When I returned to Lush, Meredith found it outside of the store and took the time to search for me online to let me know. Had a very nice experience in this store. The ladies were all very helpful as I was looking for some Christmas gifts and needed some recommendations. I came out with some great gifts and some fun samples for myself. Will definitely continue to shop here. I did have to wait at the door for a hot moment due to the capacity limit, but that was fine. Every store is doing this and upon entry I was instructed to wash my hands and could keep the little soap if I wanted. I appreciate all the efforts to keep everything sanitized and everyone safe.

My husband and I are celebrating our anniversary this week and wanted some bath bombs. Weve always loved Lushs products so we braved a trip to the mall for the first time since the pandemic.The Lush employees overheard me talking to my husband about how I was nervous being there and they were so understanding and professional about it.Not only did Lush follow all guidelines (even having people wait outside the shop until people left to keep numbers where they needed to be and having them wash their hands as they entered), they made the experience special for us. They helped up pick things out, joked around with us and made us feel super comfortable and safe.These employees deserve a raise. ❤️

I have been a dedicated Lush customer for years. Today at Briarwood Mall I wanted to pick some gifts up for Christmas at the Lush store. I was greeted at the door by a barricade and very rude sales clerks. The sign said there were 6 people allowed in the store at one time. There were four sales clerks and one customer for a total of 5 people. It surprised me that a business would only let two patrons in their store at a time, but I complied with the rules. After being ignored for several minutes I asked if I could come in because I knew what I was looking for. I was very rudely told no and that the employee would do my shopping for me while I yelled my order from the door on the other side of the barricade. As you can imagine the sales person continued to be extraordinarily rude throughout the process. The whole experience was infuriating. In the future if I wish to purchase from Lush I’ll do so online. I can’t imagine the one in Briarwood will be in business much longer anyway with their current policy of two customers at a time compounded by abhorrent customer service.

This is the best place to shop for bath/body products. The staff is AMAZING, always helpful, and encourage sampling new things. Very safe and proactive on keeping their customers healthy. I highly recommend popping in to see whats new.

We came from Toledo to enjoy the store I was highly disappointed all the things I wanted were gone I got a few things not as many as Id like to help there was excellent only a few people are allowed in the store and that was disappointing because I came with a few people and we all couldnt go in at the same time.

The prices are a little high, but you have to consider that everything is fair-trade and cruelty-free. A friend recommended their deodorants to me, and I have tried a lot of aluminum-free/natural deodorants without much success. Lush sells some options which are pretty different, like powders and pressed powder bars, that I havent seen anything similar by other companies. They also are happy to make samples for you.

The store itself is small but they do a great job of fitting lots of products in. The employees are all so, so kind and incredibly knowledgeable about the products. The will show you related products or stuff that you may like without making you feel like they’re trying to sell you everything in the store. If you know your skin/hair type or have an idea what you’d like they will be more than happy to work with you to find something to suit you! They will also provide you with samples if you kindly ask. My girlfriend and I love going there not just for the amazing products but because we always seem to walk out having made a new friend. I can’t rave about this store enough.

Staff is very friendly and knowledge. Every time I have been in there I feel welcomed. A couple months ago was my first time in a Lush and I wanted to try a bath bomb. I had never used one before so I was overwhelmed by the options. The lady there was incredible in explaining all the options. She even gave me some samples of other products that I got to try.

Just attended a party there. Super friendly staff, and they know their products. Also pleasantly surprised by the prices considering how much effort they put into being a friend of the environment. Great first experience all around.

I could not wait to write this review!I work for a developmentally disabled day program group.Today, a coworker and I decided to take our groups of clients to the mall due to the heat. We had 5 females and 3 males and 4 of our clients were in wheelchairs.As we were wrapping up our time at the mall, I spotted the Lush store. At first, we were going to take 4 clients in at a time due to space. Nope! The lush staff took it upon themselves to rearrange a few things and get our entire group in! They didnt stop there. They asked which bomb was the favorite of the group and did a demonstration and made sure that each client got a chance to test it out and soak and scrub their hands for a few minutes, including the males! Before I left, the Lush staff gave me a small bag and explained to me that in the bag was a sample of products for each of us! They also told us that we were welcome to come back any time we were at the mall.Many times when we take our groups out, people are horrible to our clients for various reasons. The Lush staff embraced our clients and treated them like the human beings they truly are. Thank you to the amazing Lush staff for making this a very memorable day for our clients.

Love Lush products, and this store has a great selection though they were out of a lot of the fresh face masks the day I was in. They were likely between shipments. There are times I have been in this store and the sales staff can hover pretty badly but this last time was not too bad. The service I received was very friendly and helpful.

Im in love with Lush products - and this store in particular! The staff is amazing. They are very helpful and able to answer all questions that you have. The thing I love the most is how staff are not pushy, and really allow the products to sell themselves - they just highlight the product features and you can decide.Theres a lot of natural ingredients, and with sensitive skin Ive yet to have any sort of reaction. Highly recommend the shampoo bars (Seanik, Honey I Washed My Hair) conditioner bars (Jungle), and bath bombs (Dragons Egg). Will update as I try more items!

Lush is one of my favorite places on the whole darn planet. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They know their products which is hard to find in some retailers. Always a great experience whenever I go.

The black and pink bath bomb stains your tub and no matter how much bleach you use it doesnt clean up. There should be a warning saying this could happen..Thanks now my sparkling clean tub has black blotches all over.

I wont be using the products I got so my review is just on the shop. What I did buy was pretty well priced for a vegan, trash free, high end shop. I got a bath bomb for $9, a small piece of toffee smelling soap for $4, and another soap for $7. I thought that was a good price. The people were friendly and helpful. The shop was trendy and packed for Christmas shopping. It looked like a place Id enjoy buying stuff from. I like how eco friendly they are, I can appreciate that. Id like to go back and buy stuff for myself to see if I like them.

The are so many bath bombs in this store, its ridiculous! It gave my daughter so many options on what to buy. The smell of each bath bomb last a very long time.In this particular location, the staff were awesome! We had never been in a LUSH store, but they were great in recommending different items to us.

Smaller location, friendly and very helpful staff. Price point as expected, so no shock to my wallet. If you come in to just browse, you will more than likely find something of interest and make a purchase.

The staff at this location is very knowledgeable and friendly. They really seem to care about your individual needs and work hard to make sure you leave the store with what is right for you. Ive recently had dry skin problems and the young lady I worked with spent a good 15 minutes with me making sure I had all of the skincare products I needed. Best of all after a few weeks of use I can honestly say their products do exactly what she promised!

Ive gotten a couple gifts from here for my wife and its be really easy every time. The staff is super helpful, especially for someone like me who doesnt really know anything about their products. Every time Ive gone in someone has immediately offered to help me out, and been really great in helping me pick something out. Would definitely recommend this place.

They have so many bathbombs but they were short of stock for shampoo bar which is why i drove all the way there. Staff was very nice and were willing to show me how to use any product in case i havent tried them before. Got the Godiva shampoo bar, my hair and scalp are feeling much better now, will come back prior a phone call to check on stock.

Lush always has amazing vegan beauty products, and they release new scents, styles, and products every day. Always look forward to coming in the explore, and the team members are always friendly and helpful.

Went in on a whim to buy something for the wife. Very helpful staff helped me find a couple items and definitely left there satisfied.

These people are awful so rude never helped me find anything. I couldnt believe it. I was in there for maybe twenty minutes without help! Until finally a woman who seemed to just be starting her shift came over and helped me right away. She was sweet and very kind. I think she said her name was Gabriela. Thank you for all the help. That was the only bright side of going to that store.

Rose Jam yes please!!!! Incredibly and obnoxiously crowded on weekends, but staff makes up for it. Everyone there is so kind and knowledgeable. If possible, seriously try to go at an off peak time.
