I have been here multiple times and so far have no problem with them at all. I dont understand some of the reviews said they stole your packages and sold them? Be nice, people! And they dont need to take care of you like your parents did!!
Really surprised about the whiney angry reviews. Ive been here a number of times and the gentleman (owner I assume) and his staff (family maybe) are always super helpful and nice. Sheesh, I guess people are a little sensitive about their boxes 😂 Also, is it really necessary to call out a persons race? Come on people.
Package was delivered to me by UPS, went to return it to the UPS store. Man who was there was completely rude and not at all helpful. Told me I had to go to the post office and then just walked off. Confused I left then looked at my packing slip more closely and went back in to ask why I couldn’t send it back and he literally waved his hand at me and walked off again.
Brought some stuff in to mail back to Amazon and Nike, we all have to return stuff sometimes right?I was told they didn’t have any working printers to print off the return labels, and they didn’t have any boxes to package them in. Worst business ever, why even open?That’s like ordering pizza and they tell you they’re out of sauce and cheese…

Friday morning, another customer and I arrived a few minutes prior to the store opening at 8:30 AM. We awaited until 8:40 AM, but there was no one there still for opening. Please change your time to 9:00 AM if you all are unable to get there in a timely, professional manner.
Only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is because I was in and out. Extremely rude, seemed bothered that I was there.
I watch the old Asian man take my Amazon package scan and it and said ok. Never offered a receipt. To this day Amazon never received it. He is a corrupt man with no morals. If you want your packages to go missing or in this mans house go here. I bet he sells the items he steals from customers on ebay or craigslist.
Very very bad customer service. I had a returning box, and first he told me he was not accepting a big box. After I received correct return label, he just put it on the box and said “that’s it!”. This was not the only time I had bad service from him, but this was the closest place I could take big boxes. Hope I don’t come back and deal with him again.Also, he treats customers differently.I would rather go another store even it is far than using this shop.
The people running this store dont know how to do notary. They said the document which we took can not be notarized by them. I had to go to a different UPS store to get Notary.
Worst customer service ever, The man behind the counter did not want to give me a receipt, and when I ask him to give me one, he throw it on the counter . UPS should check on these private owner and teach them manners and good behavior.They should have Negative starts, because they don’t deserve one star
Have used this store on many occasions to ship items for business and personal matters. I have always found the owner to be helpful and accommodating. Never had an issue in these many years getting my package where it needed to be and on time. Highly recommend this store.
This is a good UPS store. Not sure why it has bad reviews. The owner is very good. Never had any problems. Convenient location.
I have now used the UPS Store on Admiral Drive for the third time and Mr. Juhn (Asian guy) has always been helpful and kind to me. I can take items, not packaged, and he will box them. He has never been rude. I took a box, not taped and I asked for tape and Mr. Juhn taped my box himself. Thank you Mr. Juhn for excellent customer service.😊
Worst UPS store ever. The asian man is so RUDE!!! I am coming to this store almost every month(unfortunately) because I live just next to it. Whenever I come here, he is doing something crazy!! Just 2 min ago he threw the receipt to the floor because I asked for receipt!!!! He clearly did that!! Last time he didnt even give me receipt.. worst UPS ever.
Amazon instructed me to take my return to ups for packing and shipping. I went to this store and the manager refused to take my item because it was over 18 inches. I explained that amazon had sent me there with it, knowing it’s size and showed the appropriate documentation. He refused to pack the item. I took the item to ups on forest drive and they took it with no issue and a friendly smile. I won’t be returning to this store.

Went into the store to have them ship a care package to my who is stationed in Oklahoma 4 six weeks(army). He spells my son name wrong and wouldnt correct it.He said its was ok because the address was correct. I said HELL NO ITS NOT OK. Start typing up a new one.. I paid to have it done correctly. Needless to say.. He changed..And I took my box. I do not trust him..
Convenient location, wish things were a bit more clear and not so rushed, but overall perfect for what I need to do, therefore I’ll be back!
I used this location to ship pre-labeled packages. I was greeted soon as I walked in. The clerk was very helpful and informative. I will return to this location for all of my shipping needs.
At 4:20 pm today, I was told by the employee that I need to not bring my box on Saturday for return shipments. Only Mon-Fri, for a box that size. I admit, it is a large box, but not anything unusually large. To be told that I should consider the box size upon shipping items back to Amazon, at this store, is laughable. I recommend using any store that is not this one. If this is a franchise, maybe a different choice might be more appropriate.
Deserves 0 stars . . rude Asian couple. Dropped off a Amazon return that never made it to Amazon. Owner complained about me not taping the box, wouldnt print out my UPS barcode . . packages were lost (or never even shipped) I had to put in a loss report with Amazon. Not even going to bother going back to the store. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! UPS needs to look at this franchisee and give some customer service training or REVOKE their franchise. Poor all the way around. UMPH!

The absolute worst customer service ever. I have been to this store multiple times because of the location and I regret it EVERY time. I highly recommend you look elsewhere. Stay away from this place! Rude Chinese guy try to over charge me for packing a guitar, I told him I sent guitars before and $75 was a ridiculous price just for packing, he got really upset. Then I went to the ups on forest drive, they only charged me $40

Mailing important legal documents via UPS 2 Day mail. Dropped off on 1/14....still not received by 1/21. Called owner...would not look for the package, nor track it with tracking numbers. Belligerent and unhelpful. If I could give a negative star, I would. NEVER GO THERE! EVER!
I have had a mailbox here for a few years now. Sometimes I have to explain things a couple times because of a language barrier, but otherwise they have been more than professional with me. I ship quite a bit out of this office and they have been very reasonable with their prices. Ive never had them box anything for me so I cant comment on that. Otherwise I highly recommend this location.
The owner is an OLD, rude, unprofessional, and impolite Korean man. He doesnt greet his customers. I would say he is also racist toward black and brown complexioned people, but after reading the other reviews, it is apparent he is just RUDE and unprofessional. Dont waste your time going to this location. I will never again. I will also file a complaint with the BBB and other customer review websites.

The other reviews of poor customer service are not exaggerated. Owner will find ways to add additional charges whenever possible. Tried sending a return to Amazon in the original packaging (bubble wrap envelope) and he wouldnt accept it. Had to purchase new box and additional bubble wrap from him. The item wasnt even fragile, but the box I was required to purchase was much too large and the item could have really been tossed around inside it. He wont give you all your shipping options unles you press him. Very short when you ask questions. Go anywhere else.
We send an important documents on October 5, 2018. The guy in the counter he told us that within five business days was delivered to the recipient, unfortunately, until now December 12 the said documents not yet received and he told us was already abandoned. We have a copy or agreement that in case they don’t received it will return to the sender. Important documents will never be abandoned very sad experience!!!!!!
I dread going to the UPS store on Admiral Drive because the people who run the store are so miserable to deal with. It feels like you are inconveniencing them when you use their services. Because it is close to my house I begrudgingly end up sending them my business anyway. My recent experience was the final straw as to why I will never step foot in there again. I was trying to mail out XMAS gifts to my sister in Denver on Saturday and really wanted to get them out to ensure they would arrive on before the holiday. My packages were prepaid so they had to do ZERO work to get them out. Anyway, I pulled up at 5:01pm as they were locking the door for closing (yes, I realize the tardiness was my fault). Anyway, I told them that my packages were prepaid and that I just needed to drop them off. The man who runs the store just kept repeatedly making a throat slashing sign with his hand to let me know they were closed and would not be unlocking the door for me to literally drop my packages with the rest of the out bounds. I pleaded with them, tried to be nice, but to no avail. Those people seem to enjoy making everyone elses shipping experience as unpleasant as possible. Went to the Forest drive location today and was greeted with happy holidays rather than a grunt. Needless to say I will be driving the extra mile to drop my boxes at the forest drive UPS moving forward. Dont give these people who loath their jobs as much as they do your business.

Only employee in the store refuses to help me. He just is wandering around on a personal call refusing to talk to me. When I finally got him to talk to me, he was extremely rude. Use another UPS Store. Ive been here a few times, and hes never been particularly horrible or helpful, just passable, but today was terrible. I left with my package unmailed after half an hour.
This is a vital businews in this area! I drop off almost all my shipments, easy peazy. Who else is gonna prepare a box for shipping when you really dont have the resources. Complaints about cost are ridiculous. If you cant pay the cost, dont use the facility. Box it up yourself. Prepare a UPS label online (the cost for shipping may shock you) and drop it off. In any case I am glad this business is there

Every other UPS store I have been to will allow me to print return labels if I have an email with a barcode on it. I show them my phone, they scan it, and it prints on a thermal printer. However, the owner of this store tried to charge me almost $4.00 to do that. He has also made me buy seriously overpriced and poor quality tape. I dont appreciate the constant nickel and diming. I ship large heavy boxes almost every week out of this store, and rather than put my boxes safely behind the counter with all of the other packages, he makes me put them by the front door instead. I guess so that he doesnt have to move them later. This guy has no concept of customer service.

The staff here are horrible! Exceptionally rude and never helpful. I dropped off a package recently and asked for tracking confirmation which I have received before from them, but was told that I need to write it down myself because the guy refused to print one out for me. Apparently being on the phone was more important than providing customer service. I will definitely be going to a different location from now on no matter how far away it is....it will be worth it! Dont give these people your business, they dont deserve it.

Overcharges for the simplest things. Picked up ripped up bubble wrap off floor and put in a new 12*12 box. I had a prepaid label and he charged me $16. $4 for the box and the rest for packing services. This is not the first time he has overcharged but it will be my last. This store is embarrassing. If he was friendly I could see why he gets biz but it is exact opposite.
Had an experience with the owner this morning. Instead of scanning my phone and printing my label like my local UPS store, he told me I have to get on his computer, open my email, and print it out. I did that then he told me it was $3.50 AFTER I printed it, which is ridiculous. After I did that I went to hand him the box that has one open end that needed maybe 2 pieces of tape to close and he then told me I had to buy a roll of tape and tape it myself! Haha this place is a joke. So I payed him for the label and left immediately and called another store 12 minutes away and the nice lady answered and knew the owner of that store all too well from similar cases where people drive to her store on forest drive so they don’t have to deal with this store. After reading all the reviews, Its actually unbelievable that UPS who is the best parcel delivery service in all aspects, allows this man to represent their company. What a shame. Pack him up and get rid of him.

Like the other commenter said, the owner is a grumpy asian dude who will not hesitate to sass you about the most trivial things like not having your boxes taped up. Unfortunately UPS stores are independently owned and operated so the best you can do is not give them an ounce of business ever again. There are plenty of other places in Annapolis (Staples, FedexOffice) to go to instead.
I have dealt with this man a couple times and every time his in a very not pleasurable experience to put it lightly. Avoid the store at all cost if you can.

Horrible customer service. I walk in with a very expensive piece of surgical equipment and am greeted with yeah? as if annoyed. They dont aknowledge me and continue counting money. He just says put it over there without pointing or nodding in any certain direction. I then ask him to sign the piece of paper that says I pre-paid for shipping and that he received it and he refused. My suggestion, go elsewhere to send anything.
I sent documents on a tuesday afternoon; around 5 pm. The lady there was really helpfull and nice. I appreciated it. My documents were delivered on wedenesday before 3 pm. Amazing...
