Spoke to a very knowledgeable salesman on the telephone. We visited the store shortly afterwards and viewed the 65 inch Samsung’s that were available. The transaction was completed in short order and delivery and set up took place early the next day. The delivery set-up crew was wonderful and finished the install in record time. All employees were COVID sensitive. This is the second tv that we have purchased from the Big Screen Store. Highly recommend them.

I bought a 75 inch tv and the next week I bought a 55 inch tv. I arranged the purchase and delivery all by phone which was very easy. My salesperson in the Annapolis store was Terry. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. My only negative comment has to do with a $50.00 charge (which I was told about up front) for programming the new remote which came with the tv(s). It only took the delivery/installer less than 5 minutes to complete this task. I therefore think that a $50.00 charge for each tv (total $100.00) is much too high. For this reason I can only give a 4 star rating instead of 5. I believe that programming the remote should be included at no additional charge as part of the free delivery /installation process for all tvs over $1,000.

Frank was very helpful in showing us the TVs on special as well as better quality televisions. I never got the feeling we were being upsold but more being provided all our purchase options. We were so comfortable with Franks easy going manner and comprehensive knowledge of his products we purchased two tvs, sound bars and a large sectional with recliners. Following the sale he was very diligent in keeping us posted on the delivery details and date. The delivery team was also very proficient in carrying our items to our second floor location. Went into the store asked about 3 tv’s I was considering, gentleman working showed me the tv’s. I made my decision and made my purchase in 15 minutes was on my way.

We have purchased several large screen TVs at prices well below other sellers. We have also bought theater room seating for three houses since moving to the Annapolis area in 2003. This is a great business right here on West Street and its within walking distance to Bourtadakis Barber Shop.

The key here is the salesman, Terry. The store has an amazing number of HDTVs in all different sizes and qualities. When we came in, we really didnt know much about the different qualities and features. Terry took the time to explain and demonstrate the differences. All the while, there was no pressure to buy the biggest or the most expensive set. In fact, Terry asked us questions about where we were putting the sets, and based on viewing distance, we eliminated some of the larger sets. In the end, we bought two sets, and based on Terrys efforts, we are confident that they are the right sets for our needs.As for the store itself, they have a much larger inventory than places like Best Buy and Walmart. Since the manufacturers set the prices, the Big Screen Store differentiates itself by offering extras like free delivery and free extended warranties. All in all, we are extremely happy with our experience and purchases at the Big Screen Store!

I had been price watching the 75 & 82 inch Samsung TV for a few weeks. Granted the online prices and store price were the same. Best decision Ive made in a long time. Frank White was working and asked me what we wanted in a big screen tv and sound system. Based on my input, Frank showed me the different options they have, from least expensive to most expensive. At no time did Frank engage in hard sale tactics and he actually provided some good reasons why getting a mid-priced unit instead of the higher priced units made sense for us. He also made sure the Samsung tv I decided to get would fit in the space I wanted to put it in. Always a good idea! He also took a lot of time to show me a Bose surround sound audio system, which sounded amazing and simplified my search for a component sound system I was thinking about getting. Overall, a delightful sales experience. He listened to what I wanted and showed me options well suited to my needs and price point. No hard sell tactics. I was on the market for a TV for my new house so I hit the interwebs looking for a deal. I wanted to ask questions, view the difference in specifications, and I couldnt justify completing this purchase online, uneducated, and ill informed. Since I had never shopped or visited The Big Screen Store before I thought I would give it a try, after all, I had grown tired of the lack of sales experience offered by Best Try, I mean Best Buy. When I walked in the store I was greeted by Frank White, an experienced and well educated salesman who was able to answer every question I had, and knocked every curveball I through at him out of the park.
