Very positive experience at this Verizon store. Ive had Verizon for cellular for almost 9 years now after moving back from overseas. Stuck with them ever sense but I had one number on cricket and after two years with it wanted a better phone but the same number. The sales rep was phenomenal. Entered the store with an older moto G6 that was on its last legs and left with the same number, a far better 5G capable phone, Verizon deal to get it free, discount for bringing the number over, and best of all zero hassles. Cant say enough about the sales rep. He got me what I wanted....helped transfer the data and didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didnt need or want. Highly recommended. Note: this store operates on appointments so book it before you go!

I came into switch 4 lines from AT&T. Waited almost 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When someone finally came over, they took my name and said it “wouldn’t be long” and then they proceeded to help 2-3 other walk-in people before me. If this is the kind of service I can expect probably won’t switch. Very poor service. Manager Jeff was the one who saw me, acknowledged me and then proceeded to help the other walk in people.

You better make an appointment prior or they won’t wait on you. Maybe you should post SIGNAGE on your door stating you are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY🤔! After telling them we just needed to upgrade an old phone to a new one- Jose state that I could go onto their site and purchase one to pick up that day and I could set it all up at home. He failed to mention we needed to deactivate the old phone and also sold us an iPhone 12 Pro phone case that he insisted would fit the iPhone 12- NOPE- WRONG…and then never gave a paper receipt so they almost would return the case the next day! Stay away from this Verizon store!

Went in on 6-3 to get a new phone and Bertram was a great help, he seemed like he actually knew what he was doing, unfortunately by the time I was ready to purchase the phone he was off. I was helped by another man who did not walk the account manager through the trade in process after I had told him I’d be trading in my phone. I also told him I needed help setting up the phone up. He literally handed me the phone and receipt and said Have a good day. I informed him I still needed help and he said just a moment and about 15 minutes later I was helped by a woman who wasn’t much help either. She said my return label wasn’t there so now my trade in wasn’t honored and now I don’t know if my trade in will work. I bought the phone I did because of the trade in value. Why have the store open if there’s no customer service??

This may be the last Verizon phone ever! After going in and learning that I needed an appt but I could look around 1st if I’d like and then order the phone on line before making an appt to pick it up. I figured out what I wanted and went home to order. After 40 minutes, I started a chat at 6:50 pm. 90 minutes later I still had not been able to get the order placed and Princess, the chat lady, said she could place the order for me! What? Why didnt she do that to start with? So, at 8:30ish we start. By 10pm we were still not done! Finally at 10:30 she said the order was complete and we could make an appt to pick up on Friday!After more challenges, we got an appt at 1 pm. We arrive 10 minutes early and no one is available until after 1:15. Jose was nice, he had to search my phone for the order and learned that the order was not completed! He got us through that then went back to fill the order. 30 minutes later he comes out and tells us that he has everything ready but is awaiting a final ok to hand it over! We can back to get our phones! What?Well. It’s Friday, we can’t come back till Thursday, yet, now he tells us we don’t need an appt to pick up! Stay tuned for the continuing Verizon saga!The photo shows 3 others chatting about personal stuff while they keep telling customers they need an appt or they can go to 1 of 2 walk-in locations but do not disclose that the walk-in locations are subcontracted service centers (yes, that was an experience too in DE 3 years ago!)

Great customer serviceI needed a new screen protector for my IPhone 11. I made an appointment and went to the Verizon store in Annapolis. They were very helpful in replacing my screen protector at no charge. The sales associate showed me how to register on line to get a free replacement. I really appreciate how efficient, professional and courteous the service was. I highly recommend this Verizon store for any cell phone issues.

Terrible experience. I came in to get added onto an existing customers plan. While the employees were very eager to assist and help in any way possible, they were unable to because verizon does not provide employees proper support and resources to assist customers. We wanted to use device dollars, the system does not allow you to do so. Youre better off placing an order at home. This was very frustrating and was a 2 day ordeal. Nothing was solved and we ordered it ourselves from the mobile site. Verizon clearly has some technical issues that impact their in store employees customer service. I felt bad for the employees as they had no way to remedy this frustrating situation. Verizon needs to fix this issue ASAP.Edit: Had to go to another verizon store in Hillsmere to pick up the phone, they canceled the order and we are unable to get any phone. This is now almost a 3 day ordeal. We were lied to multiple times by verizon employees about information we ask for, and we are switching to AT&T. We are simply trying to buy a phone. This has been the WORST experience I have ever had trying to buy a product. I am exhausted and just confused by this entire bizarre situation. I would rate them 0 at this point, 2 days of my time has been wasted.

Ive always had good service at this location, but my most recent visit was truly fantastic. My vibration motor went up on my brand new Galaxy S20+ and Samsung sent me to their closest repair center (2 hrs from my home). After waiting FOUR hours, they said they couldnt fix it. I stopped back into this Verizon location and was in and out in 5 minutes. Cleveland was incredibly helpful and put in the order for a warranty replacement of my device.Also, they were greeting people at the door, taking them to a clean area with hand sanitizer and device sanitizer, and keeping social distancing. It was fairly impressive, if you like the extra COVID precautions.

I would would rate this store a ZERO if I could!I will NEVER go to this store again. Of course because of Covid, you still need to make an appointment just to return an item to this store. Because I did not know their protocol, when I arrived to the store, there was an employee standing outside to greet people, his name is Curtis. He was so nasty to me because I did not have an appointment, he wanted nothing to do with me. I tried to explained to Curtis that I have been trying for a couple of weeks to return my charger and he said “that’s not my fault” and proceeded to walk away. I said sir, I do not need to come inside, you can just take my charger and receipt and credit my account. He said No appointment, no service! I was shocked!! 😳Then he proceeded to walk inside and lock the door rudely in my face. Good thing I had my mask on, I was so upset and in tears! There was another employee standing at the door and did absolutely nothing, nor said he was sorry to me. I started walking to my car and there was an elderly couple standing by their vehicle and said he did the same thing to them. Wow, how rude! I think this is HORRIBLE! I can’t believe I just purchased a $1,200 new IPhone from them a few weeks ago and then they treat me like this. Wow! Just because of this employee & staff, I am considering taking my phone back and cancelling by service! Beware of the rudeness of the employees here! They do not take care of their customers. BEWARE of the Verizon store in Annapolis Harbor!

Upon arrival found out appointments only after purchasing my phone there the previous week with only social distancing and wearing a mask. Unable to get my new phone activated and data transferred there so had to go to authorized retailer and pay a fee. Verizon needs to stay in touch with customers about changes to store hours, rules, etc. Or at least update their info on Google Maps so you are aware of changes, especially when you cant get anyone to answer the phone when you call the individual stores.

Great experience at the Annapolis Verizon store at Harbour Center. We arrived at 11 AM, were signed in within 2 minutes and left with the new phone within a half hour. This location had everything we needed and was well-staffed for the amount of customers. The associate helping us went out of his way to search the stock area for the mint green phone we wanted. We will shop here in the future!

This is the worst Verizon Wireless Store Ever! Why is it that customer service so dead. I walk up to the door of the store, representative says I need to make an appointment but all no customers were in the store before my wife and I got there. I inquired about adding a Ipad Pro 12inch to my existing account that has already well over 5 lines already..... I asked about trading in a device I have to purchase the device in question. the rep says without checking actual figures, you are only going to get $30.00 for it. I said that I already checked your Verizon Wireless site and it quote a trade in value of well over $200. big difference, huh? he asked what I was using it for. I told him and then proceeded to show an 11inch model of the 12 inch i was looking for. I ask if he had the 12inch model in stock he said no he would have to have it shipped. by this time my and I proceeded out the store as other sales reps just sat around watching us.so, one he didnt notice the lines of service which would indicate IM READY TO BUY!!!! lol two didnt even ask for the sale not one time. three his posture was all wrong. a big turn off.I know the management at your store is surely proud of you....I would discourage buying anything from this location. especially if they treat loyal Verizon Wireless customers like me.

This store has some serious management problems. Especially with Ryan B the assistant manager with ZERO customer service skills. And who called the police when we asked to speak to a manager.My roommate came on on April 16th to replace a broken iPhone. She had insurance on the phone, but ended bringing home a Samsung Phone and a tablet, and a $30.00 increase on her monthly phone bill.Seeing as she had clearly been duped into buying product she didnt want or need I decided to go with her to the Verizon Store to return the items. We came in 2 days later and were told that the managers had left for the day, but to come back on Monday and that there would be a manager present between 12 and 4 that day. We arrived at 1pm and Ryan B immediately recognized my roommate and got up from his chair and told us we had missed our appointment and to come back later. We told him we did not have an appointment and that we didnt want to come back a 3rd time.He angrily grabbed the contracts (he had clearly been tipped off that we had been looking for him 2 days earlier). He pointed at her signatures and told her that she wouldnt be able to get some of the fees back. I told him that my roommate had serious buyers remorse and asked why he didnt just help her get a new phone through her insurance like she had originally requested. I then asked how much commission he had made on her sale and he replied not enough.I told him that he needed to do the right thing and return the products and eat re-stocking fees since he had clearly taken advantage of her. At this point he refused and we asked to speak to a manager. He told us that the manager was on a conference call. We told Ryan that he needed to get the manager because we are having a problem. He refused and then asked us to leave. We refused to leave until we could speak to a manager and then he threatened to call the police. He then called the police who said it was a civic issue. My roommate was then forced to wait outside (she was repeatedly hung up on by this store, and Ryan would not let her back inside). She literally had to wait 30 minutes until she saw the actual manager come from the back and flag him down so she could return the products. He gave her back partial re-stocking fees and helped her get a new iPhone through insurance. Corporate Verizon was appalled by the situation and returned 100% of the restocking fees.Ryan B exhibited unprofessional behavior. He accused me of causing a scene for being assertive, while he himself escalated the situation by being rude, calling us names and being hot tempered and unprofessional in front of numerous staff and customers. This guy should not be a manger of anything. He brings the company down and his store manager and regional manager need to know.

Called ahead to be sure they had the phone upgrades in stock in the store before we made the 20 mile roundtrip to Annapolis on a Friday night. We were routed away from store, whose local number I had directly dialed, and was routed to one of their call centers, where Kevin was only interested and willing to check inventory at the store if I gave him my credit card number and purchased the two phones, THEN and ONLY THEN he would check for me. And of course, if it wasnt available, he would have secured the sale and commission already and would ship it to me, which I did not want to do. He finally supposedly checked when I complained and threatened to call Customer Service. Stock was supposedly in at Annapolis and of course when we got there, it wasnt. It had to be shipped anyway. He lied outright to me once he realized he wasnt making the sale, as he had been so obnoxious in his hard sell early in the call. As my phone had stopped working, we paid $15 extra per phone to have them arrive by the next day at noon, and of course, nothing arrived..not at all...nothing. We waited around all day, wasted the day and have no phones. And no one was answering at the store. So frustrated at the terrible service from this company and the lack of caring from employees managers and customer service. I am ready to leave and I know I am not alone.

I made the decision to switch to Verizon from TMobile when I spent two weekends at two different beaches, and was the only person in both locations who had no service at the beach. An online Verizon agent had completely jacked up my order, I went in here and Patrick fixed everything as quickly as I could have realistically asked for. He was extremely professional and friendly - would recommend coming in here and requesting him if youre in the market for some new cell service.

I came here to buy a phone for my mom. The representative/salesman I was assigned was horrible (he was young and had dreads). Luckily we were determined to buy a new phone but the salesman was not enthusiastic. My mom and I did not like the vibe and the nonchalantness from the salesman. Also it’s hard to spend $700 plus dollars and they not even offer to set up your device. They just put the phone in the bag and sent us on our way. Luckily I was with my mom because she wouldn’t have been able to setup the phone up alone.

I have been to this Verizon store several times in the past 10+ years and I get great service every time. I have been to several stores across the country and get very different levels of service; inevitably, I wait until I can make it back to the Harbor Center to get the great service I have come to expect. I just upgraded to the Pixel 3 and Ron was our technician, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Ask for Ron!

Was there today and felt the staff member who “helped” us was very rude and short with us. He had no compassion towards helping us understand the process of what we were doing. He hardly made eye contact and acted like our questions were bothersome. Was just rushing our process along to get us out of the store. We were there no more than 15 minutes and it still seemed like that was too long for him. Wish I would of asked for someone else to help us but I was so put off we wanted to leave. Don’t know if he was just having a bad day, I won’t mention his name in this comment, but I would never want to deal with him again if this is how he gives “customer service”.

This store is terrible. You go in they place you on a list of customers to help. The person who says hello to you at the door quickly spawns you off to someone else who already has a customer to add you to the list. After watching her a few minutes I realized that is because she is to busy carrying on a personal conversation to help customers. The whole time i was there she walked around having a personal conversation. Dinner came thru the door and half the employees followed it to the back for a 30 minute break.This is a Verizon Company store meaning they run it themselves most a resellers. This is import to know when returning equipment or trying get phones.

This Verizon was horrible. Was not acknowledged for about 5 - 10 min. Staff were busy talking to each other while we stood in their view and earshot. Employee who finally approached us was not friendly or helpful. She was not interested in assisting us and the staff acted like they were happy to get us out of the store rather than assist Verizon customers. Will not go back to the store.

I am from Pittsburgh, visiting family in Maryland, and I wish my normal Verizon store, could be a lot more like this one. I was contemplating changing networks due to my home store being rude, not helpful in the least, and trying to upsell me products, I didnt want in the first place. But due to the accommodating nature of this store, I have reconsidered. This Verizon store knows that actually caring about the customers wants is how to get repeat business.

Be prepared to spend at least an hour per visit to this store, especially if you need anything tech related. Also, theres a good chance they will try to sell you a phone you dont need or want. I recently had a problem with switching my device. I went into this Verizon store twice with varying experiences. The first time I worked with A manager by the name of Collin who told me I couldn’t do what I wanted to do (which was switch my service to my old phone). This didn’t seem like the right answer especially from the previous research I did. I went in a second time and worked with Austin, who was extremely helpful and asked questions to get down to what I needed. 5 star for Austin. 4 star for this store because I had to waste my time.

Tried to get a SIM card for a new phone not with me. They would not give it to me even after verifying my account. Called Verizon who said this should not have been an issue and they called the store.Went back in and explained that conversation to store personnel. They then gave the SIM card to me saying it was a one time courtesy. Not sure why they made a big production out of this.

My wife and I drove from across the bridge to this store to specifically speak with a representative regarding a recent, unexpected change in our bill. We were also interested in changing our plan and upgrading phones. When we met with Ron, who we thought was a customer services representative he made it abundantly clear that he was in customer solutions/sales or something to that effect and that he wasn’t going to walk us through our bill. I told him that I really needed him to calculate the change and walk me through it because honestly, we just didn’t understand. It was clear at the start that he didn’t really understand it either and that was fine because it was a glitch on the account and really not easy to follow which is why we came in. I was appalled when he told us he would not go through the charges with us to provide clarity. He made it clear we were to call customer service. He explained that my wife was a “grown woman” and I a “grown man” and that we could calculate it ourselves. I asked him to clarify why his name tag said customer solutions if he wasn’t willing to help us with a solution and he chose to highlight the fact that it also said he was a Navy Veteran. I have utmost respect for our military members and even thanked him for his service-in spite of being furious that he insinuated that I was to treat him differently because of his service to our country. His behavior was nothing short of disgusting. I had to simply walk out of the store because I couldn’t string the words together to say anything that would contain any modicum of respect and prevent myself from becoming embarsssed. If Verizon would like to highlight they are hiring members of our military I think that’s great. If those members are going to use that honor as a platform to disrespect clientele I think changes are in order. So from the parking lot my wife and I had to sort out the issues by phone with customer service while staring at the face of the building. Ron needs to understand that commissioned sales can’t get in the way of providing service to existing customers. He also needs to understand that once we sorted out the billing questions we would likely have upgraded our plan and upgraded devices generating commission for him. As a result of this incredibly distasteful interaction we will buy the phones directly from Apple to ensure we keep Verizon out of the income stream and we likely won’t be upgrading our plan. Additionally Ron needs to understand that the damage he did to the brand with this interaction did in 5 minutes what I haven’t been able to do in 5 years. He convinced my wife that maybe we should look at other carriers. My intent with writing this review is to make certain others know they shouldn’t go to the store for accounting questions and also to make sure Ron, Verizon and the store manager understand that spending some time with a client who may not immediately generate a commissioned return isn’t a waste of time. Customers with reasonable requests deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Ron should convey his apologies to the manager who should relay that to me thru the appropriate channels. I’ve emailed corporate who says they’ve reached out locally to the general manager. No one should be treated this way.

All the employees were nice, but there was so much confusion. I had called in advance to reserve a phone under the name of the employee I had talked to. When I arrived, I was greeted by four different employees asking me if I had been helped, telling them all the same thing... that I had talked to so-and-so to reserve the phone. Finally, after about 20 minutes, one of the four employees finally came with the phone that I had reserved. I never did meet the person I had talked to on then phone.

I was in the store today to discuss the sudden increase of my Data usage. I waited for about 10 minutes to be serviced while other agents stood in the back talking. Once an agent called my name, I explained my problem, he looked at my phone and another customer came in that he had serviced before. He then looked on his pad, excused himself, took an item from the customer and went to the back. I waited for about 10 minutes for him to return and while doing so another female agent came up to me to try and get me to switch my home service to Verizon. When the other agent returned he told me that the manager said that I needed to call customer service and have them open a ticket so that they can track how Im using my data. When I called customer service they knew nothing about opening a ticket but they walked me through a procedure directly on my phone. So please explain to me how customer service works at this location. As many people that I have referred to Verizon Im beginning to question whether I did the right thing. Really, you couldnt walk me through the procedure while I was in the store. REALLY?

Needed to get a replacement phone for my wife. It was a short wait to get served and the staff was friendly. The one problem I have is they didnt mention that the new phone would still be downloading all the apps from the old phone after we left so it killed our data for the month.

I called and asked if the store was part of the Star Wars VR cardboard promotion and the sales person on the other line said that they were participating but did not receive any stock. He even informed me on when they receive new shipments and to call again during the afternoon. I received the same friendly courtesy when I called the second time. I have no opinion on the store itself, but the phone customer service is pretty good.

I had a very good visit here the other day.I called on yesterday to ask if they had the phone I wanted in stock, the lady I talked to, Dominique was VERY NICE on the phone, she gave me her personal number to call her when I was ready to pick up and purchase the phone... So today I went to go get my new phone and I called Dominique who then lead me to have Shea work with me who was also very nice, helpful, quick and amazing!! I only spent about 20-25 minutes here and managed to add a new line to our plan get my new phone and transfer my old number all in that short time!! I do have a Verizon closer to me but his one was only 15 mins away and I will DEFINITLY go back to this one in the future!!

Horrible customer service experience at this store. In on Memorial Day and upgraded Wifes phone, got a Veteran bogo free (Im a Vet) and told rep we wanted iPhone 8+ upgrade for our son. Long story short, we get home and sons phone is an 8 and not an 8+. Called store back but closed, called rep on cell phone he wrote on card, and he basically called us liars saying we told him we wanted the 8 and not the 8+. Then he says people do this all the time!The 8+ is the model on the floor and we told him we wanted that one and even said it. He denied that we did. I told him I will be speaking with his manager. I came back to store yesterday (May 28th) and spoke with manager. He basically gave me a hypothetical that we may have misspoke and said the 8 and not the 8+. He called the rep over who was listening into our conversation while waiting on two customers at the same time (not giving full attention to those customers).Rep comes over and still says we told him the 8. Manager then said that he was not there for the transaction so he doesnt know what happened.To the owner of the store who replies to these reviews.... What would have been wrong with the rep telling us, I apologize but there appears to be a miscommunication, come back in tomorrow and we will get things straighten out. ???? Instead it felt like he was done with this sale, on to the next one and that yours problem.I was so frustrated that I called Customer Service right after getting off the phone with the rep. They understood my frustration and said that the rep should not have handled things that way and they gave me a credit for the $50 restocking fee for when I return the phone. We didnt get an itemized receipt and the rep showed us the phones in the boxes as they were sitting on the counter.Couple of suggestions... Get your reps customer service training. Sales people can sell but how they treat the customer is more important than getting the sale because I can get an iPhone from anywhere because they do the same exact thing but its the experience of buying it and that whole experience is what i will remember the most.Secondly, to protect your reps and customers, have the reps print an itemized receipt and have them review it with the customer one final time before they leave to confirm what they have purchased. That way if we had reviewed the receipt we would have seen that we purchased an 8 and we could have caught that before we left the store. We were given receipts with just the total cost of the purchase on it. Nothing was itemized.And teach your reps and managers humility and how spot those moments when they must and should be with customers. Weve been customers for over 20 years and we were not trying to skirt the system or get over, we just wanted the phone we asked for. But the rep nor the manager were humble enough to even acknowledge that there was a miscommunication and put everything back on us, the customers.I will never come to your store again and will do future purchases and upgrades online or via phone. One of the main reasons many customers stay with Verizon is because Verizon has the monopoly on service coverage just like with landlines and T-1 circuits. Everything or just about everything flows over Verizons circuits.Sprint, T-Mobile, Apple, etc. sell that exact same phones so the phone is a part of what people are buying, its the phone service/coverage that is teh main thing. And being a customer for 20+ years I demand better customer service. We got no apologies from the rep or the store manager during our interactions during this issue.And if anyone asks me what store to go to, I will tell them not to go to this one and either find another store or go online or call.

Wow, horrible customer support even for Verizon standards. 3 1/2 hour minimum wait for basic support on the iPhone x I bought there not that long ago??? Really, just to ask a question?? What??Then I asked if I could buy an iPad and I had a sales agent talking to me in LITERALLY less than 1 minute. What’s wrong with this picture??? Sell, sell, sell but support you can just forget about it. Luis was the store manager at the time. Terrible, terrible, terrible manager and company. We need to speak up when customer support is terrible and call them out.

Our company has been a Verizon customer since 2001 and we have enjoyed our services and general customer service over the years. Unfortunately, that experience is now being tested by the customer service received.On March 25, 2019 I visited this store with the intention of viewing new phones. I was paired with a sales rep, Larry, to discuss phone options.While discussing options I was presented the option to purchase the iPhone X at a discounted rate of $699 with payment extended over a 24 month period. Larry explained that this amount would be authorized to our account and appropriately divided out over the 24 month period.Verizon offered a 30 day refund policy on the new phone. My latest invoice was issued on April 19, 2019 and received by our accounting department on April 26, 2019. While reviewing the bill our accounting came across discrepancies. Without my consent our Asurion insurance was modified from the Total Equipment Coverage (TEC) at a rate of $9/mo to the Total Mobile Proection (TMP) at a rate of $13/mo. In addition a new fee for Additional Smartphn Data Access at a rate of $25/mo was added to this account. In addition to these two line item changes we were charged the full rate for the iPhone which totaled $773.78.At no point was I asked to make a change to my insurance policy, request a change or authorize a change. At no time did the sales rep disclose that a $25/mo surcharge would be added by accepting the discounted price. I explicitly asked several times regarding payment and terms and was assured that under this offer the payments for the equipment would be extended over a 24 month period.On April 30, 2019 I visited this store to resolve the issue as instructed by phone support. After explaining the situation to several in-store reps it appeared the transaction would not be resolved as led to believe by the phone rep. Reps told me that the terms of my sale were not accurate and could not be honored. It was explained to me that by selecting the discounted rate I would pay up-front and agree to a 2 year contract and an additional $25/mo fee. My other option was to purchase the phone at the rate of $1,149 and extend payments over a 24 month period.I explained to the staff that the conditions of the sale I was promised by the sales rep Larry did not match what they were telling me. They said they were sorry and even though they shouldnt accept a return they would be willing to. The first problem was that I had no opportunity to view the billing error until after the 30 day period. In addition, this is a Verizon Business account. This phone is used on a daily basis for business purposes. Since I had already sold my previous phone I would have left the store with no form of business communication. The in-store reps did not work to come up with solutions but instead just offered excuses.The sales rep, Larry, made false representations in order to solicit a sale. In addition to the false representations he attempted to add an iPad to the transaction at the time of checkout. I never requested an iPad. On April 30, 2019 the in-store rep told me my only options at this point was to return the phone and leave with no form of communication, stick with current plan or switch to a purchase price of $1,149. There was no follow up offered or any other path to conflict resolution.Had the terms of sale been presented to me at the time I came into the store I would have not proceeded with either offer. I would have pursued other options where I can purchase the phone cheaper and at more favorable terms. The sales rep Larry falsely misrepresented conditions of the sale, did not disclose applicable fees and made modifications to our account without disclosure or authorization. When presented with the facts I am being met with the response of there is nothing I can do. This lack of customer service is promoting a culture of do whatever it takes to close the sale.

This was the worst Verizon store I have ever been to. The staff was not friendly, they were not helpful and were not professional. They did not know what liquid glass screen protectors are and treated me like an idiot when I asked about them. The one gentleman showing me cases did not handle my phone gently at all. And any time I tried asking him a question he would cut me off and just chit chat. I will not be coming back to this location.

Wish I could rate this store lower. I placed an order online from verizon for in store pick up. They received my order and were completely incompetent to what Verizon Online were telling them to do. They would not release my phone to me, after I had paid for it. So now I am stuck without a phone for 72 hours until the order is cancelled and refunded to my account. The verizon supervisor on the phone told me to hold the store manager personally responsible for this, so I am.The Annapolis Verizon store is garbage, some nice Sales Reps but as far as their ability to provide the customer with things that they paid for. they can eat a d***. Whatever Store Manager that was working 10.2.18 at 1pm needs to be checked for mental capacity.

Went in just asking about possibly upgrading to a smartphone. We didnt sign or commit to anything, as we were just looking around. Our monthly bill comes in the mail, we find out the lady helping us had changed our phone plan without our consent!!!!! We were furious and spent over an hour on the phone getting things fixed. Avoid this location if you can.
