I was assisted by customer service rep Anthony. He was busy packaging in the back and quickly came to the terminal to assist customers. He was very helpful in providing the correct care in packaging that my item needed. And very thorough with each step of the information process and with double checking my (Attn to) people. He took special care of my box and made sure it was protected from traveling damage. I was in and out of that shipping and packaging store in great timing. Anthony had a smile that most CSRs dont display nowadays!
First of all, Mary Kay and Jon are awesome workers. Unfortunately I was assisted by someone far less enthusiastic about the job. She didnt really seem to care about my package and seemed frustrated and grouchy. Hope she has a better day. Also, hope that my poorly taped package makes it to its destination without damage. I asked her if it would be OK and she said yes. I trust her because this is what she does for a living, but I have serious concerns. Hopefully it all works out. Inside of the facility is clean and organized, but the negative vibes from those 2 workers confirmed that I would rather visit another facility if I have to ship something out again.
Location Temporary Closed?? How you expect your customers to get their packages? Then your sign says to go to the Crofton store which is closed on a Sunday? FedEx customer service has no idea your location is closed.
Rude staff who act put out doing the routine services they provide. Trying to yell across the printing section in a mask and shield then complaining she cant hear me respond in a mask. Happy to do all our business printing at a competitor
There customer service is horrible, at least the Postal Service has nicer people working even though they take 1 month to ship a package that takes 3 days. They made me feel like I was bothering them asking questions even though I payed for a shipping service. I wont be returning to this location.

I visited this location for a passport photo and to ship the associated documents with it. Was promptly acknowledged with a friendly greeting and before I knew it was getting my picture taken. The whole process was handled professionally and expeditiously and I am beyond satisfied with the experience.

Really great customer service, A+ team! We needed a quick turnaround and the staff delivered. Roger and team was just wonderful throughout the entire process. While we did end up having an issue with the print coming back wrong (not their fault, was sent to another location), Roger was so helpful in getting it fixed. Went in for a passport photo. The sullen man who took my picture wasnt friendly and seemed annoyed at being taken away from his current task. He refused to show me the picture until he was finished . I was told he was a manager. Once outside, I saw that the photo was partially in shadow and would probably be rejected. I went back a few days later for a re-do. This time, a female assistant manager curtly curtly told me to remove my jacket and stand against the wall. It wasnt a big snow jacket or anything similar, but light shell. I complied. And then she told me to remove my neck scarf, which was a thin scarf, worn decoratively. Im not even sure why I complied again other than that I just wanted the photo done. And then she told me that I wasnt allowed to smile at all, and that my mouth had to be closed. I questioned her because according to the U.S. State Department’s website, you actually can smile in your passport photo. It needs to be a natural smile with both eyes open, and not an exaggerated grin. I have citizenship in another country where it is encouraged to smile naturally for passport photos since teeth are a distinguishing feature. She ignored me. And so afterward, I went to the State Depts Passport pages, and found photos of what is and what isnt permitted with regard to facial expression. It was also inappropriate for her to ask me to remove decorative neck scarf, and jacket for that matter. Neither obstructed my face. Muslim women and women of other cultures/religions wear wraps for various reasons. As long as the face is not obscured, there is no issue.I left the photos and my contact information with an associate and asked that I be contacted. I never received a call.This particular branch may be opening up the door for legal trouble in a number of different realms. Asking women to remove clothing, and dispersing mis-information under the guise of State Department regulations is wrong.Legal ramifications aside, they are lacking in basic customer service skills and follow-up.

This is the worst FedEx you will ever go to. The employees are extremely rude, I arrived at 10 am, this is the time that their FedEx opens. The office is open. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt so I realized you didnt want to come over and help me with the fax machine after I had to ask a couple of times for help. The button was lit up green and said facts and every time I dial the digits it didnt take my sheets. So eventually I just went up to the counter and had a question and he just took the sheets and said that it was long distance he said that it was going to cost me $100 to fax 40 pages. Even though Im just faxing to a nearby City. Pretty wild stuff I wouldnt come here theyre very rude they didnt greet me they didnt ask me if I needed help with anything. Its a horrible place and I dont support this business I hope that these people turn their lives around and they remember that businesses about everyone its about caring for people and if you do this to your employees you going to lose your job because nobodys going to go there. Dont go to this FedEx
Unbelievable service in the Annapolis store. Jay was amazing. It would seem like a paid review if I described how knowledgable, helpful and humble he was. It was like he actually cared about the success of my business/project. Even before I came in, I called and he was helping two other people - said hed call me back and did...when he said he would! Ive had great all around service from this store for years so guess I shouldnt be too surprised.
Excellent service, especially compared to the USPS.These folks actually know how to run a business at this location. Staff are courteous, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They wrlere able to inform as to the best choice of service tailored to our requirements.One more argument in favor od ending the USPS monopoly on 1st class mail.
Over past few years just keeps getting worse,Help is not there like use to be.And now they take away being open for 24hr.Interesting part is do the see how all this is going to effect not just the location but others decision on using Fedex for shipping and think about it what if some one has big accounts this is all it takes to stop using them.
Came back to write a 5 star review of this location because I didnt realize how lucky I was until I moved into DC and had to deal with the customer service disaster that is the 14th st NW location. Id rather drive an hour out of my way to this location than deal with that one. Even if the customer service was hit or miss at times, everyone there knew what they were doing and did their jobs well!
Extremely condescending to me. The team member talked down to me and asked for drivers license to mail a document! Then the next customer argued with them about needing it - absolutely insane!
Never showed up for pick up TWICE. And wouldn’t work within business hours of office to pick up. And then after not picking up, wanted me to go out of my way drop off at one of their facilities. Will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Don’t waste your time.
Im sad to say that over the past month, my normal excellent service at this location has gone from great to horrible. Ive been coming here for a year and a half, picking up regular deliveries for my business. I was used to same friendly faces, who were also very efficient and always had me in and out as quickly as possible.Now, it seems to be all new people who have no idea whats going on. I waited over 20 minutes with my two small children with no explanation as to where my package had gone. No one apologized for the wait time or why they could not find where my package was. Eventually, someone came over to speak with me to let me know that they gave away my package to someone else earlier that day. I dont know how that happens since you have to give them your ID and they enter your information into the system.I was later contacted and advised that the customer returned my package. I thanked them for calling to let me know, but to please ship it back to the sender as I no longer need it because of their error. I could not risk not knowing if the package would be returned to the store or not because I needed it urgently for my own customer, so my companys distribution center reshipped a new order straight to my house due to Fedexs error.A week later, I drove back to the store to pick up a new order. I got back home and am very surprised to see that they gave me the package I told them to send back - the one that they gave to the wrong customer.I called back and again had poor customer service. No empathy, concern or apologies.Its a joke to hear while you wait on hold that they are looking to hire people who are passionate about customer service.I used to really like coming to this location, but Ive had such bad experiences lately, I may just drive 30 minutes in the opposite direction in hopes of a better staff elsewhere.

Brought something in to get shipped. Without asking me they packed up my package and proceeded to demand $20 dollars for packaging. One the package was already packaged and two, you should let someone know packaging for something 14×10×3 is going to cost over $20 dollars which is more then it cost to ship the package. I feel scammed and will not being using this facility again.
The staff is so unwilling to help and lazy! I struggled with the computers for 15 mins and finally asked for help only to be told all systems were down. This was after three employees walked by and saw me sitting trying to get them to work! When I finally did ask for help, they were too busy having their own conversation about their weekend that when I interrupted and got an eye roll by one and a sigh from another.
Now here is the place to go with documents to print and send! Helpful beyond belief! I’d have paid 4xs the fee for his help!
Terrible service, unwilling to help customers. Held a package here over July 4th because I was traveling. Received a call on day 5 that they would send it back on at 5pm. Asked to hold it until 7pm when I got off work, they refused. Called FedEx national customer support for assistance and they could not convince this location to hold it until I got work, even though they are open until 10pm. Thanks for NOTHING FedEx Annapolis.
This is the third or fourth time that this FedEx has continued to give the poorest service that Ive ever received in any customer service environment . How often does a customer go into an establishment and not get greeted immediately ? Other than this place I think its unheard of. Oh and then when someone did decide to stop what they were doing and help me, as I was the only customer in the store, she neglected to inform me that they were about to close overnight delivery which I was asking about as I told her that I was stepping aside to get information to be able to do so. No sooner did I come back to the register to confirm with her that the shipment would get there tomorrow she told me she had closed overnight 19 minutes before, while I was standing there. Why didnt you tell me I had to hurry or it was already closed - when I was standing in front of her the first time - after I had been waiting for 5 to 10 minutes while she tinkered around directly in front of me without saying a single thing?? I seriously do not know whats wrong with this establishment and the people that work there but it is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life .Exactly the same behavior and lack of information and customer service has occurred on so many occasions Im just so fed up with it. And people think USPS is terrible. The industry doesnt care and must be full of people looking for a free paycheck with no people skills or any idea what service is.
This is a hit or miss Kinkos. It all depends on what mood the clerks are in if they help you or not. We will no longer be using Kinkos. We spend thousands of $s a year with Kinos, but no more. We had to put together 6 prospectus books for an Investor Event, needed 18 b&w copies from an Excel sheet we could not self service print and the clerk told us it would be 3:00pm before we could get 18 b&w copies. There was no one else waiting in line and after waiting on me, the clerk went and emptied trash and swept a floor. I asked the Manager if they could print them out and he scoffed and said Excel sheets are tricky. I was dumbfounded. Never again.
Everyone who works here is helpful and goes out of their way to get something done for you.
Waited 30 minutes at shipping counter. One person, Lakeeshia,working. She couldnt have been nicer. The woman at the main counter, Tiffany, refused to speak or help any of the seven people waiting in line. Were told to stay out of her space that shipping was on other side. That pick up was 4:00 so basically leave her alone. Extremely rude and poor customer service Use UPS!
Just met the rudest Fed Ex driver on main st Annapolis. He threatened to call police because I took the only handicapped parking space and he didnt know how to park his truck in the loading zone behind me. Thanks. Will never have a problem choosing between FedEx and UPS.
Ive come here for printing multiple times... And always get helped quickly and with a great attitude. Heres a tip: being whatever you need on a USB drive and in multiple formats for printing. Then, go to the back to the counter and ask for them to print it for you. Theyll do a sample and take care of all the headache of double sided flyers, etc pretty fast!I am so impressed now and almost in tears because I just had a guy take care of a bunch of flyers for me, and when the total came (was waaay higher than I was expecting) - he cut the price for me (by over $200) because he didnt quote me what the job would be and said it was his fault. Unbelievable customer service. I will be coming here for life!

It seems like a pre-requisite to work at this location is to be rude and lazy. I have never had a good experience at this particular location. John took the cake this morning when he basically pointed at things for me to do instead of opening his mouth to talk to me. He has always been extremely rude to me, not just today. I think I have had maybe one positive experience in all the years I have been forced to use this location. Not sure how this place manages to stay open.
