to order the shoes. Monument had the parts in stock for $103.
