Kurt was very helpful once I was able to sit down with him. Resolved my issue quickly and professionally. Unfortunate that their hours hadn’t been updated online and I had to wait an hour with my baby getting increasingly fussy. Also very disappointing not to be greeted or given any direction upon entering. They used to have a sign in sheet but now there’s no way to really tell who came in first as we all mill about hoping others will be honest about when they arrived.

Our rep, Miana was super informative, friendly and provided us with excellent service and savings! The store is busy.. and customers were waiting for an extended time. I watched three employees leave and two were left to deal with a busy store. Keep in mind the new release of the iPhone 12 pro hit and in my opinion the store did not have enough staff to support the needs of the customers. I recommend making an appointment at this location.

This location has always served us well. My wife and I upgraded to the iPhone 11pro, and when we arrived to pick them up Felipe helped us out. Could not have been more impressed with his level of service, his knowledge, and his proficiency. He also had a fantastic personality that will keep us coming back to ATT, particularly this location! He didn’t pressure us into something we didn’t want, and he was always courteous. 10/10 would recommend Felipe here at this store!!

The team there was very helpful. Lacey and Caesar fixed issues which were pushing me to cancel new service with AT&T. The staff went through a lot of hoops to help us get the phones activated properly and they helped us to save money on our choices. If you are on AT&T make this your store.

This AT&T store and their staff is the best in town. I went in this past Monday morning to upgrade my phone, and I was a little bit in a panic because I was afraid that I was going to lose everything since my old phone wouldn’t back up properly. Chris greeted me when I came in, got me my new phone, helped me me pick out everything I needed, and was not pushy all. He got my new phone set up, put the case on for me, and when I reminded him about the back up, he was able to sinc my old phone with my new phone, and I didn’t lose anything. The entire time I was in there all the staff working was super friendly with all the customers that came. In the new norm with having to wear a mask everywhere and no contact, Chris and the rest of the staff made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. The whole process was easy, and I love my new phone. I will always come back this store for all my future purchases, and I will be recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you Chris for your outstanding customer service.

I went there a couple days ago trying to buy a new phone up front, as I knew exactly what I need and was looking for. I spent the first half of my visit with one salesman, who knew what I was looking for and was helpful. Then halfway through my visit another salesman began helping me, and as soon as he brought the phones out told me I couldn’t take it home the same day due to some “installation period” thing unless I chose the monthly payment plan, then I could. I was very upset, as this was not mentioned at all with the first salesman, but came up just as I was about to make the purchase. I would not recommend because I did not feel like a priority at all during my time there.

Today I visited the AT&T store on November 20, 2019 around 5pm and I observed a situation with staff members Justin Moore and Kirk. The customer they were helping was very nasty and rude, the way they were able to hold their composure and deescalate the situation in such a quite, professional manner truly pleased me. The professionalism of these two guys was astonishing and that alone let me know that this is a store I will continue doing business with. The entire staff was well mannered and organized and they even made me feel comfortable by checking on me routinely as I waited to be helped.

We have had our account with AT&T since 1994 (Cingular) days. We had not had our account reviewed in sometime. Our consultant Danyell Savoy - Pindell was over the top helpful and patient with us and was able to consolidate our 6 devices into a brand new plan that saved us money and better services. Best service ever. Had a failing sim card. Unlike Verizon, I was allowed to enter the store. A representative helped me immediately and explained that there would be no charge. 10 minutes later I was good as new. Keeiup the great work.

I have never had such a positive experience with a phone company, like I did with AT&T. I got to the Annapolis location at 7:30 pm. I needed to get 2 new phones and cancel my old service with another provider. In my case, there were complications as my account was opened by a family member no longer here. Not knowing passwords is frustrating, but our salesperson, Chris was AMAZING! We could not finish setting up everything when I left, but my phone WAS working. Chris was off the next day, but gave us his personal cell number, so he could personally finish setting everything up. I can’t say enough about Chris, and AT&T. 🙂

I was in there yesterday in regards to my Apple Watch and i can’t even explain how amazing the customer service i got from them was. Thank you guys so much! Huge store. Customer service was very poor. The extremely unhelpful woman that I waited for was about the biggest sourpuss Ive ever met. Very rude, short and unhelpful. To the point of saying she couldnt access my bill. Which we both knew was untrue. So when I pulled out my paper bill she then was able to pull it up just fine. Just lazy. They were only allowing 4 customers at a time ( huge store). It was 92 degrees, no shade or seats outside for waiting. You were expected to go back to your car in the garage parking to wait for your turn. Disappointed and frustrated.

I want to give a huge shout out to AT&T sales rep Christopher May. Chris helped me sort out a complicated and time-consuming problem with my phone and phone plan on Friday, June 22 with a level of professionalism, patience and courtesy that is far too rare in retail anywhere these days. Hes an incredible asset and I cant recommend his service highly enough. Also worth noting that the AT&T store itself is quite strict on coronvirus safety measures. Its a big space that doesnt seem to get more than 3 customers or so at a time, masks are required and there is lots of hand sanitizer located at strategic locations in the store. Chris has the bearing and demeanor of a diplomat in ensuring that all customers are properly wearing masks in the store. Highly recommended.Thank you, Chris.

This Annapolis AT&T store has the best staff. The manager Farnham Mehmood was very nice and friendly. I needed to upgrade my iPhone Kirk Cable was my Sales Consultant, he was most helpful in helping me select the perfect phone for me. Kirk explained all the features on my new iPhone and helped me select accessories. Kirk was sooo patient answering all my questions several times. Kirk is an awesome Sales Consultant very knowledgeable, he made sure I was a satisfied customer. EXCELLENT experience, I highly recommend this AT&T store. Just see Kirk Cable the next time you need a new cellphone.

The store rep Kirk Cable was knowledgeable and outlined all the plans and phones for my switch from Verizon. He also helped me decide to move to an iPhone from a Samsung Galaxy. After just one day with the new phone, I am very happy with the new phone and it’s performance. ATandT is also giving me better coverage in the areas I most visit and at home.

This was my go-to store here in Annapolis, but not anymore. Theyre extremely slow, wont help waiting customers when theres someone free, youll wait at least 40 minutes in an empty store, they dont have much of a selection let alone available models, and they just dont provide a good service. Its almost like they act like a contractor store. Go to the AT&T corporate store in the Annapolis mall in the food court for better service and selection.

Try getting a number switched from Verizon to AT&T and I can honestly tell you they have the worst policy however and trying to make that happen. And the manager on duty tonight was straight up power tripping & threatening to hang up on people because his perception was in accurate. He kept accusing me of yelling at him which I told him I was not yelling and he continue to tell me how he is done talking to me. He would not listen or assist me until I told him that I was standing in front of security cameras at my own house which in return would be recording this conversation which will clearly show I was not yelling at him. I honestly thought I was gonna have to take surveillance footage of my conversation and email it to corporate headquarters because the guy was hell-bent on hanging up on me. Stay away from AT&T and stay away from this location for sure.

Excellent service from Kirk Cable. Very knowledgeable patient and professional. His explanations on transferring data to our new phone were clear and that was not easy as my husband and are are not very techy. 5 stars for sure. The store manager Farhan Mehmood was also very helpful. Their presentation of your TV service was excellent. But we are unable to change carriers at this time.

Sad, but after 15 yeRs of service, ATT can not work with the nice unlocked phone. I just tried a cheap service, and the coverage is great. Check out Republic Wireless.I found on the phone, the staff was uninformed and could not help. Spent a 1/2 getting a supervisor to alert him of their poor training issues.
