I walked by here before they closed on Christmas Eve right after purchasing my last Christmas present for the family. I knew I wanted to treat myself also to something nice and have been thinking about it for a while. I decided to switch from flower to wax and to buy all the tools and products needed for the switch. The dude working behind the counter closing up shop totally hooked me up with everything I needed and plus some holiday hook ups 🤙 Ill definitely be coming back here and will recommend this place to anybody from here on. They don’t accept glass returns, which I dont have a problem with, the problem is they don’t tell about this until you have already purchased glass from them and then attempt to return it. Theres no signs in the store stating theres no returns, theres no info on the website and nobody in the store tells you about this. Even if the piece you are trying to return was purchased not even 24hrs ago and is completely un used. Could you guys just at least have the decency to clarify that there are no returns allowed before people come in and purchase hundreds worth of glass just to find out it doesn’t work or is dis functional and you cant even get a penny back in return, or even swap it out for glass that does work or put it towards store credit or something at the very least! instead the employees will just tell you tough luck and then try to shove more glass down your throat.

I never have any problems with this place the staff is great. They have a pretty big section for e cigarettes. They also carry some nice glass.

Please don’t waste money at wild bills and other glass/smoke head shops that sell fake cbd products and fake half filled breeze pens or Sea Breezes like so many ppl do.... please buy the real and allow them to prove it’s a fake like they did for me.....Go to Bongz and Thongz for the hook up!!! They are good ppl and care about their customers suggesting products such as cbd pain rub for ppl who can’t enjoy life because of some crazy type of horrible pain that ruins every moment of your day!!!! These guys took my camera from me while I was walking with it and he started taking pictures of me and it was super weird, I think they were trying to hit on me. There is a guy here who has an SS tattooed on the back of his neck as well, wear a scarf or something to cover up your hate. Seriously? Follow the laws For vapes and underage vaping. Enjoy being secret shopped. The next person that comes in might be one of the people who is going to catch you (: This shop is definitely not student friendly, insanely priced pieces, and overprices grinders, went down the street to the other Wild shop and they had the same grinder for half the price!

This place has surprisingly reasonable prices (considering the location), and their inventory is top notch. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It is a great atmosphere. The worst part of the store is the glaring fluorescent lights in the lower level. New bulbs with more yellow light would go a long way. Otherwise, this is a solid business that will not rip you off like some of their competitors in town.

I have been to a few sex shops in the past and normally the vibe leaves me a little uncomfortable. This sex shop is amazing!! the variety of things that they offer makes it very fun to stop in. Honest shop. I went in thinking my vape mod was broke, ready to buy a new one. The guy at the counter showed me something was just obstructing the connection from my battery to the mod. I might of figured it out myself but he defintiely could of just sold me a new mod.

They buy their glass off dhgate from what I can tell. A lot of the pieces are either from the site or are exact replicas which I find hard to believe. What a shame. Chinese lead glass isnt my go to. The name is also pretty unprofessional in my eyes and just flat out gross. Most likely owned by a womanizing male.

So far this place has definitely been my all time favorite place to go for any type of glass blown pipes and bongs. You have so many options and so many insanely awesome designs here as well! I once went in and saw they had the most intricately designed charizard glass blown bong and if I had the money I would have definitely bought it!! Downstairs is a greatly set up vape shop as well so if you are in the market for anything like that then please check the place out. The customer service is always perfect too! The guys I have encountered while going there are very nice and talkative and they always have great music playing while you are browsing so stop by if you are ever in the area:) I promise you will find something you think is awesome here!

Just bought a nail for my enail. Was told that it would work because the worker said he has always used this set up with NO issue. Less than 24 hours and it breaks at the neck, while the enail was turned off. 2nd item I have bought here that broke. Last time I shop here, $25 lost. Do not go here.Update the broken piece of the nail is now stuck in our enail. Worst shop ever. Sounds like dhgate IS where they get their items.Update 2 we had to literally break the nail into little pieces to get it out of our enail. That their employee put in our enail.

Everything they have is from dhgate. I bought a bong here for $70(ish) and then found it online for $23(priced individually NOT wholesale). Not that its bad (but kinda) but definitely not worth the $$$ for mediocre glass.

Me and my buddy love this place live in Jackson so it’s quite a drive but worth it the staff is the most knowledgeable that I’ve met and remember us by name which is pretty cool. Great people, great prices (vape stuff at least)

Overall a good shop. Seems that it really depends on what day you go and who you have to deal with.

Pros:Their prices are fantastic. Go here if youre cash strapped as their house and premium juices are cheaper than anywhere else.Cons:Dont go here for customer service. Theres a few guys that are helpful/friendly, but oftentimes the employees seem like their too high to function. I went in and asked for what juice they recommended, and the guys behind the counter seemed like he was having difficulty even speaking. NOT PROFFESIONAL. Also, it seems like theyre always trying to push you out so they can go back into the store room for dabs and pizza. Also, they are always severely understocked. Expect about half the juice they have to be the nicotine level you want, and half of that to be juice you might actually want.

Staff is extremely helpful and nice. Ive had some problems with a vape I bought, and they have spent time with me on the phone to figure out how I can get it replaced. They didnt make me feel like I was annoying them by calling or anything and told me to call back if I had anymore problems. Great staff!!

I am definitely not sure what people are refering to with talking about no cuatomer service and rude staff. Ive been coming here for months. B&Ts is the ONLY vape shop I go to. Ive been to pretty much all of them in Ann Arbor/Ypsi and no one else knows what the hell they are talking about or treat you like you are beneath them. Also, if you are coming in to buy a coil, its kind of your responsibility to know what the hell you need. You cant expect kroger employees to tell you what kind of beans you need for your soup. In this troubling time in the vape world, its more important than ever to support your local shops and no shop in the area deserves support more than Bongz and Thongz. Also, to the guy that commented saying Red13 is better, you lost me. Their selection is a quarter the size of BTs. If all you want is the same mainstream mod and subohm tank that everyone else has, have fun at Red13. If you want something more unique and innovative, theres nowhere to go but Bongz and Thongz!!

Went in last night because my vape supplies were running low. After what felt like 20 minutes of smelling different juices I decided on a few flavors. The guy behind the counter is AWESOME because as busy as their vape shop seems to be he never forgot I vaped at 6mg strength.If you want good customer service from people who actually care about their customers and take time explaining things then you definitely want to stop here!(They also offer discounts to MMMPs which ROCKS!!!)

Been going there for my vape supplies and decided to mix it up and go to Red 13. Ive been paying 5 dollars for my filters at bongz and thongz. At red 13 they were 3 dollars. And I was also totally unaware that there are different filters for the same vape. Like .2 and .4. red 13 explained that to me and I was able to buy a better filter than the ones I got at bongz and thongz for 2 dollars cheaper. Sorry bongz and thongz but you lost me.
