Today was the first time Ive ever stepped foot into a Five Below. The isles are clean (as in nothing on the floor), the employees were nice. The only thing Ive noticed was that I store is more geared towards late teens and people in their 20s, not someone like me whos in their 40s. I did buy $18 worth of stuff, tho. =)

Some good prices, some okay prices but a place where items can be in short supply. I went in to find some items that were listed and selection was very limited. Items in the sale area for groceries were still higher than some retailers in the area.

Ariel went above and beyond for me and was so very sweet and kind. I asked her help with something that really isnt her job and she graciously assisted me without making me feel like a nuissance or a burden. Truly a special employee.

I love shopping at this Five Below! It’s always been a fun store to Browse, shop and I always feel welcomed.

This is such a fun store with such a variety of items. Cant wait to go back.

The store which I visited employees are NOT vert helpful. They watched me but NEVER aaked to help me with shopping. Also there was very little, if any PLUS size clothing for our plus size YOUTH.

I prefer the selection and employees at the maple rd location but this store has great junk lol. It has cool things and fun stuff for cheap, but doesnt last long. Still worth the money and fun. Kinda busy, probably because of busy location, but if you are in the area it is a fun stop especially if you have kids. Manager has always been pretty peppy and friendly, at least Im assuming it was the manager. We shop there a bit and enjoy it.

Five Below is a great store for teens, and this particular location has a diverse variety of products. The service is great as well. Everything at this location is easy to find.Its a great place to go for affordable beauty products, and if you have children on limited budgets and allowances. They can get a pretty big bang for their buck here.

Ann Arbor has some freakin weird rude people . I hate shopping anywhere in the Arborland plaza . Everyone is so rude

This place is really great; I like it especially for kids gifts. They have small Lego sets, art kits, and other small, fun things that make good, cheap gifts. Each five below is also a little different from another one, which is kinda fun. My kids love this place and its sometimes dangerous to bring them here.I also like it for the rag rugs, organizing containers, and candy. They have a really big candy selection.

My iphone charger i bought here stopped working after 1 weeks :(Update: They are letting me exchange the charger for another! I can also get my money back with my receipt. I changed my rating to 5 stars because I believe only a good company would do this and I love all the other stuff we have bought here!

My first time.e in there and I loved it. The employees were very warm and welcoming. I found what I was looking for and more, not to mention kids found a lot of toys for a great price

This is my go to store to buy toys and games for my nephews and nieces. They regularly have new items, especially seasonally appropriate ones, so you will be surprised by what’s in stock if you visit every few months. Not to mention the great candy section that has some unique options you won’t find elsewhere. I hope they renovate this branch to be similar to the one on the West side of Ann Arbor!

Not really a fan anymore over the years the products they offer have become a lot cheaper in quality and the selection has become very limited. Also checking out is like being in line at the secretary of state. But if you like looking at alot of useless junk then this is definitely the place you are looking for.

Attentive staff and trendy products made my visit worthwhile. Theres a bit of everything from toys to hammocks, even clothing articles and make up. All for great prices!

Very fun variety, and only place you can find certain candy items

Usually I love these store, but went to this one that Ive never been to before and was seriously disappointed. Staff was not friendly, I was never greeted, the store was hardly stocked at all. I prefer the one in my hometown. Will not be returning to this one.

Never disappointed in their products and better yet in their friendly service. Yes you get what you pay for, but most of small accessories their quality is a lot better than dollar store items, and tend to last a lot longer, before you have to change them again.

Fun store lots of ideas

The staff was great.They had lot of good stuff. First time I been in there. Prices where good. They had Detroit tigers things. I bought for Christmas gifts.

My go-to location for white elephant gifts. Sometimes you just need to buy a giant whoopee cushion, a 40 ounce boot-shaped beer mug, and a pair of socks with Mr. Rogers on them. Or a snack hat. Hard to explain with words, but its a thing of beauty.

I have been to this store a few times, and havent had many amazing or awful experiences here. its normally about what you would expect as far as visiting a store goes. However, I was here today and had a negative experience. I browsed the store and headed to the registers when I was ready to checkout. While in the store I didnt see a single employee. Nobody is at the registers, so I stand and wait for about a minute or so. Then an older woman with short hair walked my way, looked at me and made eye contact, and turned around and started stocking shelves. I saw she was in a five below uniform, so I wait for her to put down her supplies and check me out. I stare for another 2 minutes and am ignored. I had to walk over to her and ask that she ring me up, at which point she agrees, doesnt apologize for ignoring the fact that she saw me and ignored me, and doesnt talk throughout the transaction.I know this is no big deal, really, but it is still frustrating. When I spent my own money at any store, I like to think my money is going to an establishment I am proud to support. In this case I didnt feel that way, and dont plan to return. I dont enjoy having to tell the employees at the store Im shopping at to do their job.

Great place to shop. A huge variety of T- shirts with sayings on them, lots of candy choices for the movies, shoes, clothes and storage items. Some kids jewelry ( choker necklaces) were cheap and broke but other than that we go here ALL the time! If my kid could could live here; she would, lol.

I love to hate this store....I usually walk in for one thing and end up walking out with $40+ worth of stuff....they do have some cool licensed sports stuff that is $5 or less and I go here for a lot of arts and crafts for my kids....so if you can walk in there with the mentality of I dont need this dont buy it then youre a stronger person than me!!!

Staff is super nice and I love the bargains. I bought gym shoes that have yet to come apart... Their socks are the best and most comfortable I have worn.

We do like 5 below, but this place in particular I dont believe it deserved 5 stars due to customer service at the register. I am being more than fair by giving it 4 stars. Some people here talk to you and act like theyd rather be elsewhere, or have better things to do than to answer your question. Prices are ok, nothing to brag about, Ill edit my review if I go there again and things change, but for now 4 stars is more than fair.

Five Below is the place to go if youre on a budget. They have a bit of everything and I love there 10 ft. Long phone cords.

False advertisement of phone cases. There phone cases would not fit my phone which is a Samsung Galaxy s7, yet the store displays galaxy s5s thru 7s. Tried the s7 case, went back & asked to switch for another which did not fit my phone as well and got my refund back.Ill be fair and say I do not recommend this store to get cheap cases. I understand that they may not have the best quality of cases, but thats no excuse to sell cases that do not fit your phone. That defeats my whole purpose of going to the store. Not coming here ever again

So I love five and below never had a bad experience until I went there today the cashier was very rude I told her that I didn’t need a bag and she could just put everything in the backpack she set everything ONTOP of the back pack and put my receipt on the counter and I put my own stuff in my back pack and I said thank you and she just said NEXT how rude is that definitely need to teach her some customer service just Incase you need to know who was working it was today at 7 pm June 30th
