Although the last appointment I was able to get in was in 2018 (and it was a terrible experience ), I’ve been scheduled to come in twice this week (in 2021) and both times got canceled rudely after my arrival due to staffing issues. Do not recommend. Awful customer service and waste of time.

I’ve been coming to the lash lounge since July 2020. Every stylist I’ve had is so professional and kind. They really put safety first and ensure that your natural lashes stay strong and healthy. I’ve been to other lash techs around Ann Arbor and ended up having to get them removed at the lash lounge since they started breaking off. I’ve learned my lesson!Lauryn is an absolute sweetheart and I’ve loved how they’ve turned out each time! The office staff is top tier as well. I have been coming to the Ann Arbor location for about two months and every time it is a great experience. They are practicing safety measures and temperature check upon entry. The facility is always clean and sanitized. Mercedes R. has been doing my lashes and she goes above and beyond to make sure they are exactly how I want them. She does a great job and would recommend her for a great lash experience.

Natalie at the front desk was very welcoming and Marilee made this first experience comfortable and explained every step. Made me more relaxed bc i cant see what is going on. The end results were better than I expected. I keep on looking in the mirror to see if my lashes stop holding the curl. It has not!!! Can’t wait to see how they look after 2 months!

Mercedes was great! This was my first time getting my lashes done and it was a great process. You have a consultation before getting started to determine what style you want. After that, all you have to do is relax while they do the rest! They look natural but enhanced, worth the money!

The atmosphere is lovely. Everyone was so kind! Hailey was so professional and did a great job. I also felt that when my original appointment was canceled, you went out of your way to assist in rescheduling. I would allow Hailey to learn on me any day of the week! Ive gotten two lash lifts here. Alexa was most recent and she was wonderful. Very personable and friendly. My lashes truly would go straight down. To the point that they were in my seeing vision. Gabrielle did my eyebrow threading and tint, and it was the least painful thread I’ve ever gotten! She also tinted my brows the perfect color and was so sweet and friendly. I’ll definitely be booking appointments with her again. So so happy with the services.They were also out of a product for a service I wanted to recieve, and then let me know prior to my appointment and compensated me with 50% off of my threading + tint due to the change.Amazing amazing buisness!

I was a first time client at The Lash Lounge today and had an extremely wonderful experience with my lash stylist Dasha!It was nice and easy to book an appointment over the phone and the receptionist who booked and also the receptionist who called a day prior to confirm my appointment time were both really, really nice.I had a full classic lash extension appointment today, booked with Dasha, and it was fantastic! She went over every detail of my appointment with me before hand, helping me pick out the style of lashes that she thought would work best and thoroughly explaining all the differences between curl styles and product materials.Im not used to having people work so closely to my eyes but she walked me through every step of the service which was comforting (and also interesting!) We also went over maintenance and care. She made me feel 100% comfortable and I have already rebooked with her for my first fill!My lashes look better than I could have imagined. I have naturally blonde eyelashes so they look invisible without mascara and even with it on, they are short and must be curled. I also tend to have my mascara run onto my eyelid no matter what brand I use.Theyre now full and pronounced, dark and curled. I feel so gorgeous, refreshed, and enhanced and honestly cant wait to wake up tomorrow and not have to put on mascara.I highly recommend booking an extension appointment with Dasha. Next time I might add in a lash tint as well to enhance my lower lashes!

This was my first time getting lash extensions and all I have to say, it was an amazing experience! The lash technician was understanding of my concerns and took time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable. My skin was sensitive to the adhesive and she knew exactly what the problem was even when I had trouble putting my concern into words! She fixed and adjusted the tape and kept asking me how I was during the rest of the appointment. Absolutely amazing experience and I will definitely keep going back!

I have always had short sparse light lashes. After being thrilled with brow threading at this location and seeing how happy my mom is with her new lashes from another source in Plymouth- I bought extensions here. I found them to not last half as long or to be anywhere near the quality that my mom received for the same price. After the full set and one return trip for refills, I took my business elsewhere for a set that would last beyond a week and a half and lashes that didn’t feel like plastic. Otherwise, I find Lash Lounge to be a very comfortable and professional environment.

Savannah does a great job technically, and has a wonderful, table side manner. She puts you at ease immediately and provides helpful information for best outcome. Highly recommend her and her work.

It seemed a little awkward when I first walked in, but Lexi made me feel extremely welcomed and comfortable I liked that she was actually really friendly and talked to me during my appointment and she let me know when she would put on the solution and which one before she touched my face and just did it, she also let me know how long each solution would take. I’ve been to the lash lounge twice. I like how clean and comfortable it is and my lash person did a amazing job on my lashes. It’s been three weeks since my last refill and I still don’t look ratchet yet. However, they NEED to get their scheduling down.The first time I booked with them they changed my schedule from 11am to 11:30 am to 4 pm to 4:30 pm. The second time (this morning) when I was there, the lash specialist purely didn’t show up (she forgot she had to work). I have a wedding and a baby shower today and tomorrow respectively, and I was hoping to look cute for those. The receptionist asked if I could reschedule for later today and I told her I have a wedding to go to and she joked: who gets married on a Friday? So they’re comping my next lash refill (4 days from now ugh) so we shall see how that goes. If I have to reschedule every single time I have an appointment I’m canceling my membership.

Got a classic full set from Carla and it was great! She was super gentle and guided me through the process -- absolutely loved the results. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for; the salon is nice + clean and everyone Ive spoken to who works there seems really friendly. Would recommend!

Lexi is phenomenal with lashes. I was her last full set demo before she was released and her artistry has kept me coming back since day one. She is cheerful and courteous and very professional. I always want the same thing, but every two weeks she asks me if I want to change it up ~ perhaps I will one of these days, but perfection is hard to improve upon! I had my initial set of lashes done in Nashville (upscale part of town), but came here for my first fill. Very clean, professional environment. Caprice was very knowledgeable, polite, and helped me better understand the life/care of lash extensions. The lashes Caprice applied have lasted far longer than I expected, and longer than the Nashville application. So glad I found Caprice! She really knows her lashes. Thank you for outstanding service!

Hey! I have gone to get my lashes done a few times and I absolutely loved them. Even though its more of a drive for me, I would not go to any other place to get my lashes done! The atmosphere is so friendly and inviting you feel like your hanging out with old friends while getting your lashes done. But its also very professional and they make it feel like its all about you. The lashes lasted for a really long time and I never needed anything to enhance it. If you are thinking about going to the lash lounge you should do it !!

This was the first time that Id had lash extensions done. One of my friends had gotten it done earlier and I LOVED the results on her and decided to try it out for myself. I was a little nervous and the process did take about 2 hours, but the results were FANTASTIC. I chose the classic look and the results spoke for themselves. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend The Lash Lounge to everyone!!

I was told that my lashes were too short to have lash extensions applied to. I just went on Saturday to another location and got a full set of volume lashes that look like volume lashes. no matter what you say your service is a rip-off. Theres nothing you can do for me as we discussed on the phone.Update : July 2020. I went back to the lash lounge for a volume set. Im still rather new to the whole lash extension service, so when I got this volume set I was expecting it to be a lot Fuller. Obviously my understanding of volume set and what the lash lounge was able to provide is totally different. They only lash some of your lashes, not every lash like other providers do. And then they still fall off. So by the time you are ready for a 2 week, fill you really need a full set all over again. For the amount that they charge and the product that theyre offering ists totally unreasonable. They should be charging $60 for the product that they offer... Im new to the the lash extension game. .but not that new. Now, I did see Natalie again. She remained nice and courteous. But she works for a company that gives her limitations on how shes able to provide lash services. The pictures Im attempting to post are less than a full week after receiving a full volume set. I received this service On the 9th. Today is the 15th. There are other salons that charge less for a REAL volume set that last just as long. I had been here before and the other stylist was not good. Thats when I first met Natalie as she replaced lashes for a volume set that fell off in less than a week. They need to set different practices and lash every lash and let clients know what the real results will be. Every lash lashed will look very nice with a classic. Then with a volume set and fans added, you will have a true volume or mega volume set.

The salon was clean and all of the employees were super friendly. I was given beautiful volume lashes by Dasha I’m Ann Arbor and I can’t wait to go back!

I love this place! Italia is my favorite stylist. My lashes are always the perfect length and volume. The manager is the nicest woman and provides great customer service. I witnessed her deal with an irrational customer and the manager was nothing but professional and respectful. Seriously the best, worth every penny!

My first experience getting eyelash extensions here was less than satisfactory. It took three hours and the lashes fell out in multiples by the next day. I followed the after care instructions precisely and was disappointed by this, due to making an appointment specifically for my wedding day. The Lash Lounge granted me a free refill, due to the circumstances. I was scheduled with a different, more experienced technician, Ellen, who was fabulous! It took only about an hour (which by the refill appointment nearly all lashes had fallen out, so she ended up doing a full set) and the lashes lasted for about three weeks while I was on my honeymoon. I did feel disappointment regarding the front desk staff insinuating I was at fault for the first set of lashes falling out during the refill appointment, when my second set was a complete different experience after all. Thanks, Ellen, for great service and a job well done!

Omg I can’t say enough bad things about this place. The receptionist is SO rude. She cancelled my appointments 2 times without calling or contacted me so I drove all the way out there and then I had to drive all the way back to campus. Even worse, they charged me for a full set again because of there cancellations. Worst customer service ever. Like no refund. No apologies. This lady actually blamed me for the fact that she didn’t contact me. Told me I quote “couldn’t figure out my email”. They said the manager and owner would call me and I never recieved a call. The receptionist also accused me of bullying her and being rude and having an attitude just because I called her out for making me pay for their mistakes. AVOID. The eyelash stylist is fine but the front desk people are horrible. Someone needs to look into this

I probably shouldn’t be posting this review so soon because I have to return to finish because the tech ran out of time. However, I feel compelled to disclose my personal experience pronto. So I called and set up an appointment last week to be seen for a drama lash refill, and I was quoted a price of $100 with the price subject to rise if I wanted more added on. I arrived and I was greeted by the manager who stated I would need to pay for a full set because the phone associate failed to notify me that I had gone over the reasonable time limit for a refill. I was unaware of this policy as no one bothered to call and update me! Had I knew what they would charge me, I would have went to another establishment. The manager then proceeded to tell me that she would give me a $15 discount for the inconvenience. The only problem is, that it was not truly a discount because I was getting charged $85 more than the original quote. I was upset because I leave to return home in 2 days and wanted my lashes to look nice. I had no time to set up another appointment at another establishment because it is too last minute. The manager saw the concerned look on my face then stated “well let me see what the tech wants to do.” Are you kidding me?!!! What happened to customer service?! So I consulted with the tech who basically stated in her words “maybe you can come back when you have more money” What an insult! I felt disgusted and violated in so many ways! Although I was over this place at this point, I decided to proceed with the service for the sake of time. The tech did apologize, but towards the end asked if I could return so that she could finish. I was very accommodating considering everything I had been through. I just want to state that I will not be returning nor referring anyone else! College students already have limited income and we expect to pay what was agreed on during the initial conversation!

Unprofessional, service was not completed to my liking- no result on my lash lift- would not recommend this salon to my worst enemy! Dont waste your time or money with this salon!
