Im an Ann Arbor patient of Dr. Dos but had to travel to Plymouth due to the A2 office being closed (power, flooding?). Dr. Do is warm, effective and efficient and I couldnt be more pleased as she reassures and takes action so as to dispel any thought of possible cancer and the like. Have had several great interchanges here. Good folks!

I was referred to Ganger Dermatology and specifically Dr. Do by TWO friends Kathy Keely and Jennifer Thomas-Goering. My wedding was 3 weeks away and I was having an allergic reaction around my eyes. The office was so helpful and realized a cancellation allowing me to see Dr. Do the very next day. Dr. Do took her time with me, evaluating my affected area, and was able to identify the issue and prescribe a quick fix. Dr. Do even took the time to look at a mole and quickly report Its healthy, leave it alone ! Overall a great experience and I will continue with Ganger Dermatology for any future needs.

This doctor severely misdiagnosed my HS as Foliculitis and I’m just now finding out almost 10 years later. There were many things that could have been done had she provided the correct diagnosis. BEWARE!

This office is great! I have definitely seen vast improvements in my skin after only a couple months. Isabelle was super attentive, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. She and Kelsey are both so sweet and did a great job with my treatment plan and follow-up. Also, virtual appointments make everything super convenient when you live out of state for school!

From the time I was welcomed at the reception desk to the completion of my procedure, I was treated with care, professionalism and friendliness. Dr. Tim Johnson was friendly, knowledgeable and truly caring about me. He explained the procedure very clearly . The 2 medical assistants put me at ease and helped to make the appointment a completely positive experience. Dr. Johnson offered his home and cell number in the event I had a question or concern and even called me at home several hrs afterwards to check on my well-being. That is absolutely unheard of in most medical practices today. I was very impressed. Lindsay, the lead medical assistant, called me 2 mornings later to see how I was doing. That is another plus. I would highly recommend Ganger for anyone needing dermatology care. It is a superb office!

Ganger Dermatology is hands down the best dermatologist I have ever gone to. Prior to Ganger, I had severe hormonal acne that other providers seemed to be unable to treat. Ive had a minor procedure at Ganger, and 2 separate visits. Aside from ALL of the staff who I have encountered being kind, inviting, and professional, the logistics of a visit are exceptionally well executed. From the moment you walk in the door you are given clear direction on what to expect, meet your personal assistant/guide who ensures you are never left wondering what is going on, and able to ask a human any questions you may have. Ive never had to wait more than 5-10 mins for a doctor and have consistently been treated respectfully and in a warm personal manner. If I were to ever have a serious condition that needed a specialist, Ganger and Dr. Do would be at the top of my list. They are top notch, efficient and beyond the norm in the healthcare industry.

I stopped by Ganger November 2020, had a mole removed. I paid the requested bill on my way out of the door. I have received 3 calls from Ganger Ann Arbor requesting I pay my bill which I have always agreed to, they say it is an error and my bill is paid.March 2021 they sent a debt collector after me for a $50 charge saying it was unpaid. I called Ganger Ann Arbor and they said I have paid in full and they will cancel the collector.May 2021 I am receiving calls from a debt collector again and my credit is being knocked for a $50 charge. Ganger Dermatology Ann Arbor is not answering my calls, Ganger corporate payment center is not answering calls.The in person service is a bit bourgeoisie but this payment sceneario is wholly unacceptable and embarassing to all parties.

My less than stellar review is due to staff error rather than physician review. I was a very happy patient here, and moved approximately an hours drive away. Because I loved the practice, I made a decision to make the drive to continue being a patient with them. I made an appointment for 10:15 on August 4 approximately 2-3 weeks ahead of time. Upon arrival, I phoned from the parking lot, as their covid procedures require, only to be told that they did not have an appointment. Thinking that maybe I had come a day early, I asked whether I had an appointment the next day. They had no appointment for me ANY day, which was an error by their office. I explained that I had made an appointment, and that I had driven an hour to get there and asked whether they could squeeze me in. No. I asked whether they could get me in within the next couple of days. No. Booked up. I was so disappointed in what I perceived as the staffs lack of concern that I actually cried on the way home. I will be finding another practice.

Over the last 4 months I have had a terrible skin issue and I was referred to a dermatologist for testing as no topicals were helping. I chose Ganger because of all the great reviews. Unfortunately my experience there was nothing amazing. The dermatologist I met with ignored my primary issue and jumped straight to what she seemed most comfortable with. She appeared shocked that I wanted my primary issue addressed and when she did address it, she changed her diagnosis mid-visit and only had one potential solution for me. I told her that topical steroids made my symptoms worse and I was not going to try it again so she told me there was another topical ointment she could prescribe but she couldnt tell me how it worked.I was desperate for an answer as to what the cause was but it seemed like the only thing this place could tell me was that I had dermatitis (obviously, it literally means skin inflammation) and their only solution was topical immunosuppressants... After the final time of me asking there is literally nothing else you can do except give me a topical steroid? She informed me that they have allergy testing available.My experience here was disappointing to say the least. During this time I have been working with a nutrition practitioner and as of 3 weeks ago my skin problem is gone. My practitioner was focused on fixing the root cause, not the symptom. If youre struggling with your health, I highly recommend The Nutritional Healing Center of Ann Arbor. All it took was commitment and discipline.

I love this dermatology office, the employees there were always so welcoming and kind.I came in with hormonal acne and the PA, Kelsey, helped me in my journey to clearing up my skin. She was super informative and helped me in every step of the process. Kelsey always made sure she alleviated any worries I had and I am so grateful to have had her throughout my journey. My skin is now completely clear because of her! SHE IS THE BEST!!Frankie is one of the sweetest medical assistants there and she always was extremely friendly and completed her job diligently. I come here for laser hair removal and I could not be happier with my experience. Terri, Lara, and Hayley are all very knowledgeable and they provide amazing service while being incredibly welcoming and kind. Last time I came in, I saw Isabelle as my medical assistant!! I showed up late and she was so sweet about it and completed her work diligently. She was so bubbly and bright and made the appointment feel very comfortable. She walked through every step of the anesthetic numbing injection and was super thorough. I loved seeing her and I hope to see her again!

The appointment was quick and efficient. Once in the parking lot, you call from your car and then someone comes out to escort you in.Inside it was not crowded, and everyone seemed to keep at the appropriate distance. Once you are inside, you go directly to the appointment room - no waiting. After the appointment, there is a quick check-out, and there is a shield between the check out person and the patient.Overall they did an excellent job considering the situation.

My receptionist/physicians assistant, Adrianna (I think that was her name), was welcoming, supportive, efficient and competent in getting me ready for my time with my physician. Dr. Do was clear, careful, caring, and efficient in her surgical procedure. Check-in and check-out staff were personable and supportive. Overall, a very positive experience. If anything, I havent gotten my biopsy results back, but given the current state of the world, thats to be expected.

I needed a mole looked at, and Ganger Dermatology was recommend to me by my sister in law. I called to schedule an appointment and was seen within a week. Dr. Do and her staff are awesome! Dr. Do is very thorough and explains every detail and I felt so at ease through the whole process. (I had 2 suspicious areas removed) I will recommend Ganger Dermatology to everyone.

In October I was diagnosed by my Dermatologist with two basal cell lesions, one on the central back area and one on my left cheek. The cheek required Mohs surgery. I contacted Ganger Dermatology to schedule the procedure with Dr. Timothy Johnson. Dr. Johnson had performed Mohs surgery on the bridge of my nose at the University of Michigan Mohs Clinic several years earlier. The result was outstanding.My surgery was scheduled for November 30th. Dr. Johnson, Kathy, Nicoletta, Pearl, the reception staff and everyone at the clinic made me feel very comfortable and well-attended to from start to finish. The surgery required a deep Y-shaped incision and is a fairly lengthy process due to running the on-site biopsies to ensure clear surgical margins.It is now January 20, 2021, and the result of the surgery is quite spectacular. The healing process progressed nicely and there is only light redness at the incision site which is barely noticeable.I could not be more satisfied with the results of this procedure.Dr. Johnson and the Mohs Surgery staff at Ganger Dermatology deliver world-class services. I definitely recommend anyone requiring Mohs Surgery to consult Dr. Timothy Johnson!

Yes looks nice like any other office and they work fast because they don’t do that much, I been seen by one of the Doctors for a skin screening as I was concerned about some spots coming on my skin, after I get screened the Doc told me you can keep it!! And left with out prescribing any treatment, after two weeks I noticed that the same spots are getting bigger and more obvious so I call the office and asked for prescription for this and they told me that I need to come back and be seen and I was seen by the physician assistant who noticed what appears to be something and she was able to give the right prescription- on my way out they told me that I have to pay $89 for todays appointment even though I just paid $125 two weeks earlier and I was returning just for the prescription for the same issue- when I brought this up they told me that I need to speak with the office manager and because I had to go and she was busy talking to patients I paid the amount and requested them to give me a call same day- it’s been 10days and one care to contact me- I asked for my screening report they promised to send it and never get it- by far the worst team or office I had to deal with very unprofessional and definitely if you are a cash patient STAY AWAY

Dont be fooled by their inflated reviews like I was!My insurance was billed for twice the cost of my previous dermatologist landing me with a $230 bill for a simple office visit. My previous dermatologist under the same insurance for the same service billed $100 to insurance and I paid $73 (their cash price was $80) . How can this for the same service charge $201? I called ahead to the practice for a quote, received a referral from my primary in advance, and was ensured my insurance was accepted. I even asked if their were cash prices available that may be cheaper than going through my insurance as I was prepared to go that route. I did everything in advance to ensure that I knew exactly how much this visit would be and yet only inaccurate information was provided to me by this practice. They then further billed my insurance $200+ for less than 5 minutes to freeze a wart on my foot. At no point in time was I notified before receiving this treatment (which they offered!) the cost associated or the fact that is may not be covered by insurance. I can get over the counter treatments for $10, I NEVER would have opted for such a treatment if properly informed by your staff of the cost or lack of coverage by the insurance.I was aware that I would owe a copay which I attempted to pay at the time of service. I was told that you do not take payment until insurance is billed and that I would receive a statement in the mail. 3 months later I receive a threatening letter in the mail starting with 2 zeros. Have you ever seen an address starting with 2 zeros? So they may a mistake entering my address into their system and then threatening me with collections? I immediately reached out (all of this in the midst of COVID) to figure out what on earth was going on; how could I be overdue and over $230 for a simple office visit?I attempted to contact them multiple times to dispute the letter stating I had a past due bill with limited cooperation. They just simply stated that is what they charge and insurance tells them what is allowed. Since it went to the insurance there is nothing they can do now, it would be insurance fraud for them to change it. Their business practices are appalling and its absolutely absurd that I should even have a bill like this to begin with. I was lied to and given false information at every turn.I tried calling the office on 3 separate occasions to pay them (after it became clear they werent going to correct their mistakes or attempt to make this right in anyway) knowing I had a balance but no bill with instructions on how to pay them. Even after calling multiple time trying to give them money no one can bother to answer my calls or return even them!Now again today being threatened with collection on a bill they actually sent to the right address! I have an 800+ credit score and have never not paid a bill. Their incompetence kept them from getting paid. Now I actually have a bill with directions on how to pay them, I simply paid online which couldve avoided this whole fiasco to begin if they had better business practices.Oh and by the way, the issues I went there to have resolved still arent resolved so I went through all of this for nothing.Youve been warned!

As a healthcare provider myself (dentist), I am overly analytical when choosing and evaluating medical offices, but Ganger Dermatology blew me away with their welcoming front desk and knowledgeable staff! I even called later for a question about a medication and Elizabeth prompty returned my call and even sent a coupon to my phone to give me a discount on it! Ganger Dermatology is doing things right! The service here is great. Whenever I miss a call, it is easy to get back in contact with them. Whenever I have an appointment, wait times are never more than a few minutes long. Parking here is very convenient as well.

I honestly can not speak highly enough about this practice and the entire staff! Both my husband and I see Dr. Ganger for our yearly check-ups. She is absolutely wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable. Last week I tried my first BBL face treatment that was performed by Terri and her assistant, Haley. WOW! What an awesome team. Terri and Haley are hilarious, super kind and very thorough. I loved my treatment and results so much that I went back today to have the same thing done to my chest! I was so excited to see Terri and Hayley walk through the door. If you are considering doing a BBL treatment, do yourself a favor and make an appointment RIGHT NOW. It’s pure magic!

My first experience was just a few days ago and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! The staff was off the charts, super friendly and welcoming. The office was really clean, cozy and the waiting area was comfy. My appointment was at 3:30pm and I was out of the office by 4pm including extracting a cyst. Overall highly satisfied and will defintlety recommend this practice to many people!!!!

Be careful if you buy any skincare products from them. It’s a final sale and no returnable. They didn’t inform you when you bought it though. I asked a receptionist girl for a product that used for wrinkles but she gave me the products mostly for reducing redness. I trusted her and didn’t check the product description so I bought it. Call them later after 30 mins to ask for an exchanges but they rejected it. Worse customers service ever.

I would not recommend anyone to go here. Horrible customer service. Long waiting time even if you made an appointment. I was on time and waited outside (bc of covid19) when I called them and they put me on hold for 10 mins after receptionist said I have insurance problem and since it’s late I have to reschedule your appointment. I drove 40 mins from my house and finally took my day off. I was not very happy about it. If you are seeking reliable care, I would definitely look somewhere else.

Ive only had one experience here, but for that one visit, they were fast, courteous and professional. The only reason I deducted a star is because their parking lot really needs to be repaved.

I give 5 STARS!!! The Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The building was very nice and clean. Parking was well paved and a ramp was accessible. I will definitely be back and I will refer my friends & family to Ganger.

Doctor was good but the billing manager is ultra-unprofessional. Summary: If you have a non-primary insurance that does not require PCP referral, avoid this place unless you intend to pay out of pocket first and spend 10 months and > 10 calls between the clinic, their billing company, and the insurance company to get the refund back.I went to the clinic last year in March -- billing manager insisted quite rudely that my insurance would not cover service and I have to pay in full before they attempt to bill my insurance. I paid in full knowing my insurance would cover the service.Two months passed and I called the office, learning that they did not bill the insurance properly and it was not processed. Another month passed, I called again, manager insisted that my bill was declined. I called my insurance company and they never received the bill. Office manager said she personally checked and that wasnt true and told me to call their clinic billing company myself (highly inappropriate). I called their billing company and found out they never sent the bill to my insurance company. I called the manager again. With no apology of her initial false information and a lot of blaming on her billing company, she promised to see through the billing.Four additional months passed and I still havent heard back from the clinic, so I called again, and manager again falsely said my bill was declined. I called the insurance company. They said they did not decline the bill but were not able to process the bill because they have requested additional information from the clinic and never got it. So I called the clinic again to inform the manager the situation.10 months later, today I finally received my refund for the out-of-pocket payment and still no apology ever from the clinic billing manager of her consistent false information and inability to do her job.

I have been searching for years for a great dermatology organization in Ann Arbor. These guys are awesome. They talk with me like Im a person, not just a patient. The doctors and staff are professional, clearly knowledgeable, friendly, and I seldom wait too long to be seen. Love them!

The clinic is beautiful and comfortable for patients and the medical care is tops! The scheduling is excellent so that there are no long waits in the waiting room nor chilly ones in a gown in the examining room. Im delighted to have found this practice.

I would put less than a star if I could. They are rude not caring and it was a bad experience all around.
