Worst Target in Maryland. Customer Service is nonexistent in this place. Order online, for HOME DELIVERY. TRIPLE CHECK your orders. Had missing items, destroyed items and inept employees. Nope. DONE with this location. Four issues in eight orders.

Its a good target I think that its on par with any other target that you would go to. It feels like the lines always move quickly. All of the staff are very nice and helpful. Easy to get in and out of and plenty of parking with the garage.

I already recommend target frequently to people. I use the drive up option all the time so I dont shop around too much because I like target too much. But I also love Joanna gaines and grove collections.

Great store. Have a wide variety from food to toys to cleaning supplies. The staff are really nice and the lines move quickly.

This Target is a good one, complete with a Starbucks. The store is very well organized and the employees keep their areas of responsibility extremely organized and clean. The aisles here are wide and the lighting is very good. There is a parking garage attached to the store and it is easy to move through and provides handicap accessible parking. The store is handicap accessible as well and provides elevators from the parking levels to the store level. The staff here is very helpful and very friendly.

Feels like an inner city Target - Parking garage and escalator to match. Good selection of items in there, typically well stocked. Here you can find many items other locations may not have in stock, especially items for your home.

I go to this Target all the time. They do a really good job in keeping items in stock especially considering how busy they always are. I can almost always find what I need and the grocery delivery option is great too.

Worst experience ever...there were employees standing around talking and more employees than customer...BUTthe woman managing the check out area barely had time to help with my Target app and was quite rude.The cashier was good And did try to help.

Thank you for the good service target i needed something fast and i order it and with in a few hours it was ready for pick up, and it was fast and they was very friend and you dont have to get out your car because they will load it in the car for you

When I saw that Andrew was the tech guy on duty today, I was pleased. He knows EVERYTHING and is not a big ego guy. I had bought Earbuds around Christmas and I was having a problem. He fixed my problem in an amazing way. I also had an interaction with a customer service lady today. She was upbeat and pleasant. No wonder I keep coming here.

I was amazed at all the merchandise I saw in there. I do not go to Target often due to prices but the items I saw there have me rethinking walmart, wholefoods, and Aldi. I was pleased to say the list, I went for paper plates and cups and water but ended up spending $200 worth of toddler clothes and snacks.🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

This Target has the best CVS in Annapolis, friendly, prompt and always courteous. I would highly encourage you to use this pharmacy!

I had an awesome experience at this Annapolis location! My cashier Rusean was sooooooo sweet and kind!!!!! I am so excited to see Target supporting employees with disabilities by hiring them for positions that don’t have them hidden behind the scenes! It’s about equity and equality! Kudos to one of the managers, Ayana (sorry if misspelled) who hired Rusean!! I would return to this location just for this reason❤️

You can pick up just about anything you need, and staff is friendly and helpful.

Ease of ordering and ease of pick up

In the past I’d shop at Target very infrequently. This year about two months into this pandemic, I needed to purchase a nice quantity of household items. Target became a godsend for me. I was able to take advantage of early hours hours for vulnerable or at risk customers. I even took advantage of online services like Ship to Store, Curbside Pickup or delivery to my home. Target is now my number one store for shopping.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The employees are happy and want to be there, to servi e and support customers.

Feel like this Target is racially profiling me. Almost every time I come to this Target I have security following me. It was so bad and obvious an elderly lady noticed and pointed it out to me. She didn’t realize it was security and thought the guy was trying to mug me. Sad

This target is a joke. The online inventory says one thing but the lazy workers say another. I hate coming to this Target but I only do because its convenient to my location. The CVS inside is wonderful. All the people who work at the CVS is wonderful but the Target itself isnt. Good luck trying to find a Target employee on the floor to help. Its very frustrating to shop here and there no one to control the lines. They cannot even follow COVID guidelines.

Target gets slammed constantly but we all need to use them and they are super convenient. This location is impeccably clean all the time. The staff is attentive and genuinely helpful. The inventory is stocked and the App tells you exactly what aisle to search. There is covered parking, long hours and there is even a Starbucks inside. Even if you don’t like Target, this one is awesome.

I dont usually shop at large big box have everything you need stores bit when I do, I choose Target. They have everything you need and the staf color coordinates their outfits so well. This target has a grocery section just to make it that much more convenient.

Ordering was easy and I appreciate Targets providing many options for pick up, drive up, shopping, or delivery.

Target is always so clean and bright, no matter which one you go to! This location is no different. I shop here for me and my family about once a quarter.

WORST TARGET EVER! The place is a disaster. Shelves are constantly bare. Customer service is non existent. Visited the place 3x during the last 2 weeks looking for 1 item. Its never on the shelf. I hunted down an employee that told me to wait 10 minutes because they are short staffed and because she has a bad back she couldnt guarantee bringing the item and I should express my concern to customer service. The lack of products and useless employees is nothing new to this location. Shop elsewhere or at a different Target location. Prices are much lower at other Targets with caring employees.

First time using the drive-up service I was helped by a delightful young man with rosy cheeks, lovely voice, and friendly disposition. 10/10.

I have used the curbside service multiple times but only at this location. I really dont have anything negative to say about the whole process. I open the app, place an order, and I am notified when it ready. It is fast and once I check-in/notify if my arrival the staff are friendly, as well as prompt. I only have one complaint on one order, I placed an order for multiple items one of which had a quantity of two.... for some reason the item that had a quantity of 2 caused the system to cancel without notice in advance. I received 1of the requested item but had to go into the store for the extra item-which is redundant when using curbside service. However, all other orders have been excellent with promptness, staff courtesy, and availability. I recommend this service and this store in particular!

They have a food area thats never open. Was starving after shopping on a Tuesday. Walked up to food stand at 3:55 pm and was told abruptly SORRY WERE CLOSED! How annoying when store is open until 10:00, if not later.

It was so easy and convenient! I have already recommended this service and hope you keep this service even after COVID times.

After 4 bad experiences here, I will NEVER be back to this Target. They are literally the worst one I have ever experienced in the nation. Shelves are a mess, lines are long, employees are talking and are clueless. Today, I just had the most laughably bad experience trying to get diapers for 2 hrs. Dealt with maybe 7-8 people and they are all clueless — rude operator who got horsey with me after the call hung up on me and I got bounced to cal waiting like 6 times, no signs for where to drive for order pickup & person comes out with the wrong order then finally brings correct one after a solid 25 minute wait in their parking lot, then manager has me move my car 30 feet from the spot I’m in over to the order pick up spot so they can hand me my diapers. That’s all I ordered - diapers and wipes. Also in the 2 hrs it took me to get the order, my kid wet the car seat waiting for the wipes. It’s a bad enough hassle to get two kids into this multi level store but I think doing that would have been faster than the order pick up attempt that just went down. Order pick up guy was so kind & one girl in the phone called me by name and did her best to help. Everyone else was rude & clueless. Get it together you guys, or maybe corporate could send someone to overall this team.

The store is very poorly run. Inventory is always lacking, significantly. Some staff are very helpful, others aren’t. It’s worth your time to drive to a better run store.

The store is wonderful and stocked up most of the time. I was, however, extremely disappointed with one of the cashiers named Allie. She’s an older woman who made my experience and I’m sure the customer ahead of me’s one they wouldn’t dare to experience. The woman ahead of me was breastfeeding her child, and Allie gave such disgusted looks, and I was quite appalled. As she started scanning my items, I gave her the paper for my friend’s baby registry. She looked at me and said, what is this. I don’t know how to do this. So I had to explain to her how to do it, all while she had a nasty look on her face. I’ve never even worked at target before and I knew how to do it. She then proceeded to tell me how stupid she thought a baby registry was and that people who make them are so selfish. I was completely appalled and disgusted after that trip. I will return to the store, but steer clear of Allie.

Excellent customer service with lots of parking and a Tesla Supercharger station plus it is located in a great location just a couple minutes away from the historic state capital. Sadly, the last time I visited this location, almost nothing was in stock, and it was rather unclean as well. But most of the time this location is the best one in the area. Even though they added self checkout about a year ago, I still think that they should start accepting Apple Pay, and other mobile payment options.

Decent Target. Pretty messy around the kids clothes and toys, which is to be expected. Parking garage is covered but it does get pretty busy and can be a pain to get out of. Staff usually try to avoid you, but the self check out lady was friendly to children. Gave a little girl a banana because she wanted one.There is a Starbucks inside and a little cafe area.Escalator carts are available, which is a pretty neat feature.

Meh. Not the best but nothing tragic. Encountered six associates while shopping but was only greeted as I was walking out the door with my purchase.As soon as I arrived I encountered an extremely rude woman whose completely empty cart was blocking the way for me and the lady behind me. Initially thinking it was an abandoned cart I very gently nudged it ahead so I could walk past this woman and her child and move it aside. Unfortunately before I could complete my task she nastily spat EXCUSE ME! COULDNT YOU ASK? Wow. No words for these very touchy bougie white women in Annapolis.I did apologize and attempt to explain but it left a sour impression. A few steps ahead I met and befriended a very nice older lady who lifted me up. Small blessings indeed! The touchy irate woman needs a blessing too. I hope she gets one.

Crystal at Customer Services and Josh on the floor were both very helpful. There was a price discrepancy with a product and they honored the price, which was great.

Quick pick up was perfect.

Always clean, nice location, plenty of parking. Staff is generally friendly, have come across some special employees, but generally speaking everyone is nice. The store could do better on sign placement. This is an overall target problem. For example, they place a $9.99 sign on a table with 30 shirts in the kids department. You pick some shirts. Go to purchase, find out the sign says in small letters a specific character or color or something. That is frustrating. If the shirts are on sale, let them be on sale. If not, move the sale shirts to a spot away from the the others.

They were so accommodating and very friendly and helpful!! I am a customer for life. Never once Ive been to Target and ever was disappointed.

Its Target! Prices can be a little more expensive than other stores, but its the tax you pay to avoid other less favorable department stores (Wal-Mart). Theres a Starbucks and theyre pretty quick. Small fresh fruit kiosks. 4 self checkout lanes that are usually functional. 2 story parking garage.

The woman at the help desk (I believe her name was crystal) was an absolute delight. Give her a raise asap I will be coming back to this target just to see her.

Obviously this store is lacking management. It is the worst Target I have ever shopped and probably ever will. Same clothes laying on the floor for two days in a row. We had to go back because our hotel is just around the corner. The entire men section looks like my teenagers bedroom floor. The two employees working in that area were both gossiping and both had their cell phones out. Needless to say, they didnt ask if we needed help, which was obvious we did. We just decided to leave without the socks we were looking for. At checkout, my boyfriend wasnt sure where to put the shopping basket back, so he put it on a shelf beside our self check out station. An employee saw him do that and snatched it up, rolled her eyes and slammed it in its correct home. Upper management needs to check on this store more often because its a free for all. Good luck shopping there. I would drive 10 miles out if my way to find a better store. Absolutely filthy .

Target is my favorite store. I go in there typically for 1 thing and come out with everything else AND that 1 thing :) Always a pleasant experience.

One of the nicer Targets I have been to. Situated upstairs in a nice shopping center. The staff is always friendly and pretty easy to find and the store kept clean.

Cashier made a mistake on my receipt - rang me up 8 times for two inexpensive items, and didnt ring me up for six more expensive items. I realized the mistake after I got in the car, so to be an honest person, I told my husband to wait while I ran back in and paid the extra. Not only was I shuffled around to different places, but no one seemed to listen to what I was saying, and they acted inconvenienced. On top of that, not one person thanked me for taking the time and trouble to come back in and pay the extra. Not a huge deal, but considering it was Targets mistake, a thanks would have been nice.

Grocery and all that Target has to offer. Plus the new hearth and hand from chip and Joanna. Friendly staff that go the extra mile. Parking is tight, but covered and well-lit. Starbucks on site, as well as the target food shop. Hard to not find something to buy here.

You would think the whole point of ordering online to pick up in store would be to save time. Not the case. I arrived to pick up an online order and it took 2 associates to not find me in the system after I had received an order confirmation and notification of order being ready for pickup. Didnt have my phone on hand, had to run to my car and back in to provide proof of purchase. Come to find out, my online account was under my maiden name, despite the name I had provided online for the order, the name that was on the card used, and offering an alternative pick up persons name that I also provided on the order (which, by the way is pointless if it cant be used to look up, or so I was told). Wouldve been faster and less of a headache to just go pick up what I needed from the store and check out in the ridiculous lines at the cash register. What a joke.

We parked a few minutes ago in the parking garage: perfect for getting out of bad weather. This is one of the many well maintained Targets Ive been to and even has a Starbucks store just past the registers. It has had what I needed the majority of the time

I always have positive experiences at Target. The prices, selection, and customer service are all superior.

Coming from a past employee just walking the store casually it seems to be falling apart at the seams. The store level leadership (Store Director and a few of her ETLs) would rather decide whats for lunch than getting the store looking like it used to. Just the other day going while I shopped I had nobody engage me, nobody was around to help find out prices of the disastrous seasonal section, and the shelves are becoming so bare. Honestly the team members and team leaders arent supported enough, paid enough, or trained enough to fulfill their core roles properly. If the execs at Annapolis just listened to their team members and team leaders theyd have a good chance at getting the store back together. RIP Ellie, gone wayyyy too soon.

Love having Target in Annapolis now, so dont have to go to Bowie. The parking garage is wonderful, lots of spaces- - out of the weather. Easy in and out!

A good, wide selection of products, but the store has deficiencies.The layout of the store makes it difficult to make a quick visit. I realize that, to nanagement, this is a feature, not a bug. The longer they can keep you in the store, the more likely you are to spend more money.The service representatives are generally nice, and can be genuinely helpful. If you can find one. Good luck. There are never enough cashiers to get you out of the store once youve gotten all the items you need.The pharmacy hours are bad.And, of course, the inability of the chain to keep sensitive customer data private doesnt enhance the experience.
