I don’t usually write reviews but I had the most exceptional customer service by Ronald that I just had to! He was helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me understand the best plan for my needs and took the time to set up my phone start to finish. I can’t say enough good things.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism and service we received from Shane!!! We are seniors who don’t always get the electronics thing and he was patient, kind and totally amazing!! You’re very fortunate to have him in your employ!

Looking at all these reviews, it seems this particular location has a rock star team. Among the rock stars is one stand out--Ron. What can I say, Ron is the man! I was greeted the second I entered the store and he quickly dived in to help after I visited two other Verizon locations that were unable to. I had to add a dedicated line to my existing phone (2 lines routing to one phone)--needless to say this can be a complicated task. I had already spoken to multiple Verizon employees via phone and knew I had to upgrade for this capability. On top of that, I needed to add another line and get rid of an old one.Ron did not have experience with adding an additional line to one phone but that didnt stop him from helping me. He quickly got on the phone and started asking around. He was even searching for information online while dialing out at the same time (youve got a great multi-tasker on your hands). He found me the best deal on a new phone, upgraded our Verizon plan to unlimited data while lowering our bill, and very thoroughly explained every option available to me. He even wrote out a side by side comparison on a piece of paper so I had visuals instead of trying to remember everything. There were a lot of if you do this, we can do xyz as there were multiple factors we had to think of in order for everything to work. This took a couple hours but he stuck with it, smiled the whole time, and kept me informed every step of the way. We ran into a little snag at the end and we were approaching closing time. There was one question we needed answered and he was on hold for quite a bit of time. Since my phone was already set up (OMG it was the EASIEST transfer of data I have ever experienced, Ron is my hero) I decided to come back the next day he was working and he gave me his work # just in case.Everything worked seamlessly and I am now the proud owner of an iPhone 12 with two dedicated lines. AND an overall cheaper cell phone bill (what?!). Ron is everything an employer looks for in an employee. My profession is recruiting, you bet your a** if I had a position available in the area I would be finding a way to steal him and join my company. He is an excellent salesperson who actively listens, thoughtful in his responses, resourceful, knowledgeable, friendly, and has impeccable follow up. Yes, he has already checked on me to make sure everything is still working properly :)Cellular Sales--you are lucky to have Ron on your team. I sure hope you show your appreciation to him and your other great employees. ESPECIALLY these days.

I went in to the Verizon store in Annapolis to get some information and was pleasantly surprised with the knowledge and service I received from their sales person.I was able to change my plan and save over $50/month, and the sales person Steve walk me through seting up the free apple music and Disney/Hulu accounts that came with my new plan. ... and I thought this kind of customer was a thing of the past.Thanks Steve for your patience and assistance with keep me a happy Verizon customer.

I came into the verizon store here in Annapolis because of a fraud situation and my phone no longer having service. Chris Tracey, the store associate, was very helpful in dealing with corporate Verizon and their representatives. He figured out what happened and dealt w the correct representative and got my phone service back in order and stopped what could have been a billing nightmare. I am very appreciative of Chris diligence and assistance.

I had to buy a new phone after I broke the screen on mine. I got a good deal, and the service was great. I was helped right away and got everything I needed for the phone, including a phone case. I also got to review my bill and make sure I was saving as much money as possible. I got a lot of information about how to save money. I had a good experience when buying my new phone.

Went into the new store today because we needed service right away on our phone. The rep was very well versed in his knowledge of Verizon and what we needed, as well as worked hard to get us the best deals possible on our new plan. We ended up getting a brand new phone as well as opening up an account for the phone. It was quick and painless and he answered every question we had. We left feeling great with our purchase and the new phone service. Didn’t know after switching from att (with 5 years of service) to now being with Verizon, that we would be so happy. Quick and friendly service! They were the only store that had the item I was looking for and were very helpful and friendly at the register helping me make the purchase. Will be shopping here again next time I need some phone accessories!

Great experience. Greeted me at the door, helped me set up my new phone, and expertly answered the many questions I had. The sales rep even looked at my current plan and was able to get me an additional $15 a month knocked off of my current bill. I would highly recommend this place.

Today was a game changer for us. We were die hard ATT service users and the rep at the Verizon across from the mall showed us what we were missing with Verizon. We found not only a better deal but faster service and friendlier employees willing to help at the drop of a hat. Everyone there was willing to do whatever they could to get their prices as low and as fair as possible. We left with a new phone and a new plan. Came into the store to get a screen protector. The manager was extremely helpful, pointing out the difficulties with screen protectors with my type of phone. He pointed me to a useful alternative, while also setting me up for discounts. I even left with a tablet! Extremely satisfied and would definitely come back again.

I came in to upgrade my phone. The staff and manager was incredibly patient and answered all of my questions. We had some trouble with the iCloud but they made sure everything was going to be fine with the upgrading process. I really appreciate the all the help and I am happy to be a Verizon customer.
